If your a person who takes there time the malls is not for you instantly once you step into a store the words may unhelpful you is spoken and if you don't respond immediately after that you are followed around as if your about to steal a item and even when they do have it most of the time they don't have it in your size or the cost is outrageous amount so I'm very comfortable sitting at home watching TV or a movie and wham order a item and wait for it to come.

The site is a scam. I ordered a dress and paid. It was sent to the US and because I did not get to the package on time, my package was a abandon and lost instead of being returned to TB dress. I tried to contact them several times and they said they were busy and did not return my message. First they would be polite and ask for my order and then when I mention a refund, they disconnect me. I lost over $100.00 dollars. If you work hard for your money and be treated very unfairly then run as fast as you can AWAY from this site. I wanted to trust international companies but I was wrong. Read reviews before ordering from any store in the US or international. You will save money by reading people's experiences.

Customer Service will not provide information on how to return items, they will insist on giving you $10 off or a discount on another purchase. Very dishonest business practices. They refused to cancel my order after 30 days of not shipping the order then shipped it partially a week later and no refund for item not shipped. If you like the product then no problem but should you have to return they will hold you hostage and not allow it. Be Aware!

I always find difficult to shop from any online site. But after visiting tbdress.com I was completely astonished as they have got mind blowing collection in all the categories. As I was shopping for the first time from tbdress.com so I was little worried, but the customer care department helped me choosing the correct size and made the whole process extremely easy. Now after shopping from tbdress.com so many times, I have started believing that payment process is safe and secured. I am merely in love it..

If this company doesn't give me a full refund for my order, I'll be most unhappy. I wear an extra large in regular clothes. Just to be on the safe side, I ordered XXL. They are all probably a medium at best. I wanted them for vacation but that won't happen. If they don't have a simple return policy, I'll be posting again and it won't be pretty. If they refund my close to $100, I'll order from them again and order a much bigger size. We'll see. So would I order from them again? We'll see what their return policy is like and then I'll be able to answer that.

After much back and forth via. MESSENGER! THAT coupled with a non existed phone number nor a customer service person to speak to, I realized I was going to have a problem getting my money back. I ordered a formal dress which came after the event. I had waited 6 weeks! They actually saud i could keep the dress if I would get $ 15 dollars! It got much more absurd as I tried to get my money back. I finally contacted PayPal and explained the situation, they will make sure I get my $142.20. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! YOU are $#*! out of luck if you need a different size or in ny case, the dress didn't come timely. There website looks great! But, you are buying from a Chinese call center who will waste your time and money. I read tons of other reviews with bad reviews as well. Buyer be aware.

I beg of you for your own good never ever order anything from tbdress. They took three months to make an African shirt I ordered. The material and the shirt looks nothing like the pictures they have on their website. How can Chinese make African shirts. They don't have any idea how it is made. They try to fake it and it is so bad that I cannot use what I ordered. For your own sanity, please don't order from them. Safe the stress, the time wasted and your money.
