The dress that I purchased was not sized correctly. I immediately tried to contact TBDress by using the phone number provided. The number did not work.
I sent several emails, explaining the situation. I keep on getting stonewalled and getting asked for pictures of the issue. The website promises a full refund, however when I tried to return the dress on my own, the instructions are too vague on the website, the cost to return it, is almost the same as the cost of the dress. I have asked repeatedly for my refund and for TBDress to arrange for a pick up at no cost to me but I continually get evasive answers. I have even been told to keep the dress. I will never again purchase anything from TBDress.
