It's not... you better spend your money elsewhere that you don't need to wait for months and months... saving you all the time following up your order then... wait again for months after they promised you it's already on it's way... after I received the item, they asked me to delete my negative review about them and they will send me a "gift"... of course I DIDN'T delete my review about them so people would know how scam they are and for them to realise they shouldn't fool people and give the worst service... i think they're from China who are known for being scammers... so... I hope you will NOT put yourself in this trap and save your money..

TB dresses are not worth it at all! Beware the pictures are gorgeous but the dresses are not worth it at all. I took a chance and ordered 1 dress to test the quality, omg crap. The dress that I received was more like the slip for under the dress. You can check on Face book there is a site that has all the rejected dresses. I can not believe the company is still up and running! Shame on them for breaking the hearts of young girls buying their prom dresses and brides buying their wedding dresses!

Definitely not. I ordered a long sleeved long black dress. I received a sleeveless short green dress (wrong size). After months of complaining, I received half a refund.
Avoide TB Dress like the plague.

Buy somewhere else unless you want poorly made items in incorrect sizing that you try to return but cannot. Also be willing to NEVER get a refund for your returned purchase. This is a company out of China and it is a total scam!

It is not worth purchasing from them. Sizes are normally wrong and you will loose your money because they will not refund it even if you send the items back on the same original bag.Not worth the hassle.

AVOID this site. It takes weeks to receive items. When they do arrive they do resemble what you ordered. The quality is inferior. The sizes are not as stated. In a nutshell they are crap!

To tell you the truth, I've donated the dresses to ( in need help organisation) after I gave up COMPLETELY on this sucky trashy site's after sale service. A word to the wise, DONT even try to order from them as they wont deliver what you ask for. All you'll get is some horrible quality fabric with the most tacky embroidery, along with wrong measurements... Then heartache and utter frustration are inevitably followed by the unprofessional who has ZERO care of costumers satisfaction staff that handles complaints. In another word kiss your money good buy

For all who can't get refund - ask help from Pay Pal! They helped me to get my money back from that fraudulent site.

I wouldn't (I relied on the "good reviews" that had been left for the shoes I ordered. When I encountered issues with my purchase (ordered a Size 38 which should be a uk size 5, they were an easy size 6) when I tried to leave a review it had to be "passed" by the company! Needless to say my review wasn't put on the site! Basically the reviews aren't accurate. Only good reviews are left or maybe they are doctored!?

I would avoid doing business with TB Dress. Even following their sizing guide, the dress was too small and didn't fit right. The built-in cups and the belt were in the wrong place. Now I'm trying to get a full refund (minus shipping). The text someone posted above was exactly the same text I was sent regarding my options for refunding. It's definitely questionable business practices.

I can tell you to that you should save your money. It is a BIG scam. I bought a wedding dress on this site despite the terrible reviews. I have been scammed and you will be too. The dress does not look anything like the pictures. It is of terrible quality and is too big. When contacted them via emails and phone. The emails were not answered and the telephone number (716-324-5971) on their site is not in service. I had to write an internet review for them to finally respond after two weeks of endless $#*!ing. They eventually answered with this.

I disagree with all of you. I have no link with TBDress in any way, I judge what I have. See my review for pics.

I'm very shocked of all above reviews, I bought two wedding dresses and two vails with a one petticoats. They are really lower quality but not that bad, they customized sizes and exactly as I requested. I ordered on 23rd of June and received on 17th of July, within less than a month, actually it took 5 days for shipping -it faced a weekend-. The wedding has been done and dresses were perfect under spotlights, it was not shown as a low quality at all.

Simple... It is not.
