I placed 2 x orders, days apart... this was end of May. After so many emails 'where is my orders', some replies 'be patient - then 3-5 be ready, then 10 x days shipping
Month later, I opened dispute with paypal. Orders received, with 1/2 the items broken, and the rest poor poor quality. Never buy from this website.

I would agree with most of these posts about their customer service not being the best. However, the end result was well worth the great pricing. I ordered my sisters wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses on tbdress.com with standard sizing, not custom. The wedding gown had to be personally altered because the hem was to long. One of the bridesmaid dresses was way to large when it was received. When we went to tbdress about the problem, they asked for pictures which I provided. They offered to have us send the dress back for a new one, shipping at our expense. As we were to close to the wedding date, we had to just make the alterations ourselves. Would have been nice if the company had not made the sizing mistake, but in the end it all worked out for us.
This site is not that bad. I was really scared by all the reviews written about the wrong dresses being sent and customer services being a total pain. But the prices and the range of selection was so good I decided to try out something cheap the first time figuring that I'd just ask for a payback as soon as something went wrong.
The process to order the dresses are really easy and simple. I wish there were more pictures and reviews from customers. My only concern is that I heard both good things and bad things about this website. I just hope that my order will be in the utmost quality and hopefully I get lucky!
But other dresses seemed to be made perfectly fine and other people have reviewed. So I'm very hopeful!
Called to check stock, ordered, shipped same day and arrived in 2 weeks. Very happy with this company, customer service and best prices! Was the lowest price I could find! Thank you and I will use this company again!

So many cheap dresses. I was worried about the quality of them because the low price but they are pretty good quality. I do recommend double checking the measurements before ordering your size because the sizes are not all american sizes, so where I would normally fit a medium I seem to be an XL in a lot of the dresses. The regular shipping takes a while but I am not in a rush to pay the extra to get my dresses faster. Customer service was prompt and helpful via email. This is my new favorite place to shop!
I purchased some items I wanted to wear for an event and a cruise. I paid $30 for expedited shipping to assure receipt in time for my events. I did this in January. It is now March and they just attempted delivery after I told them I no longer need the items, as my events were in February. They will not reimburse now, because I opened a dispute with PayPal. I can't trust them anymore, so I'm done
Amazing stock, speedy shipping and received items in a completely neat condition. I ordered twice from TB dress and both of them were purely glamorous. The prices are really good and affordable and all the stocks are eye catching.
This company is TERRIBLE! Don't believe me? Check it's profile on scambook(dot)com! I wish I had checked it before I ordered a dress from them and threw $140 out the window. A complete waste of time and money... their customer service department doesn't exist. I've sent THREE emails with NO REPLY! I wish I did my homework before ordering from them.:-/
They sent my order to the wrong address so it got sent back to them after 4 months of waiting. Then they wanted me to pay shipping and handling to send the order out again. I said no just refund my money. And do you know they claimed to refund my back 4.99 on a 28.05 order. This company is a rip off. I will never order from them again and I hope no one else does either.

My first order was delivered on time but the shirts were too large for the size marked. Tbdress replace the order with a smaller size for no charge. Service will never get better than this. Unbelievable. This is why I am always going back to tbdress.

Prices are really low... delivery is about three weeks after the order, but shipping cost are low too! I had no problems about sizes... i'm an italian M and I bought M. Good experience.

Do not buy from this company - total rip off. The quality of what they eventually send is so so poor and then when you want to return it they won't reimburse you! It's crazy - I've never dealt with a merchant that doesn't take back a product that a customer is not happy with. I can't believe I got sucked into this and I'm not happy!
This business is such a pleasure to deal with, I wish they all worked like this. Fast shipping, great communication and the outfit I got was better then I expected. Usually with clothes you get what you pay for. Cheap equals poorly made, not with Tbdress, they will soon make a great reputation for themselves.
Just received my wedding dress after over a month of waiting. I ordered the illusion neck beaded sheath dress in ivory. What I received was a dress with obvious PINK lining, and the bodice is so shear, it's see through; NO lining. The breast cups came detached and the sewn lace was incomplete around my waist. I will never purchase from them again. I now have a pink wedding dress and have to pay hundreds in dollars to fix it. Picture is the dress I ordered: stay away from this site. My dress has patchy lacing and no lining at all around my waist and breast. The lining for the bottom half is PINK!
