I ordered a gift. It showed up crushed. It was crushed before they sent it because the outside box was fine. I returned the item and requested a replacement. I was supposed to get the replacement on Nov. 8. I called Nov. 11. Where is my item? The first person on the phone I could not understand. Very thick accent. The 2nd person hung up on me. The 3rd person informed me that the item was canceled. Why I asked. It just happens sometimes, she said. I want a refund, I said. She said I will get $39.99 refunded. You charged me $43.24 because of taxes, I said. OK, she said, I will refund that too. And they wonder why Amazon is doing better. I will not ever buy from them online again. This is not the first or second time they screwed up my online order.
So there was this guy named kean he's an employee he really helped me when I needed it and I am super thankful for that also this store Got some great prices you guys rock lol
I used to really like Target, but I have noticed lately that their prices are not as competitive and the changes to cartwheel are still leaving me confused! I am not a computer person and cartwheel was just perfect, not sure why they went and changed it, but now I can't even take advantage of the new system. I am also getting tired of how many coupons they take. I know some people try to fraudulently use coupons, but when I have 4 coupons and I have bought ALL 4 products it gets irritating when they tell you, you can't use that many in 1 purchase. I am on a tight budget and need to save money, I follow the rules of the coupons, but it seems that companies no longer use common sense. It seems as if we are being penalized for those who misuse coupons. I know Target isn't the only store who is starting this trend with the coupons, however I did think they were bright enough to be able to discern between someone who is trying to run a scam and a person who has bought the correct amount of products! After all I use my Target card, and I did use cartwheel before the change so it's not like they can't see my buying habits!
I actually do like shopping at Target, they give me free gift cards for over purchasing the items that I do not need, I is funny to see the look on my wife's face when I come home with ten packages of Q-tips, I spent $30 dollars, but hay, I got $5 back for a gift, now I can afford the pop and candy bar I wanted when I first went in there. And I hope they are the right size, but i bought my wife 28 bras, they were buy 7 at $2.50 and get a $10 gift card, It'll be like unwraping a different gift every night of the month, and I can use the $30 in gift cards on groceries that we're badly needing. And I'm not sure what the kids will do with all of these diapers, there both "trained" if you know what I mean, I guess they can wear them to school if they have the poops, and if they run out they can use a gift card to buy some underwear from the Target across the street.
Target has a very wide range of merchandise, and even has some surprisingly high quality stock in its inventory. It puts its rival Walmart to shame. It is my "go to store" for everyday items.
I hate going into target, but the online store still has everything I love! My only complaint is that they are sometimes out of stock of my size, but that's not a big deal ;)
Those queer clothes and supporting the pagan lifestyle have cost you my business for life. The 5000 friends I have on facebook all feel the same way. Didn't you see what happened to bud lite?
TARGET IS A PLACE THAT MY WIFE AND I WILL NEVER SHOP IN AGAIN. THEY MAKE RULES FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE, OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU BUY, NOTHING TO BUY IN THE STORE. WALMART IS ONE THOUSAND PERCENT BETTER.
Another superb portal to find the right kinda product for your daily use. Target works great even when you don't want to order things but in the end you do!
This is the WORST! It began when I ordered 7 items. I sat back and waited for the e-mail they promised. Never arrived. I started a series of calls to people, then supervisors, then the local store. Finally went in and picked up 4 items. Then I got a song-and-dance about how two items were in fulfillment house. No explanation for the lack of an e-mail. And then they told me the other item was on their floor, but they sold out. And that they'd have everything together in two days. So, I called first. Sure enough, they had 2 of the 3 items. They never got the last one. Then they said they might have re-ordered it for the store. So, they put me on hold and looked. They found that item and put it with my other two items. Then they told me they would give me back what I paid for that item (8.97) and the new charge was 22.10. I said I didn't think it was that much. Then the charge went down to 11.10. When I walked in with paperwork (always keep your paperwork) and showed them the 8.97, they agreed to charge me that price. Then they turned around two days later and overcharged me and didn't give me the refund they promised. So now, they have overcharged me twice. Not to mention all my wasted time on phone calls, gas, going in twice, no e-mail and the general aggravation of the entire experience. I generally like Target when I'm at their store. But no more ship-to-store til they clean up their act. Excuses don't cut it. Almost every other store has managed to create a supply chain that's smoother than this. Why not Target?
I ordered a number of bags of snow melt because we live on a steep hill at elevation, and i buy these ten at a time. I placed an order since i had only two bags left. After placing the order, being informed that the product was in stock and set for free shipping with delivery within ten days (which would have arrived prior to the next ice storm on our hill), i received an email saying the shipping was delayed. A week later received another note regarding delayed shipping. Then the next evening got an email cancelling the order! Cancelled it?!?!? Yes. As i was out of town, as soon as i returned i called customer service, they informed me that they had a computer glitch at the time of the order resulting in cancellation. I had to reorder it, and when i said i need it now, will they take care of expedited shipping to get it to me quickly i was given ten minutes of excuses, and i finally gave up and cancelled the new order. This is unbelievable. I will never shop at Target, or Target.com again if this is their idea of customer service. I am going to try to cancel my registration with them to ensure that the next time they are hacked, that my information doesn't go out with everyone else's.
I order a lot from Target, and with the RED card it's always 5% savings, and FREE shipping. Very convenient for birthday gifts for the kids and the parents have a convenient location for returns if needed.
Ordered two items online, only one showed up and I was not happy about the quality. Called and spoke to a nice woman who was very understanding and apologetic. Gave me a full refund.
A step up from Walmart for sure! They may not have everything but they do have lots of cool items though, that you will not find at some of the other big box stores!
Had a problem with my payment (could not get the website to accept my credit card), but after a quick chat with their customer service they fixed everything and were very polite and helpful.
I've done some online shopping with target and overall their products are good. However, I feel slighted over some other products. Not sure why you would sell good quality items and then bad ones.
I love my Target RED card, you get FREE shipping on big, heavy items (I bought 2 rugs, 4 chairs, a bench and a dining room table) and it was all shipped quickly & the shipping was really FREE! Also when I use my Target card I get an automatic 5% discount, that plus they are always running a sale somewhere on the site, the saving can really add up.
I love shopping Target online and their mobile app is great! You can pick things up in the store or ship for free with a RedCard and they make returns easy.
The only thing i really hate is orderng a nice blouse or leggings and having them show up in sandwich bags otherwise i buy things even shoes from target. But compare prices a lot with amazon.
5. I had to pursue my training after 6th semester as a part of university curriculum. BMIT provided me options and opportunities in various top ranked companies to select from.
Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: Be careful. If the item suddenly becomes unavailable that you already paid for you will have to wait 30 days for your refund.
Answer: Sometime from other sites, malware can be picked up to track your internet history. I don't think target's website would carry that!
Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
Target has a rating of 2.6 stars from 1,742 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Target most frequently mention customer service, gift card and online order. Target ranks 8th among Department Store sites.
