I used to really like Target, but I have noticed lately that their prices are not as competitive and the changes to cartwheel are still leaving me confused! I am not a computer person and cartwheel was just perfect, not sure why they went and changed it, but now I can't even take advantage of the new system. I am also getting tired of how many coupons they take. I know some people try to fraudulently use coupons, but when I have 4 coupons and I have bought ALL 4 products it gets irritating when they tell you, you can't use that many in 1 purchase. I am on a tight budget and need to save money, I follow the rules of the coupons, but it seems that companies no longer use common sense. It seems as if we are being penalized for those who misuse coupons. I know Target isn't the only store who is starting this trend with the coupons, however I did think they were bright enough to be able to discern between someone who is trying to run a scam and a person who has bought the correct amount of products! After all I use my Target card, and I did use cartwheel before the change so it's not like they can't see my buying habits!

I have had 2 service techs., both did a great job! Connor the sales rep was very friendly and explained a great of what makes them different. After calling@ and getting quotes I couldn't believe the price, $525.00 yearly, and quarterly visits. My 1st visit was done by Chris T., not only do they spray, but all of the webs around the lights doors and corners were gone! I had the home I was selling done as well, this was done by John M., again, everything was done! I have a friend who has Orkin, and I always notice the webs@ the door frames and lights, not with this company! It's like having outside house cleaning! Plus they give a credit to BOTH parties for referrals. The manager Bill is also very nice, I left a message bc I used this site to write a review instead of Yelp, he called me back in 5mins. And said he would make sure the reps. Got credit for their work. So far so good, 2 different reps., 2 different homes, both done very well!

Before you start an account review everything very carefully. I knew they took a percentage of sales most do, but I didn't realize they charged you to list items. After browsing the site, it seemed more like small businesses and not a place for those of us who liked to do crafts and make a little bit of money. I was under the impression it was a great place to sell crafts for those of us who do it because we love it, and just want to make a little money, but after looking at the sellers, they seemed more like small arts and crafts stores.

This company has it's pro's and con's, but it isn't all happy like you are led to believe and I am still surprised that their rating are that high. When using this site you need to review all the rules very carefully because you, as the seller are the one who loses out. If you use this site you should video tape all of your packaging, if you are selling anything for $50.00 or more you may want to do your own shipping. They are now working with Fedex and instead of shipping prices going down, they have gone up and the delivery time is horrible. I also found when talking to Fedex that the labels only cover so much, so if you sell a $50.00 item, but it only weighed 3lbs and you used that label you are not covered for that amount. If something is broken, you the seller have to go thru the hoops of getting your money back, Mercari will not help you. Mercari has terrible, terrible customer service. I printed out the label they sent me, mailed the item, and received a message later advising me, I used the wrong shipping label and if it happened again I would be held responsible for the unpaid postage. I sent Mercari a message advising that I knew the item was 6lbs, as they could see from my conversation with the customer, and that their site showed that I had chosen that label. They replied I was responsible and to be careful in the future. I asked if they had read my message, and had researched the conversation with the customer and had seen that I had chosen the correct label, it was all there, they just had to look! Their reply was the same, I tried again asking if they were aware they could have a "bug" with the labels as it clearly showed I had picked the correct label, they replied with the exact same message. The site is great for getting rid of clothes and small items, just don't try to sell anything that may cost you because you will be responsible if the item isn't received or broken. Also make sure that you weigh your items correctly or they will charge you. Also now that the shipping has gone up so much I don't sell as much as I used to. They were supposed to use Fedex to lower rates, but the shipping rates have doubled and the delivery times can take up to 2 weeks for a buyer to get their item! After reading several reviews about the site I learned a lot, so if you use this site please do your homework! The site is very easy to use, and with a lot of things there is the good and the bad, to avoid the bad I can't stress enough to do your research and expect NO customer service from this site. I think the customer service is just a computer that sends out pre-written statements. GL to all the users!
