Stay far, far away from this bogus company. Ordered an item on Nov. 29th as a Christmas gift, it's December 28th and per the "tracking number" it's still preparing to ship from China... even though an "executive in customer service" told me it's on it's way. They will not refund, you will need to contact your credit card company to reverse the charge - they will dispute the charge with these scam artists - if they can ever get ahold of them at their phone number on their website (which has been disconnected).
The refund policy is misleading. I couldn't exchange my item because it was a "sale item". There's nothing on the site that is not on sale. I wouldn't recommend buying anything because that's just poor customer experience/service. The quality of the painting (bought a canvas) is not that clear if you're looking at it about 5 feet away.
I ordered a 5-piece canvas set from the website which shows the canvas hanging over a full-sized couch, big enough to almost reach to the ceiling. The item took up the entire wall behind the couch in the image. It was my fault I did not read the actual dimensions, 10x25 cm (which is about the size of a large Starbucks coffee cup), and that I hadn't realized I ordered the item with "no frame". The product came in a rolled-up tube the size of my forearm. The images are cheaply printed on canvas-like material paper, something I could have done at home with a laser jet printer. This was definitely false advertisement, and essentially a scam. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
I had to be on top of them about getting my order. After a month a half of not getting it I emailed them and they said they'd send it out. After 2 months finally got it. It looked... Bad. Very blurry. They went back and forth with me with giving me a refund (I offered to send it back). They kept saying they'd get back with me and never did then say basically it was my fault and theres nothing they will do because I waited so long between responses. But they were the ones saying theyd get back with me. Don't do It.
I ordered a tapestry as a Christmas present on Black Friday... we're already two weeks into December & I have NOT had any updates on my package. It only says "on its way" but its been like that for TWO WHOLE WEEKS!!! Hopefully it comes in on time or even at all for that matter. Won't be ordering from here again.
Dear brothers and sisters, i would ask you would be slow to order and quick to free yourself of these lies. I ordered two tapestrys and they gave me the wrong one and it wasnt even a cool wrong one, it was an ugly wrong one
So I ordered one of the cavasas and in the picture it shows it over a large bed so I showed my husband and He liked it so we ordered it with out frame. I opened it up it's in a roll taped together. It has been hand but by scissors and not straight and it is the size of my forearm. I went on the web-site it does show 10X25 Cm which is my own fault for not reading that but the quality is crap, crooked scissor lines and it took over a month to get.
This has been the worst costumer service exsperience in my life.
My order was sent to the wrong address due to their website messing up. I keep emailing them asking for them to either refund me or send me a new product but they keep just sending me the tracking info and saying they cant change the address once its been shipped. But I would never by mistake put a COMPLEY different state, street, number and zipcode. So basically they stole my money and are refusing to do jack squat about it. Ive emailed them around 6 times. Never order from them. This could happen to you.
Products in pictures look great, in reality it's $#*!. Just, don't bother with them, their goal is not to provide a quality product, it's ripping people off and earning some money. That's that.
Not my idea of a TAPESTRY. Very cheaply made and the material is nothing like what I would think of as a TAPESTRY. Can't get the wrinkles out from where it was folded. Not worth the price I paid. I wish I had known this was coming from China. I wouldn't have ordered it.
I got no response until I wrote an email saying that I wanted to buy more but was wondering where my packages were. The next day I got a response that it was on its way it took over two months but I finally got a package and it's nothing like in the photos it's so fuzzy it looks like 8bit graphics. I count my self lucky that I got anything at all there is a reason they say they don't ship for 4weeks after order because that is the usual amount of time the banks give for you to dispute charges on you account. Because by the time you realize you have been scammed you can't dispute the charges.
You'll never receive what you ordered they make you pay for the reject selling items and they dont respond back quickly their customer service is horrible the worst ive seen thus far
This company is a total scam. I had ordered my son a tapestry for his bedroom back on 11/30/18 for Christmas and to this day 01/09/19 i still have not received the item nor an email explaining what is taking so long in the delivery. When you go on to track the package it's not even in English and the last update on this item was 12/16/18. They sure are quick to take the money though. I would never recommend this company to anyone and the funny thing is you only have 30 days to get a refund which we are well over so now not only do i not have my item i paid for but i can't get my money back either. TOTAL SCAM RUN FAR AWAY DON'T ORDER ANYTHING YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT...
First off, they show that picture of the tapestry behind the couch like its just this big wall covering thing then you get it and its my arm span. Then, the resolution of the picture is like a damn vhs. Might be able to get away with this in the ninety's but its 2019...

They say it takes 2-3 weeks to "custom make" your tapestry. No, it takes 2-3 weeks to ship from China. Looks nothing like the picture. Customer service is passive aggressive and rude. Total rip off.
We can't blame everything on COVID. It does not take 2 months to ship a package to someone regardless of pandemic. I ordered something months ago thinking I was paying the price presented. Later on in the day I realized they charged me 10 dollars more due to Canadian prices. I asked to cancel the order the same day I ordered it. They refused and said " you won't regret this item". Then almost two months later I contacted them to tell them that I have not received my package yet and in fact, it has not moved in 2 months. They responded by saying that if I don't get the package in 7-14 days that I will be reimbursed. I then contacted them when that time frame had ended. And they take back their promise to reimburse me. They offer me a 10% discount on my NEXT purchase. (LOL) there will not be a second purchase - are you nuts? Then I look at their reviews. 1.4/5... Wish I had looked at their reviews before I ordered this item. From the reviews, it does seem I won't be happy with the product when it finally does arrive. I also told them that I am moving at the end of the month. Their response today is that it will be there in 20 days. So I won't even get the package anyway. Disgusting and unprofessional. You made 30 bucks off of me and from the sounds of it you don't seem to realize that 30 dollars is pennies when people read your reviews and don't order ANYTHING
Ordered my tapesty and paid $50 for it. Been waiting for over a month & when I wanted to call I noticed the phone number has 555 in it. SCAM. Unbelievable.
If I could give this company negative points I would. I ordered a tapestry for my brother at the beginning of December and just received it. After opening the package I realized this is false advertising at its finest it is the cheapest piece of material it's is blurry and has white lines going through it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a tapestry a week before Christmas. I have NOT RECEIVED it yet. Said it would be here the 2-3 before Christmas. I "cancelled" the order just hours after ordering and I got NO RESPONSE until the day before Christmas telling me NO that they JUST shipped my order that I could ONLY get 10% back. I have yet to receive ANYTHING. NO 10% $$$ back or my tapestry! Your website says you'll ANSWER within 24 hrs. That is FALSE ADVERTISING I advise you take it down! :/

Answer: They won't allow you to do so. I tried to cancel my order hours after I ordered it because their pricing was in US dollars and I did not know that until it went to my credit card... (sketch right there). They are scammers
