I ordered two items on Dec 3 2018. My bank account was debited on Dec 4 2018 for the full cost of my order. It is January 31 and I still haven't received my order and have requested a full refund. They have no working telephone number and the emails in response to my complaints have been redundant and without resolution! Do not fall for this company!
Purchased a product in November and have never received my package. Contacted them by email because you can not reach them any other way. They refuse to refund my money so much for 100% customer service. I have contacted BBB! Amazon has the same products and I received it within 2 days!
The worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's been two months since I was told my item shipped, and I have kept an eye on the tracking info, only to discover that the package was returned to them a month ago. Since then I've been trying to sort out what's gone wrong, to no avail (all they tell me are things that are completely irrelevant to the matter), after which I've simply asked for a refund, several times now, only to be repeatedly told "We have escalated the case to the fulfillment department for their review. As soon as we get an update from them, we'll get back to you and be rest assured that we will resolve the issue as soon as possible." Yet nothing happens. My best advice to anyone thinking of ordering anything from TapestryKing, is STAY AWAY.
I ordered my tapestry at the end of November so that my daughter would have it by her Birthday December 14th. It is now almost Christmas and I still don't have my order. Customer service is no help. Their phone number doesn't work. Very disappointed, will never order from here again.

My package took over a month to arrive and the material and picture was laughable. Not even close to what was in the picture online. Some of the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Please please just find a different website, there is plenty out there offering the same product.
I ordered a 10' by 12' tapestry and a canvas painting. It took three weeks to arrive, the painting wasn't even on canvas and was about 6" long, even though the picture shows it on canvas and large enough to fit on a wall above a full sized couch. The tapestry was made of very thin, cheap cloth and was only about 4' by 6', if that. I would never, ever order from this site as you WILL get ripped off. It is extremely misleading and the products are actually $#*!. I would've given it zero stars if I could've. Luckily, I only lost about $35, but I know I won't be getting it back.
I just received my Lion tapestry from Tapestryking.com. I will never buy one again. The quality is cheap and its way small than they make you believe think its gonna be. The picture isnt even as detailed as they look on the website. Dont buy this crap!
Most of my items didn't show up, the one that did was not only damaged but completely different than any of the items actually showed, it was a joke. Not even 1/3 of the size they showed and the picture was printed on rolled up canvas. If you can even call it canvas. Worst quality and service ever. They refuse to refund me.
I ordered a tapestry for a Christmas gift on 12-9-18. It has NOT arrived as of 1-14-19!
When I try to contact the company I receive the same generic response each time.

I ordered a tapestry for my daughter on November 26th and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed customer service 7 times and I've been given the same information that the order is in transit. The transit number they provided me is not an accurate number and gives no information. When I look up the address that's on their website it is to an apartment complex on a college campus in Illinois in the phone number listed is not a working number. I guess I should have noticed that at first since the first three digits are 555. Complete scam don't waste your time or money you won't get your product and you will not get your money back. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Not sure what this will do but at least it's a start.
I was really disappointed when I got my first tapestry from them today. It looks nothing like what is depicted on their website. The cloth is super cheap, the print is extremely blurry, and the color is so faded. The first email I got from them stated it would take 7 days to make, process, ship and deliver. I received it 21 days after I ordered. Their website States that sale items cannot be refunded, yet everything on their website is on sale. I have yet to hear back from their customer support team, and doubt I will. I also highly doubtful I will be getting a refund. Sad thing is I ordered one for my boyfriend for an anniversary gift, and I'm worried that it will aslo arrive in poor quality. Don't order anything from this company. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I hope that will do something and I hope I get my money back because I just wasted 40 something dollars. Also their customer support number doesn't even work.
Absolute disgrace totall robbery! Canvas pictures are the length of your hand and come in terrible quality, not the right picture, not the right amount of pictures. This site is a total scam for money so would advise staying as far away as possible.
I ordered 3 tapestries from tapestry King recently. And then I started reading all these negative reviews and got worried.
But all my tapestries arrived within the month (which wasn't unexpected as I live in a remote city in the north of Sweden)
The tapestries aren't amazing quality but they were also very cheap, and as far as I'm concerned they look nice enough and for what I paid I'm extremely happy.
I was kept upto date and informed about my orders, for example I was emailed after every package arrived.
Overall I'm satisfied with my order and would use them again.
It took 4 weeks for my package to arrive'. When it arrived, there's literally nothing in it. It sounds like even if it did arrive that it'd be poor quality, but it'd be nice to actually get something for the money I spent. They refuse to refund my money.
Ordered 2 tapestries and received one that was something completely different from what I have ordered. They said that they are going to send me what I originally ordered but they did not. I was spamming them with emails and their response was that they are flooded with orders. So basically they lie to their customers and treat them like sh**. Do not buy anything from them, even the quality of the tapestry is terrible, the material is the one you have on an umbrella.
I recently purchased a tapestry from this site. They sent me the right pattern with the wrong colors and proceeded to tell me after I sent them photos of my order and the item that I shipped that it was the correct order! They must be colorblind and offered no refund or exchange this place is awful
Ordered a tapestry the day after Thanksging, still waiting on what would have been a Christmas gift. I have emailed them twice to only receive a canned email that it is on the way. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, I will likely never receive it or it will look like crap. What a joke, TapestryKing doesn't even deserve 1 star!
The shipping status for my TapestryKing astronaut tapestry hadn't changed in about a week. I got a little worried so I decided to look up the reviews. When I came to this site, I was convinced that I got scammed. However, I saw another site where people posted positive reviews and pictures of their tapestries. Some said shipping was quick and others said it was very slow. By the next week, I received my tapestry in the mail, and it looks just as I ordered it. The image could possibly have been a little sharper, but I still think it looks great.
I ordered my tapestry in April. I understand the Covid-19 virus is in effect. So I patiently waited. However I was getting notifications saying they dropped it off at my mail box a day after they dropped it off. (USPS shows timing) Aren't they supposed to drop it to your front door? Also why didn't I get noticed when it was actually dropped off? Not only did I not receive it. Either someone stole it or they didn't send it. I ran around to different mail boxes in my neighborhood. Went to usps, they were closed. Then SEAN said they will send a new one to a new address with a new confirmation. So I gave him a 5 star. Big mistake. Never heard anything back since. I can buy from so many other places and actually get what I want faster. I want a refund!
Answer: They won't allow you to do so. I tried to cancel my order hours after I ordered it because their pricing was in US dollars and I did not know that until it went to my credit card... (sketch right there). They are scammers
