They suck

You'll never receive what you ordered they make you pay for the reject selling items and they dont respond back quickly their customer service is horrible the worst ive seen thus far

Complete rip off

So I ordered one of the cavasas and in the picture it shows it over a large bed so I showed my husband and He liked it so we ordered it with out frame. I opened it up it's in a roll taped together. It has been hand but by scissors and not straight and it is the size of my forearm. I went on the web-site it does show 10X25 Cm which is my own fault for not reading that but the quality is crap, crooked scissor lines and it took over a month to get.

Absolute disgrace totall robbery! Canvas pictures are the length of your hand and come in terrible quality, not the right picture, not the right amount of pictures. This site is a total scam for money so would advise staying as far away as possible.

Products in pictures look great, in reality it's $#*!. Just, don't bother with them, their goal is not to provide a quality product, it's ripping people off and earning some money. That's that.

Steer clear!

Product was nothing like described on the website, desperately cheap material and quality, colour should have been gold, was brown. Had to submit several photos to prove it over many emails and coming up to three whole weeks of complaints. Still waiting for refund. Absolutely abysmal.

The shipping status for my TapestryKing astronaut tapestry hadn't changed in about a week. I got a little worried so I decided to look up the reviews. When I came to this site, I was convinced that I got scammed. However, I saw another site where people posted positive reviews and pictures of their tapestries. Some said shipping was quick and others said it was very slow. By the next week, I received my tapestry in the mail, and it looks just as I ordered it. The image could possibly have been a little sharper, but I still think it looks great.

Complete ripoff

The worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's been two months since I was told my item shipped, and I have kept an eye on the tracking info, only to discover that the package was returned to them a month ago. Since then I've been trying to sort out what's gone wrong, to no avail (all they tell me are things that are completely irrelevant to the matter), after which I've simply asked for a refund, several times now, only to be repeatedly told "We have escalated the case to the fulfillment department for their review. As soon as we get an update from them, we'll get back to you and be rest assured that we will resolve the issue as soon as possible." Yet nothing happens. My best advice to anyone thinking of ordering anything from TapestryKing, is STAY AWAY.

When I bought my tapestry, it said that it would take around two weeks to get here. It's now two or three weeks later, and it hasn't even been shipped. It's been in transit for a week. Concerned, I looked everywhere for reviews of this business and I can't find anything which is making me even more concerned. Don't order from this company, unless you enjoy waiting forever for your product, or you're willing to risk not getting it at all and wasting your money. Let's just say if I wait this long to get it, and when it gets here it's bad material and isn't large, I'm going to be even more mad.

This has been the worst costumer service exsperience in my life.
My order was sent to the wrong address due to their website messing up. I keep emailing them asking for them to either refund me or send me a new product but they keep just sending me the tracking info and saying they cant change the address once its been shipped. But I would never by mistake put a COMPLEY different state, street, number and zipcode. So basically they stole my money and are refusing to do jack squat about it. Ive emailed them around 6 times. Never order from them. This could happen to you.

The refund policy is misleading. I couldn't exchange my item because it was a "sale item". There's nothing on the site that is not on sale. I wouldn't recommend buying anything because that's just poor customer experience/service. The quality of the painting (bought a canvas) is not that clear if you're looking at it about 5 feet away.

All of the products that you will receive are not as described and the quality is ridiculously low. They cover up bad reviews on their website and on facebook so it is hard to find anything bad written about them. They state in their policy on another page that the products may take a while to craft before sending out. What they really mean is that it will take them a little while to talk to their supplier in China to be sent directly to your house. They are a middleman and most likely have never even seen the products they advertise. I have found the same product I ordered (which took over a month to get here) on Amazon for about $20 less with terrible reviews. Save your money and look for better quality items elsewhere.
