I ordered a tapestry as a Christmas present for my daughter on November 29 and received in January 9. Cheap fabric and image quality - a total disappointment.

HORRIBLE quality all around. The image on my tapestry is blurry and the material feels like plastic. Not to mention it took a month to receive it. Will never buy anything from this website every again.

Stay away! Terrible company, refusing to refund our purchase. Tapestry looks nothing like the picture. Supposedly we could return it within 30 days so we contacted them but they refused and instead they offered us 15% off a future purchase because they want a happy customer. Seriously?!

Not sure if I will ever get the second part of my package. The pictures were very deceiving. I thought it would be a lot larger. Disappointing to say the least. I paid over 20$ Per tapestry with a discount. I bought 3 for $66 and have only received one..

They will take your money and send you nothing! IF you ever get something, it will be VERY poor quality. Also, do not order from Tapestry Galore either, as it is the exact same scam as this, probably run by the same scumbags that run this total waste of time and money! I feel sorry for all the trees that have to give oxygen to these stains of Earth.

They have sent me the box to choose from in a ridiculous miniature and they do not give me a solution or contact me.
I think that this company is a scam and they have no intention of replacing the product with the one I chose in the images they offered.
It's a shame that companies like these take advantage of people and all we can do is warn other consumers.

I bought a beach towel from this website. What I ended up receiving was essentially a table cloth. No cotton like advertised. Cloth was paper thin so impossible to use. Tried to leave a review on their website and Instagram but they were taken down. Messaged them saying I would like a refund, but they don't do refunds under 20$ and my product was a round 18. Would not recommend as they have bad product and costumer service.

My tapestry came to me after 3 months of waiting! It is uneven, the seams around the edges of it were falling off as I took it out of the packaging! The quality is absolutely terrible, would not recommend at all! Also the customer service is so bad, they barely reply to your emails and give you the answers you want to hear when they do reply but don't follow through.

Really funny how I know 100% that I got the conformation email for tracking purposes to find out 3 weeks later it's no where in my email and now I have no way other then my bank account to prove I bought this P. O. S. They are a gimmick and I filed for a refund. Suggest others to do the same.

Do not buy from these people! It's obviously a scam. I ordered from them over a month ago. No package still yet! Won't give me a real answer on where it is, and will not give my money back! We should all sue these people!

My order took FOREVER to ship. And when i finally received it, disappointed would be an understatement. The picture on their site looks nothing like what i received. This is the worst quality tapestry Ive ever seen and the colors do not even match what i ordered. Very disappointed and do not recommend anyone buy from them, even for their prices.

I ordered two tapestries on November 27th and I'm still waiting. Customer service is a joke. They are saying it could be some time in January before they are received. Status has said "in transit " for weeks. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed my order.
