I ordered from Swanson for over several years then switched to The Herb Finder. Well, I've been back to Swanson for over a year and have had great results. I used to order from The Herb Finder until they sold out and I got ripped off as they made their transition. The order that I had placed for over a $100 never arrived in spite of many calls to The Herb Finder. The Herb Finder told me so many lies to keep me hanging on then dropped my order. I did not receive the products or a refund. I'm glad to be ordering from Swanson again and appreciate their reliable service.

I Have used Swanson for many years but when I changes credit cards it was a big problem. They tried to charge my previous credit card a few since they evidently tried to charge the old account. I checked my order which had the new account and emailed them they were wrong in trying to charge my previous account. Their response was that I should delete the previous card and make the new card my default, which I did when I entered the new card and that is what was shown in the order.
I will never do business with a company that screws up and doesn't acknowledge it but instead blames the customer. I will never use Swanson and would rather die if they were the only company on earth. Thanks for wasting my time and blaming me.

I purchased some vitamins on line. Customer service was patient.
Some vitamins were buy one bottle, get one for free. Shipping was free if you buy $ 50.00 worth of items. Packaging was neat and well done and arrived on time as promised.

Chose several things and half the items I wished to order could not be shipped to California. I'm confused about that as I think I'm able to order the same things from other places with no problem. I looked at the 'restricted' list of items that can't be shipped to California and it appears to be most of their stock, so unfortunately I don't think I can do business with them regularly. I realized that this is some weird California thing and not Swanson with Prop 65, another way California kills business in the state.

I called Swanson because I received email about shipment of vitamins I; ve never ordered. They told me that these vitamins were on easy refill. I stated that I never put anything on easy refill. They told me to send the vitamins back but refused to refund shipping charges. The customer service rep, Pam could not care less when I told her that I will write bad review on the internet. Apparently nobody cares about the company reputation. I'll never order from them again!

I ordered 5 supplements (for only $20 which is usually one on amazon) on the 30th, said it would come April 3rd, came on April 2nd. Really great experience and no this is not a fake review, I think of that a lot when I look at reviews because so many places do that. I'm writing this because my experience was great and nobody ever writes a review when there's not a problem as is seen by the rating on here. If they were really that low then they would be a scam website.

I have been ordering Swanson products for a couple of years now. I love the products, prices, and free shipping! Certainly saved me money and kept me from running out of products that were out of stock at my local store. Love Swanson!

When you place a $100 order, you expect quick shipping, even if, because of the size of the order you placed qualified you for 'free' shipping. It can be two weeks until you get your order. Also, if you 'try' to order by Paypal, and one of the items in your order is out of stock, you will be asked to use a credit card instead. My fix to this, is to delete the out of stock item from your list and order via Paypal. Credit card orders, from my last experiences, get no immediate email acknowledgement to the buyer that you placed your order. Also, I have not received any shipping notification with my last two or three orders placed via credit card. Ordering with Paypal, you get an almost immediate email notification of your 'placed' order. Products that Swanson Vitamins provides, in general, I am most pleased with.

I have bought Swanson Vitamins online for years and have always been satisfied with the shipping. I often pay 2.99 instead of going for free shipping because by the time I get around to ordering I am low or out of product.
For the most part I order the Swanson label product, and I always read the reviews first.
The quality seems good and the prices, especially for the Swanson label products, are good.
The only 'issue' I have is with the website which is a little clunky.

After my first purchase on Swanson they asked me, if i wanted a 10 dollar bonus. I followed that link and took me to Rakuten, they promised a 10 dollars if i gave this and that on my google account. I accepted only to find out that it was a 10 dollar bonus if you buy such and such. This is not a serious company then. I had to spend my time cancelling the Rakuten account and for wasting my time, my swanson account and order

I love this site! They are much more affordable than other sites, have high quality products, and offer such a huge variety that I always find something I wasn't expecting. Their reviews are detailed and include both positive and negative reviews so you have a lot of information to go on before making a decision. I really do my research before committing to a site as a staple to fill our family's needs. This site is a definite staple.

I was reviewing Ultimate Probiotic Formula on the Consumer Lab site and I did a price check at Swanson which showed $10.99 a bottle of 30 capsules and free shipping if you spend over $50.00. So I purchased 6 bottles for 65.94. When I confirmed the purchase the total came to 76.44. So from 10.99 a bottle it went to 12.74 a bottle. If I didn't notice the price change I would have made the purchase and would have gotten screwed. Once I contacted customer service, the rep wanted to honor the $10.99 a purchase but I refused cause I did not want to make any purchase from someone that tries to deceive me but when caught they will honor the price. I have learned my lesson a long time ago, once a thief always a thief... I will never go back to them. If they did this to me I'm almost certain they did it to others who may not have done their due diligence.
