I have ordered from Swanson for 30 years and found they have excellent products, prices, service.
I have been able to try many different products, because of the price, that would not have been possible without their reasonable pricing. It has really helped me with different health issues that I have been able to overcome.

I have shopped Swanson before. When they offer a percent off, along with free shipping, they do not give you the option of upgrading shipping so that the order arrives in 4 or 5 days. Vitaworld and other sites give you the option. I would rather pay the $7.99 and get it in a few days. Waiting 10 days, or longer, is unacceptable! Maybe I am just to accustomed to Amazon Prime and 2 day shipping.
I found a promotion (20%) email 3 weeks ago and placed an order right away.
Because the family has been using it for a long time
I ordered 15 bottles of other company's products and 2 bottles of 2 types of Swanson products.
First email the next day -
The order has been put on hold because the card address and shipping address are different.
= I checked the address through chat and the order seemed to be stable.
Second email a few days later -
You can't place more than 5 orders because there is potential for sale.
= I modified the order amount to 5 bottles and ordered again.
Third email in a few days -
Out of Stock.
Only fulfill orders for Swanson products. (One-sided Money out from CD)
Even after few days after clear second mail cleared.
I contacted them via chat and asked them to cancel the order, and the order was processed, so take it and return it.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
I was shopping on their site today and saw they had their first subscription offer.
Here is the offer they posted
"Click here to unlock at least 40% off and free shipping on $35+ with your first Easy Refill subscription order of this item. All future subscription orders receive 15% off and free shipping on $35+"
So I decided to take the first subscription offer and add the items to the cart. When I was about to checkout, I found the 40% discount attached, but no free shipping on $35+. So I chatted with their customer service and they told me the free shipping is for the first subscription and not for this order. I asked him why the 40% off attached and the free shipping was not, it's misleading information for your customers. He said he would pass my complaint to someone, have a good day. That's what I got from their customer service, very disappointed.
When a company posts misleading content, I don't do business with them, and their customer service is terrible.
I have ordered from Swanson's for several years. At least once a month. Have always been happy until the last order. I order over $50 to get free shipping. It always arrives in about a week via UPS delivered to my door. The order I am expecting they shipped UPS Sure Post.
I do not have mail delivery. It is 2 hours round trip to the P. O. to pick it up. I have been round and round with customer service they will Not assure me that they will ship UPS to be

I have been a customer of Swanson for over 20 years. Today will be the LAST time I ever go to their web site. Over the last 10 years I have experienced several times price changes from when I place my order to when I actually pay for the item, on their subscription orders, and in their promotion orders. Pea protein from 16.24 changes to 24.99 at check out. Their shipping charges vary constantly as to when you qualify for free shipping. Their use of and promoting Shop Runner to receive free shipping only to find out it is free after you purchase a membership.
My advice order at Amazon. Better prices, better customer service, and reputable company.
Swansonvitamins.com sells just about any supplement you can think of plus a great number of some you've probably never heard of. They offer the most competitive prices on the web that I have found. The only complaint I have is they limit the quantity of some of their items that I need more of so I have to wait a few days to order more and that causes more shipping charges for me. I usually only rate a place with five stars when they ship free/fast and have the lowest price I can find.
I bought a lot of heath food from them but as per normal, one would not tell the difference within a period of time as health food take a long time to know its effectiveness. Than i started to purchased products that are for lowering blood sugar as i am a diabetic! I found that how come my sugar level went up a lot despite taking double the amount! For a week i keep checking! I dare confirm that their products are rubbish! Now i am returning to NOW brand for help to reduce my sugar level as b4!
I thinks now that this brand, Swanson is a scam! People like me were praising their products because they are cheap! Now i know that they are rubbish!
I would give no stars if I could. I have endured Swanson shipping problems for far too long. I have been waiting over two weeks for my most recent order. I have decided to order all of my vitamins through Amazon going forward. I won't give these folks another dime.
Swansons has a REALLY WEIRD WAY of processing orders. Meaning they don't even put a hold on the money for 24-48 hours THEN they charge shipping SEPARATELY 2-3 days later when they finally ship the order. Oh and good luck getting the order refunded after they've overdrafted your account by charging at weird times, they'll 100% blame the banks and you'll be lucky you get anything back at all. Still waiting on what I thought would be a FULL refund but customer service says is only ten bucks (not my whole purchase) and swears they've already issued despite it not being in my bank. 100% sure they're crooks and I'll be telling everyone I know not to trust them.
Only part of my order was shipped and when I called customer service she was very understanding and immediately got my information to send out the rest of my order. I received it well packaged and complete within the week and she had even included a bonus item for my trouble. Customer service matters! Thank you.
Been buying from Swanson for many years. Usually good, but I ordered over $100 of product on January 12th and still have not received it. Live chat agent said that she could not check on it because the post offices are closed today (MLK day), but it's being shipped via FedEx, which is open. I've run out of my supplements and will need to continue to wait. Very unfortunate.
I ordered a supplement from them 8/2016. The product I received was manufactured 7/2014. Their site says most products are good for 2 years... MOST. But, this is a month over 2 years. They couldn't offer a replacement because they couldn't guarantee that the product would be fresher. Say WHAT?! Well, I'm getting a refund and I won't be ordering from Swanson again.
I ordered some vitamins it did take them 4 or 5 days to ship the order out. Then it took 7 days to receive my order. But my order did show up and it was what I ordered. I did get a discount on shipping along with a decent price on the vitamins. Only really annoying thing was that they started to constantly email me ads and coupons which became annoying really fast.
I'm a long-time user and have only praise for their products and customer service. I just called to say one of the products I ordered had not worked for me and they immediately gave me a refund, no questions asked. All the other products I've ordered throughout the years did wonders for me.
The customer service told me to send a couple of unopened items back at my own expense. They do not bother to listen but kept insisting that I do not understand. That was my last order given that I had been their established customer for many years. It was the first that I had the chance to speak to their highly professional customer service!
The company is the worst. I return some vitamins back for a refund and they said it would take 2 weeks. I email them after that and they received my package. I wait a couple more days and I talk to someone else and they couldn't find it. This company went down the toilet. ITS ALL BS NOW! Stay away!
If it's Monday, it's 15% off. Tue, Fri or April Fools it's 25% off but shipping is extra. Source Code, Web Code and Catalogue Codes are all separate so make sure you USE THE RIGHT ONE. (However, if you call customer service and haggle, you can always get a better one). Oh yes, $4.99 shipping is still showing up on your order but they will take it off when the order goes through... Maybe.
I almost bought from Swanson but never went through with the order because of the rip off with the 10% discount and free shipping. It was cheaper to buy the item full priced because they raise the price on the product when I applied the discount.
I have made an order and payment through but order did not appear in order history and neither did I receive an order confirmation as well. Email customer service many times but no response. Basically this is scam website out to cheat your money. Warning. Stay out of it!

Answer: This is fake. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF When I order 15 bottles they made many reasons. First, The Credit card address (But all the time same) Second, The Shipping address is supposed to same. Third, Not allow resale so only we can order 5 bottles. Fourth, Out of Stock (Cannot sell this product) = Only allow to order "Swanson's product" = Cannot cancel (If we need a refund after receive and returning) Finally, i can discount some of Swanson's Products.
