I've contacted support TWICE and have received birthday cards from friends TWICE that don't load.
I've NEVER heard back from jibjab support
I tried loading the card on Chrome, Firefox etc. I used no ad blaocker.
Tip for consumers: I didn't buy the cards my friend did - I was the receiver
If you are using this site to send cards to friends - make sure they load first.
I tried to let them know both times - can't find a way to talk to the main office to let them know.
I would up my stars if they fix the security on their website - or I could talk to someone who knows about the web site.
