First, I'm convinced that the positive reviews are fake. I have recently (April 2020) had a horrible experience with stylewe. I had ordered from stylewe in 2016 and I can say that the quality has gone downhill since. I recently ordered 2 dresses and one jumpsuit. Both dresses were sub-par. Attached, you will see my purchase summary including a red dress and a white dress. The red dress was so poorly made and is a very strange material. In person, it actually looks like a cheap Halloween costume or cape, not a 60 USD dress, as advertised. The white dress looks like it's actually made of the lining of a dress. It's completely sheer and cheap looking. The customer service said I would have to return the items to China for a refund. After inquiring at USPS the charge would be 30 (with no tracking)-125.00 USD, and UPS would charge at least 60 USD. Upon explaining my dissatisfaction to stylewe, they offered 25 percent money back only. It's a scam. Don't be fooled.
It's been a month since I placed my order. Out of 6 tops, only 1 has arrived. The others went MIA, and the only email response I've received is that they will check with the warehouse, that's been days ago with no update. Horrible service and the one item that's arrived is poorly made and oversized. I spent close to $150 bucks and will not stop until I get my money back!

I have never received such bad customer service. The quality of the clothes is so cheap and looks nothing like the website. It looks like it was made at some sweat factory by children. My order took over a month and I was missing two major items that were the most expensive from my order, that were never sent in my parcel shipment. However, on their website, it stated it was received!. I tried to contact customer service you can only reach them by email chat.
When I wanted a refund for my $200 order, They refunded me $24.32. This website is so fraudulent I would rather order from Fashion Nova, at least you know you will get your items and the clothes will be made decent. Please save your time and money... and most importantly your frustration!

I ordered 3 dresses from this online store. All dresses were of good quality and priced reasonably. I like that I don't see the dresses I ordered on other sites. The shipping process took a little over 2 weeks but it is international shipping during a pandemic. I will definitely shop again for more unique items!

I haven't purchased from this company, although some of the styles are really intriguing, the prices and negative comments give me pause. There is one shirt in particular I liked, available in all white or with black dots on white. If you look closely at the two photos they are identical--even to the point of where folds appear in the fabric. However, where there are dots in the area of those folds they are completely round, indicating they are added in using something like photoshop. That makes me extremely wary. I think I will pass.

I bought 2 dresses both of which are very poor quality and not as shown on the website. One had a missing belt and that asked me to take a photo - a little difficult. They will not send me a returns label but I guess from reading the other reviews that that would be a waste of time and money. And later they offered me 25% refund as it would be expensive to return the items to CHINA. The issue is now with my bank.

Do not waste your money on this, photos look very nice, but they are nothing like in photo. I ordered dresses and pants which mentioned US size small, I usually wear US 4-6, when i wore them they are very big to be US 4-6. Quality is very bad as well for the money you pay. They do not have free returns so international shipping back costs around 50 GBP from London. So be careful while ordering and I would definitely suggest you to stay away to save pain.

The pictures looks very pretty online, but once the clothing arrives after more than a month, you will be shocked at the poor quality. Tried to return, but they want me to send it back to China at my own cost and that could be very pricey. The customer service and return policy is basically non existent!

First and foremost, if you want to return an item, the address is in CHINA, The cost is not worth it. They offered 15% on your next order if you did not return it. Seriously. Second, the items purchase are different than the picture in quality and color. The material of poor quality it is insulting. I bet they make 1000% profit by using such poor material. I would not buy from them again. The return address should be reviewed so that the buyer has a choice whether to proceed with the purchase.

Do not do business with this company! It borders on the fraudulent.
The stated "return policy" is very vague, until there is a need to actually return an item. It then becomes clear, after an email exchange, that the return center is in China, and there will significant costs and delays in receiving any refunds. The company therefore suggests you accept a 15% cash refund, but without any obvious method or procedure to request this refund. (I responded in the email, hoping this will work.)
The bottom line: Do not order from this company unless you are willing to accept the item, as is, and hope it is exactly as desired.

I purchased a dress from StyleWe that arrived 2 weeks after the proposed "arrive by" date. My package was not delivered to the right place so I reached out to them to find out what happened and I was told it was delivered and it was up to me to find it. Luckily the person who received my package returned it to my mailbox.
Once I opened up the package the dress had an awful smell and looked NOTHING like the picture. It was cheaply made with strings hanging everywhere. I contacted StyleWe for a refund and they said I had to ship it back to China on me or they could offer a 15% cash refund which does not even begin to cover the insane shipping fees, delays, wrong location and poorly made smelly dress.
Very disappointed and will not be online shopping there in the future. At least Shein offers hassle free returns.

I paid $53.65 for return shipping to China and used their return label which they emailed me. It was returned to me unopened and stamped "over due return". My receipt is dated 5/24/18 and the shipping date was 6/23/18. This ALL conforms with their return policy. But they refused it. ITS A SCAM or a business operating without integrity.

Unfortunately it takes a very long time to receive some of your items. I have items that are well over a month and still marked processing not even shipped yet. Some items are shipped within 3 weeks I don't understand why they cannot fulfill these orders, unless they make them when the order comes in, still over a month seems ridiculous to me. I have had to cancel several orders due to the length of delivery
I ordered shoes. 1st sandals and they were just OK. Saw some cute dress shoe, ordered them and it took over 30 days for them to arrive. They are made of heavy paper and the heels do not look like the picture.

I purchased 7 pieces of clothing here for the first time. I was extremely excited because I see their ads all the time. My purchase took more than a month to come (no big deal it was coming from China) but when it arrived they were all poor replicas. The material choice was extremely cheap and no way were those the fabrics the models were in the pictures. The only two things that were decent were a white cotton shirt and a t-shirt. The sizes were really off on the clothing. I bought a medium dress which had to be an extra-large in size and also the t-shirt I purchased was nice but it also had to be at least an extra-large so. For the $130 I spent, it was really disappointing. I did not return because the review says you have to pay for it being shipped back to China and many people never received their money back. If you are going to try stylewe, i suggest you purchase one or two things and don't go all in, like I did.

I found StyleWe years ago looking for prom dresses for my twin daughters and we loved what we found. I've been coming back, off and on ever since because the clothing is high quality at great prices.
I really have only one complaint: items are shipped in bags that cause everything to get very wrinkled in its travels. It's not a big deal, but it can be a bit annoying.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them.
