I've ordered several times from StyleWe. For the most part, I'm satisfied with my purchase. There have been 3 out of about 15 items I did not like, and 1 that was defective. The exchange/return policy is pretty cut and dry. However, customer service is great. I'll continue to order specific things from the sight.
It's been nearly 30 days and I have not received my 2 orders. I'm getting worried this is not a genuine website. I just sent an email requesting about two prior orders in which clothing was ordered/purchased on 1/23/24. & 2/6/24. Today is 2/17/24 and I just foolishly placed a 3rd order before realizing I had already placed an order for the same skirt. I requested to cancel said order; awaiting response.
After meeting the required purchase amount for Free Shipping, a shipping charge was charged. I had to delete a few items in order to make my purchase.
Easy to make purchase. Unable to use 1st time purchase coupon. However, another coupon was available.
Well where do I start? I've seen this company advertise beautiful clothes. These all looked like well-made clothes that I could wear into the office. I ordered 4 items. 2 I have received the other 2 are pre orders. That have now been delayed they say.The slacks I received with the flower on the bottom legs, are freaking iron on decal. Cheap looking! The decal does not even match with the other sideMy soul will NOT let me wear these damn pants. The dress is also cheap looking. Wont be wearing it in the office either. All items were over 40 dollars each. Ive purchased items from Shein for 10 dollars that had much better quality...I'm sticking with SHEIN.

They will charge overseas return shipping fees. Items are not as described. Seller threatened not to refuse package, that you will lose item and money...why would I ever consider buying from this farce of a business?

1. Bought almost ten cloths at one time.
Items Stylewe sales are not as described, materials, size, and some smells horrible.
2. The person helps reruns are very NICE to keep giving you a discount to ask you keep your purchases. They don't let you return some SALE items, because it is what stylewe's policy.

I only received 6 of 7 clothes within their promised delivery time, the last one was postponed again and again and then I had to cancel the order. All selected items were small size but still way too big, unbelievably different from the models they show on their platform.

I ordered a beautiful burgundy 2 pc outfit. It took 6 weeks and one piece was bright red and the other a washed out burgundy but not even close to the picture. Very poor construction and shoddy fabric and poor sizing. When I tried to return they make you return to China which is very expensive and only offer 20% refund. Stylewe is now a scam.

Purchased three items that were too big and the quality was poor. Called about refund and was told that I could get 40% cash refund or 45% wallet credit. This is stealing customer's money because there is nothing said to that effect on their website. I will never buy from them again.

Items look cute in pictures but are SUPER cheap plastic/rayon material. But even worse, this company i s a complete con. I returned the items via UPS to the address indicated from StyleWe and UPS confirmed signature/receipt. StyleWe will not credit my account (it's $500!) saying they don't use that address for returns (even though it was accepted and logged as returned). 100% worst company.

UPDATE: Only after posting here did I receive the address to send returns. The shipment was received and signed for one week ago and I still have not received my refund. I'm posting a photo showing delivery confirmation. Please process my refund ASAP.
The items do ship from China, so it takes a considerable amount of time for them to arrive. As long as you're not in a rush, that isn't a big deal. The sizes are inconsistent and hard to judge online, unfortunately.
I'm extremely frustrated as I have now sent 3 messages attempting to get the address where I can send back a dress that does not fit, but have not gotten the requested information.
Dresses are pretty but not worth the hassle in my opinion.

They steal photos from other sites and sell you cheap knock-offs, bearing no relationship to the items shown online. I bought a KNITTED tribal sweater as shown in the pictures and description. I received a polyester duster with photo printed sweater design on it. They expect you to return at your expense to China from US, knowing postage costs more than the item. Fraud. Theft. No other words come to mind.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
