My first shipment arrived, and I immediately understood 1) why you can't zoom in on photos on the website 2) why there are no product reviews on the site. The quality is terrible, cheaply printed fabric and the garment is too small (even though I ordered by the measurements). And then you have to not only pay for the return, but also go through an elaborate process including photographing your package before mailing, and emailing them the photo. Who does that?!? Don't be fooled--the world is full of better option.

Actually, most of our customers are satisfied with our product details, but we will do out best to make our items better and better.

As for the size, the measurement is provided by designer and should be accurate, if you do feel one particular item's measurement is incorrect, you are welcome to tell us that.

Sorry, according to our return policy, customers have to pay for return shipping fees.

We ask you for a return proof is just for a fast refund, by the way, as I checked, your return package has not yet scanned in, you can just tell us a return tracking number we'd love to issue you a fast refund then.

The measurements on their site are not the true sizes of the items, and if it does not fit, they credit you 1/4 of what you paid in a wallet on their site. BUYER BEWARE! And try and get them to send you a larger size, good luck. These guys are busy fighting off customer complaints all day long I am sure! Quality is ok, but nothing like the photo's they use to show their products... It is a mock up. I would look around for another site that refunds back to original payment type. Like back to your credit card... What ever, I am out $200 dealing with these people. (USD) Shipping costs are outrageous!

I was so skeptical to order after reading all those negative reviews, but finally decided to give a try. I ordered two coats and two dresses separately on 1/10 and got all of them by DHL yesterday. I decided to keep one coat and return the other since the cut didn't fit me for the chest. For two dresses: one dress's material doesn't match the item description and needs to go back. The other one from Multiflora is way off the size. The item M says it fits US size 6-8, I'm US size 4,5'3" and 125 lb but can't even pull up to zip. Since I like the design and material and want to exchange to L. I followed the instruction to request return/exchange, but no reply yet though the auto confirmation replied " Our customer service representative will review your request and get back to you in 24 hours". Please respond to my email. The clock is clicking while waiting for your return address.

Update 1: I got email for return address so I mailed back my packages via USPS on 1/25/2016 with tracking #. Let's see how soon I can get my refund and will keep it posted for the update.

Update 2: I got refund to my Paypal A/C and notification of the exchanged item shipped within 24 hr of my proof of return. So I'll give 3 star instead since the customer service responded within reasonable timeframe. But to keep customers coming back, I would expect lots of improvement for customer service such as providing customer service phone number, posting return address for easy return/exchange and showing customer honest reviews under their items like other online business do.

I read the reviews on here before ordering and was very reluctant but decided to take the chance. I ordered 6 dresses. They came beautifully packaged. It did take a week and a half or so for them to arrive but I expected that and did not mind. Overall the quality was very very good for the price point (made very well and representative of the pictures online). I was conscientious of the sizing and unfortunately did not get the right size with the majority of the dresses. I knew I was taking an gamble. I would recommend following closely to the measurements. I think the measurements are true to size but would not suggest going by the "U.S. Size". I would have exchanged all the dresses for a size up if they had it. The dresses are unique and very nice every day dresses. My only request would be for them to make dresses in larger sizes 12-14+.

My return experience was great. I logged into my account, went to my order and indicated the items I wanted to return. The next day a received an email with instructions on how to return the items via USPS. I followed them exactly and received my refund two days (maybe one) after I sent my follow up email with the tracking info and a copy of my USPS return receipt. I included a picture of the package for good measure, as they indicated that as a option of proof of return also.

I had a great experience and will order from them again if I can find sizes that fit my larger frame. Loved StyleWe. I would recommend ordering from them.

Thanks! I do love the one dress I kept. (I never post of these sites either but after such a positive experience I really wanted to share and hopefully ease others concerns.)

Bought 3 dresses in late December, they arrived on the time expected (shipped from China, per address on DHL envelope). Lovely dresses, fabric quality and construction was exactly what I expected from the images online. No complaints there. Unfortunately, the size at the top (breast area) was just too small (Chinese proportions?).
So I asked for return instructions, they responded the email in a timely manner, and then returned by money as promised: no issues whatsoever. Very satisfied with their service.

Your "customer service" is horrible; you need a phone number for customers to call. Every time I ask a question, I get information on how to return a product, I do not have a product to return.

I ordered a dress on January 6. Couple of days later I received an email that my order was shipped. On January 15th it was in Hong Kong. Several days later I got another email stating that there is a delay with my order and that my dress is still with the designer. I sent several requests regarding the status of my order and got back identical emails providing me with the return address. I emailed back saying that I don't need the return address because I never received the dress. Got the same email with the return address again. Just want my money back. Will never use this site again.

I've recently placed my second order from Style WE, it took a week or so to be delivered and there items can be pricey however after my first order I received sooo many compliments it was well worth the extra few bucks. I feel good knowing items I buy here are limited and not too many people know about the site YET... the sizes are small so please check the sizing chart before you order

Refund as Promised

I ordered a dress for my pretty wife on Stylewe. The money was debited from my checking account.

The next day my wife changed her mind, and I requested on the Stylwe website to have the ordered cancelled and the money refunded. The responded to my request within 24 hours, advised me they would cancel my order and refund my money within three business days.

I received a refund confirmation within 2 days, with the money being refunded to my account the next morning.

It seemed a little scary at first to use the website but in the end they took care of me well.

I have ordered 2 dresses

I ordered a dress weeks ago, and it was delivered on time, so I thought I would order again. Well this time, I received an email telling me that it was backordered, then 2 days later another email telling me they no longer carry the dress, (however, they didn't tell me which dress). So now I am really confused. If they have the dress or dresses, I would just like a tracking number, or a refund. Its sad because I loved my first dress.

So much stress! I wouldn't buy from this website if I knew that they send wrong size! They ask you to use USPS for shipping. I paid $ 40 for shipping and immediately e-mailed them the proof of return. A week has passed and only after I left reviews online, they JUST REFUNDED ME A SMALL AMOUNT OF WHAT THEY OWE ME!

Sorry that you are not happy with our service.
Some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc,it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.
