I ordered a large order from stylewe, I like the style and quality of the dresses but the sizes were all over the place, but mostly small. Perhaps designed for the Asian market? I contacted them and eventually got a return address, I sent the order on the 6th Jan and emailed a copy of my ups receipt but am still waiting for a refund. I have sent 4 emails and had no response. I would have definitely given their site another shot but not now. I don't want this hassle every time I need to return things, especially as the sizes are unreliable.
UPDATE- I ordered my items on January 10 and received them today on January 28th.
I tried on both pieces immediately and really like them. I have to say the quality was very close to what it appeared to be on the site, so I was pleasantly surprised. The Gyalwana dress fits perfectly. I'm a US 4 or 6 and I had to order a Large, however, I ordered my pieces based on the measurements given in each individual product details as opposed to the general size chart on the site. Now my Mooerkerr is a two piece. I absolutely LOVE the skirt, great fit, craftsmanship and material. The blouse leaves a bit to be desired, pretty design but the fit is a little off and not as well done as the skirt. One thing to note, when I received my shipment confirmation email, it gave me a tracking number for USPS that was not valid - that of course caused me a little angst because I wasn't able to track the device for six days until after it cleared customs. Overall, I will likely order from the site again, however, I will manage my delivery expectations a lot better.
I have to say that I was sincerely impressed with the selection I saw on the site. Lots of really pretty dresses. I ended up ordering 2 dresses (Mooerkerr & Gyalwana). I was looking forward to getting the dresses until I saw the reviews. I'm hoping for good quality and that the dresses arrive according to the size scale #fingerscrossed. I'll update this review when I receive the package.
I will also say that I'm REALLY disappointed in the fake reviews that are clearly from the company on this site. It's actually these fake reviews from people who obviously don't speak English well that has me concerned about this spending money with this site.

Package arrived 9 days after purchase with the VIP receipt. Measures are truly honored the description on site. I am 5" with 120 lbs. M size with waist 30 inches is perfect fit. Materials of the dresses are fabulous. Look very expensive. Elegant and unique style make the dress standout. You can't find these styles anywhere in the US. I am so happy with my purchase. I will definitely order again.

As many people have said here, the products are sized smaller than clothes in the US; Look under "Product Details' to check your measurements for each item you want, and you should be all set. I made the mistake of just ordering the same size I fit into in US stores, and had to make an exchange for a larger size.
The exchange went smoothly, they responded to my emails promptly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had with an online company. The dress I got looks as advertised, and is very cute. So I had a good experience with this company so far.
Boyfriend-puchased a dress for me. It's beautiful but I need a larger size. He has sent multiple emails over a couple of weeks to StyleWe customer service and has received no response. Their pieces may be lovely, but don't buy from StyleWe because, if you have an issue, you'll never hear from them again. They'll take your money and run. Be careful who you purchase from. We made a mistake by trusting StyleWe.

After about a Month, and sending a second email requesting the status of the return request, StyleWe customer service finally replied with instructions. I requested an exchange for a larger size. They ere much faster in sending out the replacement once they received my return than they were in responding to the initial return request. I have not yet received the replacement (it was only sent out about week ago) and don't expect it for a while.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
