I was excited to find an unique source for clothing options. However, with my second order, I have been hugely disappointed and will not be ordering from Stylewe again. Be ware of any disputes. 3 of the 5 items ordered were out of stock. Despite choosing alternatives as they suggested, my requests were ignored and I have not received my portion of the undelivered refund. In addition, I am in the middle of a dispute with Stylewe who refuses to refund until I drop my dispute. I am not use to this type of ultimatum with business in the states. Obviously, Stylewe is not a scam online business. However, customer service can be moody and there are not much options except to post reviews as well as get 3rd parties involved.
Update 2/15/16. Stylewe will only refund me if I return EVERYTHING which was associated with the original order and in their original condition. The only word I have for this response is "moronic." I have emphasized several times all I want is the refund of the items which were NOT RECEIVED. Stylewe will not budge for reasons unknown. This is interesting as they initially stated they would refund me what I originally asked for if I closed the dispute. I think I will take my losses and move on and use companies with better consumer/seller ethics as I am sure I will get a response stating the items are not in their original condition and thus unable to receive a refund or another nonsense excuse. Based on what has happened thus far, I will most likely be out the entire amount and not just the partial if I did as they asked. This entire experience has been a negative one for me. My perception is that the company is behaving somewhat vindictive. I want to emphasize that I have been happy with the items received, especially at the prices I paid and the speed at which I received them. It is the customer service which is difficult to deal with if things go wrong. I hope this has been helpful or if you decide to order from Stylewe, your experience will not be similar to mine or others who provided similiar negative reviews.
I ordered three dresses I have received two that are too small. I need to returned them right a way, I have e-mailed costumer service multiple times and still waiting for a response.

Even after reading many bad reviews, I decided to order 1 dress to try. They looked so pretty online that I was willing to lose the money and give it away to goodwill if I did not like it. With that in mind I order 1 dress (Zecaro designer). 3 weeks later the dress came on the mail. As gorgeous as the picture, I did not want to take it off. About the size I order small, but I'm a petite USA size 0-2 all depends of the brand I can be small or extra small. I'm hispanic not asian, To anybody who wants to order you have to be skinny, sorry for all of you that ended dissapoined but since this clothes are from and for Chinese women, they are not for american sizes. But if you are skinny you will love them. I'm planing to order again with the same mind set. 1-2 piece at a time and taking the risk.

This is second review: I ordered a second dress (on sale), a week later they emailed me saying they did not have the dress and they returned the money to my paypal account (I always pay with paypal) No drama, I would love the dress, I was a little sad, but I got back my money, which is important. I will order another and I will tell you what happen.
Once again, I have a return to make, because the size chart is WAY off! I have contacted the customer service department twice to ask about returning my item, and have not heard back from them. It's been a week now.
I must say, the first time I had a return, they replied within 36 hours, giving me the return address (note to StyleWe: This should just be included) and once I emailed a picture of my return package, I received my refund within 3 days. This time is much worse. Perhaps, they're bombarded with returns.

It's really happy to hang out at Style we website, and the clothes are really fantastic. I am almost considering one of the red dress/coat for wedding. However, the delivery they use, DHL, does not leave the package if there is nobody at home. Customer must contact DHL directly. It is always an international package from China.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
