I order most of my clothes online. After placing an order and not getting any shipping details I contacted STYLEWE by email to inquire about shipping confirmation only to be told that it wouldn't ship for 5-7 business days even after I paid for expedited shipping. The order was placed for the clothes to be used for a specific event. I even tried contacting them about changing to overnite shipping but they cannot be reached by phone and email response is very slow. Very frustrating.

No answer on how much longer it would take. I then sent them another email saying I wanted a refund. I have received no response. I just want my money back. This was my second experience with Stylewe.com. But the first time I sat down to write something about them. I had to buy a dress for the first time here at the suggestion of my friend. The first experience was good because the second time I order from them. The second time I had to order multiple. But I was not thinking much about the order. Finally I got the dress well condition, which was very pretty. I'll be buying more and more from now on. Stylewe unique for clothing purchase.
I purchased a medium size dress from StyleWe but when I tried it on I found I needed a large instead. I requested an exchange but never received a return label. After a couple of weeks of no response, I now want a refund, but I am not getting an answer. Very poor customer service.

I received a part of my order 2 weeks later and everything was off. Too big, too small and poor quality especially the zippers. I emailed customer service for a return and sent 3 items i received via Fedex. I emailed customer service per the instruction with the tracking number of the shipment which arrived the next day. I received a response requesting the tracking number and order number which was provided in the prior email. I have still not heard back from Stylewe. They have refused to respond to emails and I had to open a Paypal claim. I would be returning the remaining items as well and filing a subsequent claim on Paypal to be refunded for those as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size.
