Do not order from Stylewe, the majority of positive reviews on this site are not ligitimate. I jumped through all their ridiculous hoops to return two dresses, which included requesting their return address five separate times, taking pics of the return box and receipt. I went a step further and sent them a picture of the tracking report, which proved the dresses were received on January 27th. I've sent 7 e mails and none have been returned. After reading other reviews on different sites, this is not uncommon. Many consumers are left without a credit plus shipping costs. I can't even get started on the actually dresses verses the pictures on their website. I'm now reporting them to the BBB, the NY State Attorney Generals office and Paypal. Stylewe is a fraudulent company, do not order from them!
I love the 2 dresses I've gotten so far - they look and fit exactly as pictured, and I get a ton of compliments on both. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but I will not be wearing them very often anyway because of their uniqueness. The shipping WAS slow, as indicated in some negative reviews, and there was no notification when the order went out or any tracking information. I did email customer service when I felt too much time had gone by without me knowing what's going on with the order, and they got back to me the following day and let me know my order status. So that was all good, but I didn't need to return anything, and now that I've heard all the horror stories about returns I'm hesitant to order more. Also, I had a promo code and there was no spot to put it in during the checkout process. Very strange!
The sizing is bizarre. The customer service is non-existent. The quality is what you would expect at the prices. Some of the clothes look super chic on line, but if the don't arrive, and if they do arrive, they don't fit, just not worth the trouble.

I bought 3 dresses through StyleWe before reading many negative reviews online. I received my two orders in the last couple days and was pleased to find the dresses matched closely to the photos and the sizings given. One of the dresses is not to my taste but it does fit and resembles the photo. I will probably return it. The other two are quite lovely, a little snug, but in a nice way. I am a size 4-6 US and following the sizing guidelines on the website ordered mediums in two of the dresses and a large in one. Overall, I would say I am satisfied with this transaction.
This is my favourite clothing website as they have a variety of amazing clothing from party wear to maxi dresses to everyday wear to swimwear and shoes. Delivery is always on time and the fitting of clothes are always as expected. Would highly recommend this site

My first order at Stylewe was done with a lot of trepidation. Since then, I have ordered five more items. The quality of their workmanship is impressive. The prices are reasonable. If you want to wait for sales, they also have that. I wait for the free shipping offer when I place my order. I have seen some negative comments about Stylewe mostly from people complaining about the improper fit of clothes they have ordered. You need to actually measure your body to order your right size. Take out a tape measure. Do not order based on small, medium, etc. or USA 4-6, etc. Measure your body. Also, click the "details" section of the item and read the description. It tells you the actual length, the actual material, etc. The last two items I ordered was a bit delayed, but I got a notice of delay from Stylewe, and when the products became available, they sent them express.
I was nervous about returns but while the communication slow and returns are not easy (log in and say want to return, wait 2-3 days for email with instructions, send pieces back, email proof of tracking, get refunded in 3-5 days) they did actually refund me. And the clothing I kept was totally worth it. So well made. Great cuts. So cheap. Really a fan.
Paypal sent me a messge to say that Stylewe gave me refund to my credit card already. I have checked my credit card account 10 times and that refund is nowhere to be found! I I sent a email to Stylewe, there; s no answer at all!

The service representatives are very nice, and the return process is faster than I expect. I visit this website almost everyday, and have purchased and kept more than 20 pieces, and enjoy wear them. Even though sometimes them sent me wrong items during their busy season, they can take it well. I have strongly recommended the Stylewe to my friends.
I have requested three times for cancelling my order which has not shipped out yet. Their auto-reply email says that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Now it has more than 24 hours, I have not got any responses from them.

I was very critical of this site as I ordered several dresses and wanted to return them which was extremely difficult. I wrote an extremely negative review thinking I had been duped and lost the money I had paid them. In the end, they DID in fact refund my money.
I would still be hesitant in using this website again as the whole process of returning items was way too difficult.

By the look of it, this website offers really beautiful, different, colorful, feminine clothes. Before purchasing, I did look at the reviews and quite a lot of them were negative, but mostly in terms of customer service. I decided to give it a trial run. $70 was not going to break my bank.
The product arrived within the specified time-frame The dress was even more beautiful in person. The cut was nice and again, different, edgy, etc. Do not expect high quality materials for $70, but do expect something fun and unique, and looking like a designer product (which it actually is!). The embroidery on my dress is exquisite, although machine made - which is FINE by me.
I am not sure how long the dress will last, but I plan to take good care of it. It is so incredibly pretty and I am very, very pleased with this purchase. I got a ton of compliments and I only wore it once so far (the next day after purchase.) I will purchase another dress, although the temptation is to buy 10 at one time!

The sizes were wacky even though I looked at their sizing chart before ordering, so nothing fit. The quality was OK and I liked the pattern of the fabric, but the dresses were unwearable. Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
