I ordered a dress on February 22 for Easter after having read diligently their shipping policies. They clearly state that it could take as many as 10 business days for processing and another 12 business days for shipping. (3-10 for processing; 2-12 for shipping) Today for me it is now 23 days and I still have no product and there is no tracking available. So needless to say, even when using their MAX timeframes, it is beyond that and it is doubtful I will receive the dress by Easter as anticipated. It will be the last time I order even when the order is placed well in advance.

StyleWe is a scam.

My wife made a purchase to StyleWe on Feb. 19. My wife does not have PayPal account, but the credit card she used was processed via PayPal. The vendor on 4 occasions promised the product within a week. Last week, a full month after the purchase & payment, the vendor said they do not have it in stock, and they'll have to order more of that product from the producer. In essence they flat out lied about having the product, they lied 4 times about it being delivered within a week, and then they wanted us to wait another week while they contacted the producer. They promised a refund "within a week or so", but we feel lied to and cheated. We think they should be banned from doing business on the internet. We feel they should not be allowed to process credit card transactions via PayPal or any other Credit Card Authorizer (direct or indirect). They are definitely a scam. Stay away from them. Do not trust the positive reviews on this site... they were probably submitted by trolls.

Very disappointing

I want to say "do not order from Stylewe" but I am just going to say this: you will not be able to return your product, because their return address is in China.
First of all be aware that it might take up to 4-5 weeks before you receive your order. I thought I will never receive it, but when it did come, I was so disappointed I did not even tried on my dress. Although it was not cheap, it looked very cheap and anything like the picture on the internet. I am stuck with my dresses and the company promised 10% refund since I cannot return this to China myself. Nice business strategy!

These clothes are poorly made and ridiculously small. You cannot return them because the return center is in China and it would cost you more than the item originally cost to send it back. I just requested a return authorization and this is what I was told: Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund (store credit offer for USD order only) instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

Very Disappointing

The merchandise is cheaply made; the material is low quality and the cuts of the dresses are off. The customer service is notorious. I returned my items, after paying $36 for shipping, and I still did not receive a refund.

ZERO STARS - BEWARE!

Is there an option for ZERO stars? This is clearly not a legitimate company. After placing our order in mid-February, they strung us along in a series of grammatically poor customer service emails before claiming the items are no longer available. 2 weeks before my daughter's event. They have an option for expedited shipments which is a complete scam. I'm now convinced the entire company is clearly a scam. I should have read the countless negative reviews before falling victim to their pretty clickbait. SCAM!

Hello, I waited patiently for my dress, I wanted to wear the dress to an event on February 3,2018. I order the dress early January thinking it would reach in time consumer in time but it didnt. I dont think its ever going to come so I have decided to cancel due to a breach of contract on your part. I want my money ($150.90) the full amount paid back. I don't know what going on with this company. My first order was incorrect, the item sent look nothing like what I ordered. However someone from your company look at the photo taken which nothing like what the model is wearing and came to the conclusion it was the same, am telling you! ITS NOT, IT TOTALLY DIFFERENT. I asked to return the package, I have been waiting over a week and your company has fail to send the return information. I will be reaching out to the Attorney General office and the Better Business Bureau to alert them of the misrepresentation of product and misconduct of your company. In case you not familiar any misconduct found on your part, your company will be sue and block from doing business with US consumers. Am also going to submit a claim with PayPal so that you are removed from the list as a reputable business. Please Refund the fill amount paid, $150.90 and send the information so I returned the wrong item to you. Thanks.

I ordered a blouse 44 days ago. I have been in repeated contact with Style We via live chat and e-mail requesting information in regards to this order. At first I was told it was delayed in Chinese Customs and then the parcel was released and on its way. According to the live chat I was to receive the order in a few days. I wrote back multiple times to obtain the correct tracking number. Each time I wrote they answered please be patient for a few more days. When I contacted Fedex in the USA by phone they informed me that they had generated a label for this product February 7,7 days after I ordered and had not as yet received the order. When I contacted Style We to enlighten them as to this fact I was then informed that they were not able to obtain a response from the shipping company. I was asked again to wait 5 days and be patient. I have now asked for a Full Refund and have no idea whether they will provide that.

After posting with Sitejabber I heard from Style WE and after a week they refunded the item that never came. So happy ending but it is safe to say I will never order from this company again. And thank you Sitejabber

I heard of StyleWe from a friend.
Their stuff was absolute garbage. The material was terrible, bad quality and the sizes make no sense. When I requested a return they offered me 35% off of my next purchase. I declined. I returned the clothing thru the Post Office said it would be there in about 30 days. I kept asking StyleWe customer service what happened to my stuff and they said they had not received the return. I called USPS 3 months after and they told me that StyleWe had received my return, but would not accept the package. They told me all returns must be sent via USPS, no UPS, no FedEx (I guess so you wont be able to track your package once it reaches China).
They have terrible customer service and are not worth the time or money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NO STARS FOR THEM, IT IS A SCAM!

I have cancelled my order on the second day after placing it after reading the reviews and noticing that my order hasnt been processed yet. Stylewe refused to give me a full refund sending me their T&Cs that, if you read it carefully, basically state that you will loose your money no matter what. They refuse to provide their address or directors names. It took almost a week of emails full of excuses to get a partial refund. They block all honest reviews on Facebook and Instagram, if you read there are only positive comments from people who never bought from them. In short: I was charged for goods not being delivered. My advice stay away, save yourself money and aggravation.

This is the worst online website I ever shopped on! They stole my money and never refunded me after 3 months after returning all my
Items through the US post office spending $50 to send back. They recently gave me $118 back only 50 percent of what they owed me! All they cared about was the review I wrote about them asking me to remove it. Im warning everyone to not shop on this website! They are liars and thieves and petty when it comes to return the money they owe me. I dont know how they get away doing this over and over, and its time we shut them down. I will not back down until Im returned the money Im owed. What a corrupt website! And paypal should be embarrassed that they still allow customers to buy on their website. I heard of StyleWe from my sister and she had bought some decent stuff there so I decided to give it a shot. Their stuff was absolute crap. The material was terrible, it was see-through and everything just fit horribly. I asked to send it back and they gave me a China address and they said they wouldn't cover the cost. I thought ok, whatever, it was over $500 worth of clothes and I would still get most of my money back. It was literally the worst experience ever. I returned the clothing and the Post Office said it would be there in about 5 days. I kept asking StyleWe customer service what happened to my stuff and they said they had not received the return. I finally called USPS 2 months after and they told me that StyleWe had received my return, but would not accept the package. USPS found my package and returned it to me. Meanwhile, I asked StyleWe for a US address and they gave that to me, telling me I had to pay for it on my own. I returned it and I have been trying to get them to reimburse me for over $100 worth of shipping because I had to return it twice. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They have terrible customer service and are not worth the time or money. They deserve zero stars.

When sending any customer service problem to your existing team, they do not understand how to make good customer service happen. In the case of the blouse without buttons, the picture I sent should of been adequate, but instead they wanted another picture reflecting a black color instead of the gray that appeared after the flash went off They had the picture of the blouse ordered and a picture of the blouse received, the style was exactly the same, you had all the ID numbers showing I ordered the blouse. This should of been enough! So, unless this staff goes through an intense customer focused inservicing, there will not be a win win situation. Barbara Trentadue

Order # 1262113, gray sweater dress ordered Feb 6th or 8th I have not heard a thing about. This is over a month old.The money has been deducted from my account. Yes my last order maybe on the way, but I feel it is only because I voiced my opinion about your service. The blouse I was talkinat g about in my first review, clearly had the cuffs of the sleeves showing, but your representative wanted another picture because the flash went off and turned the color gray instead of black Then by the time I requested a replacement there was not any stock left. I firmly believe in converying positivity when justified, but your customer service is to be doubted. The only positive thing at this point is the fashion picks are lovely. What was left out of the company's reply to my review, which stated they would refund me was the following: "Pls kindly delete the 1-star sitejabber review first, we send you the modify request already. Pls check and help us to modify the review."

If you claim you will refund me, then this needs to be done without the condition that I delete a review that accurately reflects my experience as a consumer -- that is the purpose of the review and sites like this. Customer service with accountability and integrity will certainly be added to this review if that is indeed what I actually experience. At the moment, offering to honor a customer's request under the condition that they do not provide an honest account of their experience with the company is an ethical issue.

First two orders from styelwe.com were fair, however in the second order, the quality of materials was rather disappointing (very synthetic and mediocre). I returned one piece and opted for store credit, which I am now regretting.

I have attempted to use this credit three times, each time encountering an issue. The first time I made a new order, the item was no longer in stock, which contradicted what was posted on their site. When I reordered, the processing time was slow. I wrote to customer service two times to follow up, first receiving a generic response informing me of processing time, then later I received a response that the designers were on vacation and it would not be ready to process for another month. I stated I wouldn't have ordered the dress had I known this and opted to order another dress.

Again, a prolonged processing time. When I wrote to inquire on the status, I received the following reply, "Sorry to keep you waiting. The item is still being prepared. Chinese New Year comes. We cannot guarantee the shipping date after the holidays end. We`ll notify you the tracking number once the order is shipped. Would you like to wait for it?"

No. No, I would not like to wait an indefinite and open-ended amount of time following the Chinese New Year.

I have requested a full refund, however I am now being met with another canned message quoting store policy -- with absolutely no acknowledgement of the problematic wait times and reasons for delays. After reading the many negative reviews here, I have realized that this may just be standard practice for this company, and I am truly regretting putting my money into it. I am now stuck with store credit and ordering an item that may or may not show up for a few months following the order placement because of any number of unforeseen reasons that are completely superfluous to a straightforward business transaction.

That very first dress I got from them was the only positive experience, and it's all been downhill since then. Be forewarned of dealing with this company.

Update as of 4/5/18: After much back and forth with StyleWe and PayPal, I closed my claim because PayPal didn't seem to understand that the problem is not getting the refund, but having to pay an exorbitant amount to return the item in order to get the refund (which according to some other customers, may not happen, or take months of back and forth with StyleWe before they saw their refund). StyleWe agreed to refund me $20.40 (dress cost me $86) if I agreed to keep the dress and they also wanted me to erase my original review on this site. I told them that I would update the review to reflect the fact that they did finally give me the $20.40. I still think that customers should be made aware that if you purchase something from StyeWe, and are not satisfied with the product, you have to return the product to CHINA at a very large cost to the customer - not to mention all of the hassle. This makes it unreasonable to return the item, as it will cost you almost as much if not more than the product you are returning! I don't understand why StyleWe doesn't have an American address where items can be returned and processed. This would then make it more reasonable to return something. I can only surmise that they do this on purpose in order to force people to keep the item. Beware!

As of today, March 1st, I have not received the 25% refund, nor did I get a return label. I got an email 11 days ago from StyleWe saying that they would give me a $20.40 refund within a week, but I haven't seen anything in my PayPal account yet. Let's see if they come through with what they've promised.

Like some of the previous reviewers, I had the same problem. Dress came and was too big. I wanted to return for a refund, but was told pretty much the same thing: Item had to be shipped to China at a cost of approx $60 plus customs fees. I paid $86.00 for the dress, so this didn't make any financial sense, as I will basically get $26 back. They offered me a 15% refund if I kept the dress, then upped it to 20% when I resisted. I do not want the dress, but it's ridiculous to spend $60+ to return it. They keep referencing their return policy, but it does not say that the items have to be returned to China, and that it will cost an arm and a leg to return it! The refund policy makes it sound so easy to return anything you are not happy with, but in reality, it's a hassle and it costs way too much to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will regret it if you have to return anything.
