I placed an order on StyleWe on 2/19 and paid an extra $27 for express shipping because i needed the items asap. The website stated that processing time was 3-5 days and express shipping was 2-5 days. I chatted with an employee on 2/23 and was told that processing time is 3-5 days and it should be shipping out very shortly. When it still hadnt shipped by 2/26 or 2/27 I chatted with them again, at which point i was told- quite rudely that it wasnt going to ship until March 5th. At the end of the conversation and with much convincing they agreed to ship one item out the following day and one is being shipped now. It is March 6th and the last 2 items were further delayed so I cancelled the rest of the order. I was refunded for half the shipping expense and when asked to be refunded fully- my request was denied. I do not appreciate paying for services I did not receive and the order was in no way "express". The one dress I did receive is $#*!ty material and I will be returning it. I am waiting to see the quality of the other dress before returning it. In short- CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, CLOTHING QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE AND I REGRET NOT READING REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE PLACING ANY ORDERS!

I ordered 4 dresses on 1/25 and paid $22 for express shipping. First there is the fine print that they require 5 days processing time on top of the 5 business days for shipping. So their express delivery time is actually 10 business days. Nothing arrived in 10 business days. 3 of the dresses were delivered 3 weeks later and the 4th never arrived. I emailed them back and forth several times and told them several times to please refund my card for the express shipping fee and the forth dress. They gave me options for store credits. I advised I wouldn't be ordering anything else from them and they finally, after about 8 emails, agreed to refund only the sale price of the 4th dress and nothing more.

I have been trying to get information about ordering a dress from StyleWe for about a month. In looking over the reviews on sitejabber it is clear some if not most of the positive reviews were not written by real customers, most of them contain critical errors in language or context. They seem company written and fake. I wish my experience was better... I like some of the items in their lineup... I just do not trust the company. Also, the sister company, LinkShe, seems about the same.

Refund scam

I have returned two items to Guangzhou China and also sent many emails to the address *******@stylewe.com. I was first offered a 15% refund or 20% store credit to keep the merchandise. I did not want the dresses, I wanted a refund. I paid $54.07 to ship in October of 2017 and still have not received a refund. Is there a consumer agency with which I may file a complaint?

When a retail clothes company only exists online, the standard protocol is that returns are easy, painless and no hassle. My experience with Stylewe has been the opposite of this, and I wish I had more carefully read all of the negative reviews of this company before buying products from them over Black Friday weekend last year.

The beginning of my bad experience was the wait. I ordered at the end of November, and immediately received notification that my items were backordered. There was no mention of this on the website when I placed the order. Apparently the coat I ordered was not even made yet. It took nearly three months for it to arrive, after multiple inquiring emails on my part about the order. When it *did* come, it did not bear any real resemblance to what was pictured on the site when I placed the order. It was cut badly, hung all wrong, and I took careful measurements prior to ordering to make sure the sizing would be right. Fine. I'll return it. When I go to the returns page and start the return process, I receive an email urging me not to return the item, because they are located in China and all of the return shipping and duty charges (!) would be my responsibility, and wouldn't I prefer a 15% refund instead? You've got to be kidding me! There was NO MENTION of any of this on their websitenothing about returns being difficult or anything about shipping to China. I wrote back saying I wanted a full refund and return shipping, that this was my first ordering experience with Stylewe, and that I would tell everyone I knew and didn't know to avoid this company like the plague unless they honored a reasonable and fair return policy. I was then offered a 25% refund. I am really really irritated by both this company and my willing first purchase with them. I basically just threw $200 out the window, in the direction of China.

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME! Order from anyone, anywhere else, but NOT Stylewe! I've started purchasing clothing brands I already know and trust on Thredup.com, and have been much happier with their service, quality and their totally normal and courteous return policy.

Not good customer service

I ordered a sweater and needed to return it. You have to get permission from them to return an item. I had to send it back to China, cost me $23.00 that was a month ago, still no credit on my credit card!

Sizes are way bigger than US sizes. I ordered size 2 and small and they are all at least twice my size at the waist. This is an updated review. I did receive a phone call and email that due to Chinese New Year, their phones were down. They have promised to process returns and refund all my money. Will update again once I have received the refund.

Scam!

Terrible! Spent close to $300.00 on clothing plus express delivery that took 20days! I wanted to return but was told their return center is in China and I have to pay for shipment! They offered to give me 15% cash refund! Thats an insult!

I bought two items from stylewe and their one-size-fits all might work for a tiny Asian population. The One sweater was more like an extra small. Trying to return it has become a nightmare - They expect me to return it China and which will cost a minum of $25. Not to mention, it took weeks to get the merchandise.

My order arrived reeking of chemicals and the quality of the material was horrible, not at all like the picture. The sizes are off as well. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM STYLEWE! SCAM COMPANY. AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am not even going to attempt to return my items to China. I am done with this dreadful excuse for a clothing company.

After months of delays, the garment finally arrived. The fit and sizing are strange, so it will have to be returned. I am getting the same delays in accessing return information as I got in trying to track my original shipment. The help chat line keeps suggesting I have patience, while not giving me specific tracking information. The return charges are excessive, as the order comes from China. Really not worth the bother!

StyleWe, I still do not like your business practices and your materials and workmanship need improvement. But I do appreciate that you did respond and I did receive my refund and that I didn't have to send my things to China.

Customer Service Needs Improvement!

This is my update on Stylewe. When I first asked for a refund, I was told to send the two dresses to China and that I would have to pay for the shipping and because it would take a long time in customs, they offered me just 15% cash instead. I paid $200 for those dresses!

It was only after I wrote a negative review of Stylewe on Yelp, Facebook and somehow landed on sitejabber thank goodness that Stylewe emailed me a return center address in Walnut, CA which is where these dresses were mailed from originally. I still had to pay USPS to mail them, but at least it was in the United States and they would receive it in one day. Stylewe also promised that once they receive my return, they would refund me in one week. We'll see...

After I actually receive my full refund, I will return to sitejabber and write another update.

Recently I bought two dresses totaling over $200. It came in two plastic bags, not even a box. Neither dress fit well and the quality of the materials were poor. It wasn't until I wrote to Stylewe for a refund did I find out that I had to send them to CHINA! They also tried to discourage me from returning them because it would be costly and also take a long time. So they actually tried to deal with me by saying they would give me %15 cash refund or a %20 store credit. I have never dealt with a company like this one. I expect a full refund!

People, please don't even consider buying from them. If you notice the other Yelp reviews of Stylewe, it is always either 1 star or 5 stars. Sounds suspicious to me.

Its a SCAM company!

If you are about to order from Stylewe just STOP now! If you have to return, you need to send it to China and the shipping is over $85 to $100. But when you purchase, they never tell you this! They said you can return but don't tell you return to China!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I'm size 8 American. They sent me one shoe size 6 and another 7 (NOT MY SIZE). When I tried to return it, it was HELL to communicate with them! At the end they said the return is on you and had to pay over $100 to return a shoe to China! They are such a SCAM artist! Stay away from this HORRIBLE company!

Eware of StyleWe! I placed an order beginning of September 2017, it took over a month to receive my order because it's coming from China - and that you don't know when you order that it will take so long so they arrived too late for the occasion I wanted to wear them on.
Then the quality of the dresses was so bad, so cheap, so different from the pictures and they smelled like chemicals.
Now starts the nightmare: I returned them mid-October and I realize I have to ship them back to China - pay the shipping cost ($85) and what a mess to get their return address! Several back and forth with their so-called customer service.
The package has been held in customs for several months now although I paid for customs fees and even though I followed the instructions for returning exactly as given by StyleWe to "prevent customs problems" they say there is nothing they can do to assist and will not refund my money until the items are received. I have sent multiple emails to these people and they could care less! Absolutely do not use!
StyleWe is such a fraudulent company that they told me they would handle it with the China customs if I pay them another $150!
Absolutely not worth going through all of this! Do not order from StyleWe!

Following my 1st review a week ago, StyleWe contacted me to try to solve this. I am saying try to because they made me believe they would send me their US address to ship my return, which after 4 months stuck in China because StyleWe did not accept to take it in was returned to the US. It is now at USPS as I don't want to accept this package. Its been over a week of useless back/forth with StyleWe and they still have not sent me the US return address... why? Because they just wanted me to remove my negative feedback but they have no intention of taking care of my return and refund! The craziest in all of this is when I told them by email that I would not retrieve my package from USPS until they give me the US address as I don't trust them, their answer was "trust is a two-way thing"... REALLY? They dare giving me lessons about TRUST?

Today I received an email telling me that they are sorry I am displeased and that they will send me the California return label IF and ONLY IF I delete or change my review!

I am appalled!

Maybe I have lived in a bubble of integrity all of my life and have expected more from people and companies. Maybe it is because I live in America and can dispute corrupt businesses with the Better Business Bureau. I don't know, but I refuse to be blackmailed.

STYLEWE, if you want me to stop giving poor reviews - SEND ME THE CALIFORNIA RETURN LABEL WITHOUT HOLDING IT RANSOM.

Also know, that I WILL continue to update this review until label and money is returned.

SO... like others, I applied for a return label. Received response that they would send a label. Waited two days of my 30 day return day policy. Received a RED WORDED WARNING that I must return package to China. Even though there is nothing about China on website NOR is there anything on the package except a California address. I, like others, was offered $6.30 of my original $42 to just keep the dress. With this offer, they still didn't send the return label requested!
I have responded to them and have let them know that I would continue posting the results on Sitejabber and any other that I feel necessary. I have requested the return address to California, stating misrepresentation.It would cost me 23.50 to send to China. That is over half of what I would have paid for the dress!

Will see if they resolve this issue.

I have received a different offer from a different representative from StyleWe almost daily. Each new representative never reads the email thread even though I have pointed that out. Bottom line is the offer always includes the condition that I remove the negative review even though I have stated NUMEROUS times I will not remove the review but would be willing to update it to state that I received a refund. I am done! I have told them not to email again unless they are ready to process a refund. CONSUMERS BEWARE! STYLEWE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST!

StyleWe has now offered a full refund ONLY AND AFTER I remove my negative review. I replied that a full refund was the ethical thing to do both professionally and morally. That I was willing to "update" my review to state they made a refund but that my remarks were true and people needed to be aware of the disaster you faced in returning items. A complete nightmare!

Heard from StyleWe after writing negative review on 1/13/18. They said if I paid custom fees of $60+ and removed my negative review they would refund my money. That would mean that I have spent over $120 to return items totaling $145.50. No way am I removing this review. It is more important that people understand what a scam this is.
