This company is not reliable. I ordered two shipments for Christmas present of 2017. The delivery time was supposed to be 7 to 12 business days. I did not receive until end of January 2018 couple days a go. I called and the representative told me due to delays I can return and they will cover shipment and as long as I put all and both shipments in ONE box. Her name was Medicine and I believe she is China. There has been at least 20 emails back and forth and they do not stand up to what they promised. The customer service lied at least 5 or 6 times about different issues and forgot what they other representative has said already. I wrote a complaint letter to PayPal and they wrote a letter to them explaining. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this online shopping company.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY! Returning an item is impossible. I ordered two coats - one I kept, the other had multiple problems: the color on the site was pink - they sent gray - the belt loops came up on my rib cage, not my waist! It was poorly constructed and I just wanted to return it.

They made me send a picture of the coat, a picture of the label, a picture of the shipping label, a picture of the WP tag, a picture of the tag in the coat. Unbelievably bad customer service. I was sent at least 6 emails - still no return. THEY REFUSE TO SEND A SHIPPING LABEL. This company does not have English speakers - so there appears to be no understanding of what you are asking!

Stick with American companies - they are customer friendly. This is not the first time I have had problems! I am done with this company - TERRIBLE!

Terrible company

I ordered 2 items. The first item took at least 6+ weeks to get here and was made of cheap material and was nothing like the picture.
The second product I never received. Which at this point I dont even care bc the product I did receive was POOR QUALITY, CHEAP MATERIAL and did NOT resemble the picture. Everything is made in China. Do not waste your money.

I finally got my refund

I am editing this review after I posted negative review for StyleWe! Because I returned my package and after 5 months, they told me they haven't received it! And I was very disappointed! But finally today they sent me an email and did the refund... I found out that it is not their fault! Sometimes packages ship to China stuck in customs...

Update: I just got refund for the item I returned! I appreciate that! They're doing what they promised.

Having the customer pay for returns is a problem though. Let's be honest, who knows a piece would fit them or not, whether the quality matches what it looks on the website, before seeing the actual item? So, $12 was wasted shipping back to them, after all the hassle emailing back and forth! Hopefully they can improve on this.

Poor quality and difficulty returning

(updated from my initial review) I've purchased 3 items from StyleWe so far. The first one was a small surprise in the fabric quality but somewhat bearable. Recently, over Black Friday, i purchased 2 items, and they arrived in about 3 weeks. Both were found to be very poor quality - the fabric and other things look very cheap and the not breathable. One of them has outright sewing defects.

I had great trouble trying to return one of them. They agreed to give full refund after about 5 rounds of email, and my strong statements and persistence. A bit waste of time. After i posted the review, they did respond in a friendly way, and they have given the refund without having me ship the item back.

The other item was at $65 at sale price, but the fabric and metal part are so cheap that i think it's worth perhaps $20 or less. It appeared to be a final sale and i didn't find a way to return it some days ago, but now I found it's returnable. I'll be responsible for the shipping cost returning an item. I'll see how it goes.

They do seem to care about reviews and try to remedy the situation. So i'm thankful for that.

This a scam!

No where in the return policy does it state you will have to return item to CHINA! My return costs would be more than the item! And they are willing to you a 15%-20% credit if you don't return it... What a dishonest racket. I will be reporting to BBB and spreading the word on social media.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.

I returned a dress to the person who sent it on to me because there returns page would not answer. After many emails with them saying they don't know the name of the broker and me telling them that the Broker had no phone no. Or webb page they told me I should have sent it to China. I have no dress because the people I sent it to never sent it back and I got no refund, at first all I wanted was another dress in another size. These people have no client responsibility at all, I'm down $84.00 and no dress, not nice people

Don't fall for the trap!

Any of the positive ads you see on this site are written by StyleWe employees to counter all of the negative publicity of real buyers who have had horrible experiences with this sham of a company. You are sending your dollars into a black hole never to see a refund again.

I've been suckered by the photos several times and I'm always horrified by the difference between the photo and description and what I actually receive. As per fabric, expect false advertising. One particularly expensive item really got to me. It was advertised as linen but was obviously a synthetic. They refused to refund, claiming there was a "stain". I never even took it out of the box. I felt this manufactured excuse was really close to fraud. I determined to speak out about it as widely as possible on the internet.

So, I ordered a dress, which was not cheap, and boxed it up for my wife at Christmas. She opened the box on Christmas Day, I picked up the dress and held it for her to see, and she immediately said, no, thats just not right for me. I had mis-judged whether she would like it. So, I personally take the dress, Box it up and send it back. I did not ask for a refund, just store credit. My wife never tried the dress on, or really even held it. When I inquired about my store credit, heres what they said: we cannot give you a refund because your dress has a strong smell of perfume. How insulting. Its insulting to my intelligence. Cant they come up with a better reason for such a scheme? I boxed it. And I dont wear cologne. It absolutely had no strong smell of anything! Do yourself a favor, and stay away from these people. These kinds of things are the way they make their money. I suppose they will do anything they can to save on shipping costs, either to and from China.

I ordered several items from Stylwe. It took over a month to receive the first item and when I opened it up it wasn't even the item that I ordered. Are you kidding me? THEN, when I wanted to return it, they did everything in their power to make it as difficult as possible. I would have had to pay to ship it back plus any customs fees. Really? Got two other items and one was so cheaply made, not sure it would have held up for long, even if it did fit. Very strange sizing on everything as well. So now I'm trying to return two more items. Same back and forth communications. They just don't get it. They did give me a store credit for the first item because they sent the wrong thing. I had to take photos of the item and tags and email to them for proof. Their fault became my problem. Honestly, I will not shop here ever again. Buyer beware!

Total Scam

I ordered several dresses and shoes. I waited nearly 6 weeks to receive them. They finally arrived. Generally the quality was good, but the fit was odd on me. I kept a few items and have been trying to return the unwanted items since OCTOBER, it is now JANUARY.

No where in the ordering process was it disclosed that you MUST return the items to China on your own dime until after my order was placed. I paid the $72 to send everything back, my return was worth about $500.

USPS has been tracking my order and as of today 1/3/2018 - my order that was originally shipped on 10/20/2017 - is being sent back to me in the US as after attempted delivery to the provided address was not successful. I will be fighting this with American Express and the USPS. The USPS representative was pretty upset when I contacted about this, and they will be putting a claim in on my behalf.

DO not bother with these people unless you are ready to throw your money away.

This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had and I do a decent amount of online shopping. I would give them NO STARS but the system doesn't allow me to. As the other reviewers have stated returns are a NIGHTMARE. I have had the same experience of them trying to negotiate my return with me. I made the decision to spend money to mail the package back to China and have USPS confirmation that it was delivered on 12/18 but the customer service rep at Style We I am emailing with continues the claim they never received it so they won't refund 100% of my money (they are now up to offering only 60%). They also try to convince you to take store credit instead which I can't risk because if something doesn't fit again I am back in the same boat. This has been extremely disappointing and I too plan to file a complaint with the appropriate parties including Facebook, where they run a ton of ads.

I ordered two dresses from StyleWe and ultimately decided they didn't fit as I wanted. Identifying a return address is impossible - and now I see why. After reading the other reviews, I have no desire to send the products back to China. Are you kidding me?!?! This is ridiculous! I will not purchase another item from this company.

I purchased 5 dresses for my daughter's wedding, thinking one, possibly two would be what I ultimately bought. (What retailer doesn't understand this?) I decided to return 4 items. Reading their return info, if you return you get your credit card reimbursed. But nooooo. I got into a back and forth online with them. Then I was told if you send them back with all the information they require (that took me a while to pull together as they asked for it multiple times in multiple places with incredible detail), and paid for the return, I would get reimbursed. Again, noooo! Just this week I received the box I sent back to Stylewe in the mail at my house - unopened, no reimbursement. This company is huge scam. I wouldn't take my chances, if I were you. You will regret it. Plus their clothing is a one-time wear. One of the pieces I purchased is already coming unthreaded and looks cheaply made.

Be prepared never return the items and get your money back. I was ordered Knitted Turtleneck 3/4 Sleeve Dress With Coat. The size was not as expected. I wanted to return, got confirmation letter and that it. No more information from them. In the end I present it for my friend.

The deception continues.

I wrote a negative review and have now been told that if I take my review down they will give me a label to return to a US fulfillment center. Really? First of all I don't trust their promise to send me anything. More importantly, this is unethical. There are a TON of fake reviews on this site, it is a disservice to consumers to google stylewe and see that it has 4 stars. I just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and will keep going until this vendor gives me my money back and changes their return policies or at minimum is transparent about them at TIME OF ORDER. Ironically, seems like they should have a US service center that processes returns in a timely way - then there would be no complaints, right? No one minds take a risk on a cheap, stylish piece of clothing... it's just when you can't return it that it becomes a problem.
