Don't order from Style We

Ordered a very cute knit dress and it looked like the picture. Reviewed their return policy since fit can be an issue when you can't try it on before purchase. It offered returns. Dress was too small. Wanted to return it, but when I requested a Return I was informed that their return center is in China and I would have to pay shipping and any intl fees! This is so misleading! THere is nowhere on their website or even on the receipt that comes with the shipment explaining return policy that states Return Center is in China. They are not forthcoming! Unless everything you order online fits, I wouldn't order from Style We. THey will offer 15% cash refund and you keep the item, and with returns going to China, you are pretty much left with no choice.

STAY AWAY - DO NOT ORDER!

I believe this company is no more than a scam! The product they shipped did not even resemble the photos on their web site in fact the dress looked like a shapeless sack with 2 sleeves.
When you go on their site to request a return label you immediately get a long statement telling you that you should take 15% of your cost in cash (wow what a scam) as you will be responsible for all customs duties and more so it would be better if you just take the cash and use it to have the piece remade. Really?
Obviously this seems to be built into their business plan to send out trash so you will want to return it and then make it impossible for you to do so. I spent $167.00 and they want me to accept that they will keep 141.95 - and return a measly $25.00 absurd!
They have no customer service, they do not answer the number they post and do not return phone calls.
I requested them to cancel 2 of the items that I had not received and of course they refused so I have ended up calling my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Also please note the positive reviews are often word for the same just the name and date is changed - I guess they have resorted to giving themselves 5 star reviews to try to counter all the negative reviews.
Next stop is a complaint to the FTC- gov/complaints (everyone who has lost money to them needs to file a complaint and hopefully get them shut down) and Attorney General, it is my opinion they are swindling thousands and thousands of dollars.

I wish I could give negative points

If you need to return something because it doesn't firt, you need to know that you have to ship it to China at your expense. My wife made a $160 purchase and it would cost close to $80 to return to China. While they do say you have to pay for the return, they fail to mention that means sending to China. Kinda important if you ask me.

I have been going back and forth with their customer service and all they do is dodge the questions and try and bribe you into keeping cloths that dont fit with a small credit to buy more things from them.

The cloths are low quality and the customer service is worse. Just a very very poor experience.

The dress I ordered was horrible! And you can not get a refund from them. The company is located in China and you have to pay to ship the item back. Shipping cost are almost as much as the dress. This company rips people off on a daily basis.

NEGATIVE STARS

The worst decision ever. The pictures looks ZERO like the product. They arrive in a package after 2 weeks, where everything is crinkled because they want to save money in using a box. Nothing is folded correctly. Besides nothing had a cutting per se AT ALL. Looked like fabrics you cut and sew together at craft class.

DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AS I DID! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Scam alert! No refunds

I ordered a coat from the StyleWe online shopping website. I ordered an appropriate size but the sleeves were too short. When I tried to return the coat I was told, Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package. Instead they offered be a 15% cash refund or 20% store credit as if I would want to order anything from StyleWe ever again! Dont be deceived stay away from this online shopping option.

Item was sized incorrectly. Ordered 'large' and it would have fit a 12 year old. It will cost more money to return item than item was worth. Shopping site doesn't tell you that company is in China and you have to pay over $75 to ship it back! Offered me % of original cost to just keep item, then calculated % of money due back incorrectly

Despite sending all my items back, following all refund directions and paying $30+ to send back a $125 purchase of clothing that was sub-standard, not sized correctly for the American marketplace (not even close), not fitted correctly, and made with sub-standard fabrics - I have not heard a word back from StyleWe, other than to request my order number "so they could research it" more. I appealed to PayPal - and they did nothing - so you are definitely not protected with them either. If you are scammed and have to return an item, make absolutely sure you have proof of delivery. Do not sent it USPS because your customs form and receipt are not enough proof for this sham outfit. You have to take a photo of your package and get a tracking number -not a customs number. They also pull a scam when you send the tracking number - they tell you you have to pay additional money to get the package out of customs so you're out even more money. Buyer beware - a total scam all around. I'm contacting my Attorney General and the BBB.

Order: H0926090 - I wrote an initial one-star review of StyleWe with a few edited updates - don't know why that review has disappeared. But I thought I'd update and leave another review. Don't believe the 5-star StyleWe reviews - they are likely planted. Pay attention to the one-star reviews and be sure to review the answers to the FAQs written on this site. StyleWe is a huge scam. The clothing is sub-par, poorly designed with inferior fabrics, with sizes that do not match the average American consumer size. Their XL wouldn't fit a size 4 here (I tried). You cannot receive refunds - they inundate you with shifty emails that ask you to accept a discount off of your sale rather than a refund. You have to return your products to CHINA - at your cost - and you must provide tracking (not Customs tracking either). If your product miraculously makes it back to China because you invested $$$ in tracking, you will be further shaken down to pay custom fees for StyleWe to get your package to initiate your now vastly reduced refund. Customer service replies are boiler plate. Avoid, avoid, avoid. You've been warned.

Horrible! Do not Buy!

Dont ever ever buy anything from stylewe! Their customer service is horrible! On their website it says it will take 3-5 days to process the order. However, their items somehow out of stock and they will not contact you whatsoever to tell you that your order is out of stock and kept you waiting for weeks! So I contacted them to see what happened. ( I ordered 4 items total) they told me one of items still waiting for inventory. Since I waited for so long they will ship my item in express mail once its ready ( without any charge) ok I trusted them. Few days later I asked them ok can you please ship the 3 items that is ready to be shipped to me first? Since I really needed this winter coats for my business trip I dont have anything to wear for this cold weather except for these I have ordered a month priority to my trip... they said ok. The next thing I received is an email saying ONE of my items have shipped only! And on top of that it shipped first class mail... which takes atleast 12 days since its international... they did not keep their words about shipping it EXPRESS! Ridiculous! When I contacted them at first they 3 of items ready to be ship. Now I only see 1... so I dont understand WTH is going on. Then contacted them about I get no response WHATSOEVER! So please everyone BEWARE of this website called STYLEWE! This will be my first and my last ordering from here. Im writing this to let everyone thats going to order from them. Seriously beware! STYLEWE I hope any of yall get to see this. Very disappointed! And its disgusting that yall lying to your customers!

I should have looked into this website before ordering because the stuff they advertise and the stuff they send to their customers are 2 way different things. Their clothes are crap, quality is awful and sizes are messed up. Very disappointed with this website. Returning is such a hassle and verb expensive. Save your money and time and dont shop at this website you will be sorely disappointed

Mailed dress over 2 months ago back using their label and paid for shipping. Don't get my refund, they stating that didn't receive anything from me. Stay away from them. Buy only something that is here in US and not in China. Check return policy first, where you will have to ship your return item. USPS can't track items in China. Can't get proof. BEWARE. Don't do business with them.

I purchased 8 items. I went according to their sizing which is all wrong neverything was really snall. I then ask fir the return label and did not get It. I asked again and did receive It. Thinking things were going smoothly i went to send items back ( now knowing It was to China but not before) and It cost he $78.my purchases came to almost $500. My package is now allegedly sitting in customs and the company will not get out. They are saying i have to pay $200 more. No proof. No record that its even at customs. The tracking just gives a location on China and says its been there since November 4th. They want to give me credit but even if i. Were to accept that their sizing is so off if probably have to go through this again. Ive tried calling and you just get a recording and then they email. Their web page is very mishearing with how simple returns are and they neglect to tell you they are in China prior to your needing a return. Currently Im out almost $600 and will be trying to take further legal action. I hope some of you who have had problems will do the same.
