Don't want me to purchase

After a great first purchase experience in 2016, I've now tried twice in 2017 for a total of almost $500 but something is wrong with their payment system - PayPal tells me all is good on their end and it shows as attempting to pay. I've talked to several customer service folks at StyleWe and they basically tell me, oh well, there's nothing we can do. It's hard to believe they don't accept any other payment except thru a messed up system that takes all your private information and then no payment is completed. Frustrating and disappointing b/c the clothes are actually great.

Buyer beware!

Cute clothes good prices, dont be fooled. I purchased the black dress with small roses down the front, was not happy with the fit and looked for a return label, not there. I went online submitted a request for a return label, which was promised within 24 hour. A week goes by and I return to the site and engage the online chat feature and am told they didnt receive my request. I submitted it again and still, a week later, have not received the return label. I went on line and saw similar issues with returns. I will never buy from this company again and will make sure I do my due diligence in the future on unknown companies. The dress will go to Good Will. Bad news business!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!

This company is beyond misleading... they fail to tell you they do not have a US warehouse and anything you do not want to keep has to be shipped back to China. You are responsible for shipping costs as well as customs fees. In other words, shipping anything back will cost you way more than what you paid for the item. Contacting customer service is a waste of time, they keep stating "sorry for the inconvenience. Customer is responsible for shipping cost". It is fraudulent at best!

This company is located in China. I am still waiting for return labels! The return policy on line does not state anything about reverse custom and shipping charges. I wasn't informed about any of these charges from their website. I received an email yesterday that they would pay me a 15% cash refund. That is not stated on line. This whole operation appears to be a scam. Needless to say the clothes were made poorly.

The return policy is problematic: difficult, costly and time-consuming. The fact that I must pay for my own returns when the company is located in China (the postage is $$) is a deal-breaker.

I bought two dresses and when they finally arrived the quality of both of them was terrible - thin, cheap fabric and loose threads everywhere. When I started the return process they kept trying to get me to keep the items for a small refund and store credit. I kept telling them I wanted to return the items and finally, after a week of going back and forth, they authorized the return. I had to ship the dresses to China which cost over $22. Now, two months later I still haven't received a refund and they say they haven't received the return. The site is closer to a scam than a legitimate company.

I have been trying for a week to return an item I bought. I followed the website instructions for returns. The instructions then said to wait for an e-mail including a return label. I have not received an e-mail. I have sent follow-up e-mails and left a voicemail, with no response. This company is a complete scam.

My wife purchased a medium coat and after waiting several weeks, received an XL coat that also had a pull in the material in the back. Here is where the fun begins. Stylewe does not have a USA presence and they are located in China. You are directed to a website for an exchange or return and then you are promised an email with further instructions. Guess what: No further instructions. We have tried 3 times and cannot get further instructions. I suspect we will be offered credit and a partial return just as many other reviewers have indicated or we can pay$100 shipping to get it back to China. They really should not be doing business in the US without a warehouse or customer service located here. If there were no stars allowed on the review, we would choose no stars

Bad quilty, misleading return policy and a customer service that doesn't want to give you a full refund and keep pushing you to take a 15% refund of your original price. Keep scaring you that there will be large custom cost and other costs that you will be responsible for if you send the item back. This could be the worst online store on the planet. There return policy even ask you to liar

I bought five dresses from this site. They took forever to ship (and the website did not acknowledge the delays in shipping. Once they arrived, the products were of very questionable quality, the fits were totally off. I wear a size 10 and they sent me a XXL, which was TOO small. When I tried to return the items, they kept suggesting that I take a discount towards additional items. When they finally came through with a return label and I priced sending it via UPS, the cost was almost 75&% of the total order. This site needs to be much more transparent about the limitations of ordering from them.

Size of items from different designers differ. So you cannot choose the size according you usually wear. You should click the size icon to check the measurement.

Unfortunately the site is a scam. I bought over $500 of items. When they eventually arrived the quality was EXTREMELY poor and nothing like what I had seen online.

You request a return and the games starts. First they offer you 30% refund, then 50%. When I held my ground and said I wanted 100% stylewe sent me a label for return.

THE RETURN LABEL IS A FRAUD. They design it in a way it will held in Customs in China and then start to claim they cannot refund you without the package.

I have contacted my lawyers

I had very bad experience with his company. I ordered two items. First item coat which I got, was look like it kids size, I measured and every part of coat was short from 2 to 5 inches, event send a photos. The company decided to send me another coat, I decided to take a chance and order another size, as they allowed me not to send the previous coat, but they have disappeared and stopped writing to me. Then I got the second part of my order, shoes size 8, but they turned out to be small, the size does not match the American size. I asked to send me a free label to send my order back, but they refused. To send the order bach to China goind to cost me over $70. So I going to lose over $ 115.
Do not order from this company, it wasting time and a lot of money.
