As an update to my first review, after multiple emails, a very slow and tedious chat session, and writing very negative reviews on shopping review sites like this one, Stylewe did finally give me an 80% refund on two dresses I have returned to their China warehouse. The remaining 20% will be refunded when and if the dresses ever are acknowledged as having been received there to China. There is no way for me to know whether they ever get or got there since the USPS tracking number is void once the item leaves the US. So it's been about 10 weeks now since I sent the two dresses back and STYLEWE keeps telling me they have not yet received the dresses. I am pretty sure that they have you return items to CHINA so they don't have to make the refund with the excuse they can't track the return. Stylewe needs to develop a much better return policy and vastly improve their customer service before I can honestly recommend them. It should not be this hard or involved to get a refund for an honest return. The one thing I will give them credit for is that the one dress I did keep, I do really like. It's a flattering fit, generally well made and I got so many compliments on it when I wore to my niece's wedding in San Francisco. I really wish Stylewe was easier to deal with for returns as I probably would shop with them if they had a better policy and a domestic return site. But until then, if you shop with them, be prepared to keep what you buy or WORK REALLY HARD TO GET YOUR REFUND.

Terrible Return Policy
November 10, 2017

When you first go on the site, they indicate trouble free returns. I had to request a return label 3 times and they indicate that my item came from China so I'll have to return it there. It would cost me $32 to return a $76 dress. This company indicated they would give me a 20% refund if I just kept the item that doesn't fit too small. I'm still waiting to hear what this company will do for me.

I find the StyleWe website to be extremely misleading! NO mention is made that the return center is in China. Very misleading business practice. Very customary that items purchased online may not fit, and to have a return policy that costs more than the original purchase is abusive to customers. I bought two dresses, and one does not fit. I want to return it for full refund and I've been told OK if I return to China, which is prohibitively expensive.

I purchased a dress recently from StyleWe. The dress was cheaply made and did not fit properly, so I started the return process.

I had checked the return policy before purchasing, and the website states that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The company does not give any indication that they aren't located in the US, and the shipping cost to get the item to me was $11, so I assumed that the return shipping cost would be similar.

It turns out that in order to get a refund, I would have to ship the dress to China, which would cost over $50 by the cheapest UPS method. I checked, and the StyleWe website does not state anywhere that the customer will be required to pay return shipping back to CHINA. It's obvious that they are intentionally hiding this piece of information from their customers.

Now I'm stuck with a crappy dress that I will never wear, and I will have to forfeit the $85 that I spent on it, because I don't trust this company to issue me a refund, even if I spend $50 shipping the dress back to them. I will NEVER order from this company again!

Total fraud! What a scam

Buyer beware on this company for sure. I would NEVER buy anything from them again. It's my fault for not looking up this company before buying, but I don't ordinarily do that, as I have NEVER ordered from any company with their business practices.

First, it tells you on their shipping page, but again, who looks, that it takes a LONG time to get anything from them. It took SIXTEEN days, and so the dresses arrived after the event for which I needed them. Total bummer. I ordered a few, as I always do from reputable companies, because you can then send them back if they don't fit. Or keep one and send the others back.

None of them fit, and again it was past the day of the event so I wasn't too thrilled with any of them. I called to ask about a return and was told I would have to pay the shipping to return them to CHINA; can you believe that? AND after they receive them, I will only have store credit. How stupid is that. Then I would have to deal with them all over again. NEVER AGAIN. Don't buy from them

Exceptional quality

When ordering online from stores that are overseas, it's usually a hit or miss. Often times items aren't represented honestly and the shipping takes forever. However, StyleWe is AWESOME! They're much different than all the other stores out there and actually send you high quality items that match the description.

I received got another item from StyleWe. This time it was a turtleneck. It comes in one size and fits me perfectly! I'm size small-medium and I'm pretty positive It would look great on large too. I got so many compliments on wearing this turtleneck. The material is great, very good quality! I own many pieces from StyleWe and I'll always get more! I love their pieces so much! I recommend StyleWe for their quality and uniqueness!

Very poor quality. I bought a cute dress medium size, it fit on me but does not look nice. The dress is not well done and does not dress well. It is out of shape and looks like a sack. Totally different from the internet. I have bought dresses from other sites and StyleWe was far the worst experience ever! I wonder where the good reviews come from...

Wedding dress

The pictures are wonderful but the fit and finish are absolutely terrible. Fabrics fel like they are made of plastic and fit? I can't imagine a body they would look good on. My dress had a pattern on a sheer area that looked like a cheap tee shirt painting. Overall very very disappointing. Worst of all returning an item is ridiculous. They won't send return labels and the cost to ship returns is 1/3rd to 1/2 half of the item using USPS which cannot track it to delivery. If you use DHL, FedEx or UPS the shipping is more than the item we bought. I'll never by from china again. Seems like a straight up scam to me. Amazing that google and other search engines don't just shut down their site.

Beautiful Items

I recently received my order of a dress and sweater and they are beautiful! The quality of the pieces are phenomenal! The sweater/poncho I got was so soft and warm! Not itchy at all! An the dress I got had beautiful embroidery. Very detailed and lightweight, perfect for the summer but also can be easily layered up. The shipping was super fast and I received my items in a timely manner. I'm extremely pleased with this website. Could expand their sizes to be more inclusive, but if you read the sizing info clearly, you shouldn't have a problem!

Stylewe has cute designs, styles that are unique and really fun. The items I received where exactly as pictured on the site and good quality. Shipping was pretty fast as well.
Double check the sizing guide for your item, some fit small.

Terrible experience! Very poor quality! Impossible to return and if you do, ships back to China at the very lowest fee $60 paid by YOU! Outfits look much better on their website than in reality which is of a very poor quality not worth your money for the dresses made in China! I returned everything as I received unworn and with tags. Paid $60 to ship back for a refund. The company sent everything back to me claiming that its too expensive for them to pay custom fee. So they offered me their store credit instead of full refund. Of course it made me very angry. I had no choice but to write this very negative review and I also disputed my money back via my credit card! So be ware and stay away to save you a lot of headache!

I ordered a sweater from Stylewe. It was too big so I wanted to send it back. Their printed policy indicates that you have 30 days to return your item - just follow their easy instructions!

Well, I got the instructions. You - the customer - are responsible to pay for shipping the item back to GUANGZHOU, CHINA + custom's fees. [Note that the item was shipped to me from the U.S.]. They tell you that this international return costs will be so substantial and take so long that instead, you might want to take a 15% cash refund instead, or 20% toward another item that you might want to purchase from them in the future. SO I'D GET $15 BACK FROM THE $100 ITEM I PURCHASED? NO THANKS! Be suspicious of the 4 and 5 star reviews about this company. I believe they must be fake. Who would give such positive reviews to a company with a return policy like this?

The quality of the dresses I ordered-7, was so poor I cant believe this company remains in business. The sizing is inaccurate and the website is completely misleading. DO NOT buy from this website! The return process is impossible and I spent almost $700. I have an attorney that is going to file a claim and I put the charge in dispute with my credit card company. I strongly urge all to do the same. Terrible product and terrible business practice. Spread the word!

Ordered three items more than 10 days ago and the items have not been shipped yet. The customer service phone number is bogus. They never and always asks to leave a message. They have a chat function, so I spoke with a rep after 3 days or order and after 9 days of order. After the 3rd day, the rep said they have a 7-day shipping policy even though their site advertises shipping after 24hrs. The 2nd rep said the item was shipped. I asked for a tracking number and no reply.

After a day (today), I get an email saying they just shipped the item. I went back to the chat and asked for a tracking number. I went to the DHL site and saw that 1st, the item has not shipped yet. They just created a label. 2nd, the item is coming from Singapore... not a U. S based company. I don't really expect a return policy if they are not based in the U.S.

So, please stay clear of this site.

I have had a couple of experiences with StyleWe and both of them always exceeded my expectations. The clothes that I ordered looked exactly like the product and the stock photos. The quality of the clothes were impeccable which is understandable because the pricing is more on the upper scale with specially curated designers. These designs are one of a kind!

The sizing also fits me perfectly as the sizing measurements were pretty accurate and helpful for me (I'm size xs/0). Also the packaging came with a fancy invoice wrapped in a black letter. It felt like a luxurious shopping experience for me.

Don't do IT!

This is a poor quality, poor shipping and return operation! Please don't order from these people. This is a SCAM that tries and stall all returns. I am telling you Do Not Order from these people the pictures are WAY BETTER than the actual merchandise. I wish I would have read some reviews before I made my order. It's an on going battle to get a refund on my order!
