This company advertises themselves as criminal lawyers. I completed their email enquiry form, heard nothing, rang them told them my house had been broken into and wanted advice. I was told a lawyer would ring me. I heard nothing. I rang again and again was told the lawyer would ring. I heard nothing then a day later i received an email saying they didnt do this type of law despite the fact that i had asked the secretary when I first rang and she said yes.

Pathetic and totally unprofessional.

This company is a subsidiary if retail food group who wrought their franchises and deliver the low grade product and service they think nothing of braking contracts and defruading other companies of tens of thousands of dollars. They are an unethical scourge and do not deserve support apart from their non nutritious cheap food.To to To buy from this company is to support a large company group that rips off the franchises, their service providers and customers. See ABC National report on the the havoc they have wrecked in peoples lives, They personally cost my husband and I more than $30,000 by defaulting on a lease agreement for two shops after we have given then several months free rent and paid the hefty commission for renting the shop. They behave as if they are above the law because they have the backing of a large conglomerate. I tried their food out of curiosity and threw it in the bin after the first bite. Low grade nutritional value, tasteless and very overpriced.

This company has good clothes at a cheap price, they have a simple return policy and there is never any fuss or argument. They subsidise the cost of the return. I love them they leave most other clothing sites in the deep shade.

Everytime I have purchased an item from this company the process has been easy the shipping quick and cheap, the product inexpensive and quality. Kogan is an absolute fav for me.

I purchased an electrical appliance from this company and though it was advertised as Australian it arrived with a Chinese plug. I emailed the seller and they then sent an adaptor. The power on the appliance came on and the on light lite up but the machine did not perform its function. I wrote to the seller they said supply a video I did that and then asked for a refund nothing but silence another complete con.

Dreadful return system, clothes dont match size guide, a total rip off. So upsetting still waiting for my $250 after months.

This company is from HELL. They send clothes which do not match the size guide chart at all up to 15 centimetres incorrect. They have the MOST DREADFUL return policy i have ever encouintered. They constantly refer you to a different person, no one keeps track of your emails or order. They pretend they havent recieved your clothes even when you go to the expense of paying for a signature upon deleivery. I wasted A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
