Their dresses are great IF YOU GET WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU ARE GETTING. All you are left with is frustration of not having that adorable dress with an added return cost. The measurements are not as described and the colors are not as they appear.

This company is very difficult to deal with beginning from day one. Their communication is extremely poor. There is no telephone # only emailing.
The item finally arrived, looking nothing like what was promised. They were advertised as leather, if it leather I do not want to know the source! The shoes are poorly constructed and reek of some sort of chemical which set off my asthma. When I requested Return information, I received a letter instructing me to send it to China. I am supposed to pay shipping. However they did offer me 15% if my purchase price or store credit. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money back including tax and shipping charges!

I received a response from stylewe. Still not satisfied with their offer. Not even close! This is a lousy company that misrepresents its products and ease of dealing with them. They are impossible! Take a look at a Facebook site called Style We Complaints. There are many people who are facing similar issues, cheap poorly made products and extreme difficulties returning items. Stylewe, return my damned money and I dont mean a percentage!

I had seen the ads for Stylewe for a year pop up on my computer and was lured by their beautiful dresses. I am a retired teacher so money is hard earned. I ordered a dress for my only daughter's wedding this year. It took just short of a month to receive it and when I opened the bag I could not believe what I saw. No zipper, threads all over, seams not finished! I was afraid to throw it over my head for fear of ripping the fabric. Then, I realized the indecency of trying to return something to this company. Trying to get a return address, the emails, demanding pictures, the offering of 15%, 20%, etc. I was shocked! They finally told me to cut off all the hanging threads, as to the jagged and cut hemline that looked nothing like the picture I saw, no response. I would be embarrassed to wear this dress to my daughters wedding. I am hurt and disillusioned by an organization that could be so dishonest. I did not understand they were out of the states. Lesson learned, as I told my students for 30 years. "made in America" means a lot more to me.

I have ordered some goods - sizes not true to normal sizing - I went to return the goods it was very difficult - eventually after a cost of £20 - the items were returned to me today after 2 months as they would not accept the package. Quality poor - sizing not correct - will not purchase anything again from this site

Buyer beware.

I loved the styles shown online and ordered 5 garments. It took about 6 weeks for the
Garments to arrive. What I found was an example of very cheap fabrics poorly made.
All five buttons fell off on one dress which fortunately did not have the buttonholes
Finished so I was able to go over them with my own machine and finish the buttonholes.
One of the blouses has a large grease spot on the sleeve and the front which I am going to try to remove. Buttons are now falling off this blouse! I haven't even worn these pieces. Given the reviews and the information on returns, I am not even going to try to return anything. I would never order anything from this site again and am trying to delete the ubiquitous pop up ad. I blame myself for not checking the reviews.

Horrible fit

I ordered a dress on Stylewe. I am a UK 10 and usually things fir perfectly. This dress was a disaster. The bodice was cut 6 inches too short so it had an Empire waist, and the skirt was all puffy, not at all the A line of the photo.
The worst was, when I tried to return, they said I was responsible for the shipping back to China and I would only get the refund in 4-6 weeks once it was processed.
Definitely do not shop with Stylewe!

So far unhappy

I ordered several items, first off took for ever for one item to arrive. It did not look like the picture, or fit like the picture. So I want to return it found out I have to send it back to China, really China. Yes, and so far I have not heard back on how I do that.
Now I am afraid that I will be disappointed with the rest of my order, if it ever arrives.

Impossible!

On February 2 2018 - 5 Items order (I paid $25.00 extra for 2 day express Shipping). Received 3 items on February 9 2018.

On February 12,2018 (I paid $53.65 Return Shipping Fee) - 3 items returned(wrong size) & lost in CHINA Postal February 18,2018, more than 30 days ago.

I spoke to Customer Service Representative (KITTY) "Sorry we have not received it yet. We don't know when it will arrive neither. Usually return to China will take a very long time during transit.(Over 2-3 months)".

StyleWe now offering 40% store credit?

On March 29 2018 I finally received the balance of the order.

Now that's what I call express shipping!

Super slow service

It takes FOREVER to get an item. And returning items are painfully drawn out. I felt like I needed to hire an assistant just to monitor an online order. Inevitably with the long expanses of time between ordering, receiving, and conversations of returning I made a simple mistake and they were quick to play "gotcha" and not let me return an item that is completely unused with tags still on. Just crappy business... and often the clothes are cheap or not to the appropriate size scale. Larges are small; smalls are large... you never know what it's going to be. I tried 3 times and each time was icky. I'm out.

STYLEWE Thieves and worse? I have emailed and emailed begging for help but each time they respond with a different name "Amy/Elaine/Max/Serie/more! My case has been dragging on. There is NO WAY TO RETURN anything. I paid over $50 to ship back to China. The address they gave was not existent. Package came back to me 6 months later "address unknown". No surprise. I seldom write reviews, or dispute anything. But I want to alert other potential victims
They don't deny it in their emails but ask me to order more stuff and they will give me big discounts!
8months later its too late to get a refund from Paypal or my credit card so I kiss all my money goodbye and throw out the items that look terrible and do not fit.
Read all the other reviews. Im not alone. I wish I had read these reviews first. Im the idiot! I agree with other reviews now..."Stay away away away". Worse than zero stars. Don't believe the photos as you can never return anything! Im happy I could warn you.

I ordered some shoes from this site more than a week ago and they haven't even shipped them yet, so, if you order something from this place be aware that you'll have to do it more than a month in advance if you want your item for a particular date. I'm very disappointed because I needed my shoes for an event and I wont get them on time and they are not cheap at all. Let's see what I get, I'm now looking at very bad reviews here. Careful with this place

Very disappointed and sad in this whole process. Ordering, receiving it, trying on (clothes are very cheaply made and it shows) and the worst part was trying to return. In order for me to return to I would have to have paid $150 shipping fee to return to China... If I would have read these reviews, I would have NEVER ordered from this company. I will NEVER order from this company again. Now I am stuck with 2 horrible looking jumpsuits (I am even too embarrassed to sell to my friends or post on my social media) and out of $135.00 - and no I do NOT want a 30% store credit. Shame on StyleWE.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would select it. They never got back the refund of $500, under the claim that they never received the package back. Plus, I paid $92 to ship it back to China. Will never even think of ordering from them again.

Ok whoever you are. I am more than disappointed with your company. Such beautiful pictures of clothes and such horrible, reprehensible fulfillment, return policy and customer service. Had I read your reviews prior, I never would have ordered but I am a trusting soul giving people the benefit of the doubt until they prove me wrong. You certainly proved me wrong. I order a lot of product online and your company is beyond belief in its inability to deliver anything. I even gave you a second chance and still you havent delivered. I expect I have lost my money and yes that concerns me but what concerns me even more is that others will be deceived, cheated and disappointed when they order from you. So know this... you can keep my money... but you cannot silence my voice. I will publish this email and I will contact each and every person that has published a negative review and we will collectively do whatever is in our power to put you out of business. Yes it is buyer beware but eventually we have control and I will do everything to make sure no one ever buys from you again.

If you have any legitimate reason to return an item to this company StyleWe, it could be a long and unsuccessful process with the company. Their responses on how to return take a long time, are unhelpful and non committal. We had to return an item to China (instead of returning to StyleWe who we ordered it from) that did not fit, and the return shipping cost was expensive. After we followed directions on returning an item and returned/mailed it to China, that same item has now been mailed back to us several months later from China. StyleWe is not assuming accountability for the item being mailed back to us after we returned it, using StyleWe's directions. StyleWe is offering a partial cash refund for the item, which is new and has never been worn.

Stay away,

THIS IS A SCAM! It took 4 weeks to get my product and then it didn't fit. When I immediately requested a refund they offered me 15% of what I paid for it. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Awful company-scam

My husband ordered something for me for Christmas and instead of 7-10 days like they estimated, it came weeks later. We tried to send it right back after we received it in January. The item looked like a tent on me. They emailed us a return tag for China. It cost about $28 to send the item back. We sent it back around the 8th of January, 2018, and guess what... here it is almost April and they say they still have not received it even though paypal tracked it back to China the 18th of January. They are not honest people. We still have not received our refund after all this time.

Ill never order from this company again. If I could rate the quality of the clothing from a scale of 1-10, Ill give it a big, fat 0. I am very disappointed with the quality, and their interpretation of what the item made, based on whats advertised.
My clothing that was ordered was not cheap, and the dress I ordered had the neck of a child. My head would not fit. Who does that?
I wont be fooled again. Ill go back to Saks and be satisfied.

Worst company ever

I paid express delivery and it took 4 business days to process my order, then I requested to cancel my order and they said they would have to charge e 15% charge for canceling after 24hr fro. My original order. And if I wanted a refund I would get partial or store credit. This is the worst company Ever, they are not cleat about their charges, dont waist your money and time.
