Appalling

Hi, my experience with Stylewe has been terrible to say the least. Like many customers, ive been tricked by their beautiful photos on their website. I ended up buying 2 garments. It took them one month to get here. When I received them, the sizes where wrong - although I had followed their size chart - and the quality of he material was appalling.
I immediately wrote to them and they offered me 15% refund because their warehouse was in China and it would not be worth it to ship there. I got angry and told them that their website never stated such a thing and that I still wanted my refund. They then gave me the return label to China. I returned the garments and paid $50+. Sure enough, the package came back to me after another month.
I then wrote to their customer service again and this time they said they would give me 40% refund. I was so done that I accepted. They told me it would take one week. After a week still no refund. I wrote again. They said it didnt go through and asked if a PayPal refund would be ok. I agreed and gave them my PayPal coordinates. To date date, I havent received a refund and they keep telling me it has been issued. Its so frustrating! How can a company like them can still exist? They are fraudulent!

Completely scam

Very bad company especially dealing with returns. They offered me 20% discount on the defective and poor quality item which I wont spend $40 for the pieces of junks.

Quality is poor and you ultimately cannot return the products with a fair refund. They require a huge fee for returns ( to Guangzhou, China) and additionally, customs fees!

To my own detriment I did not read any reviews before purchasing. I received the dress I ordered and it was nothing like what was depicted online. Inferior material, poorly made, and did not even remotely fit properly. Could NOT be more disappointed! :( I will attempt to get a refund, but based on other's reviews I am not optimistic.

I spent £60 on what i thought was a beautiful dress, when it arrived I could tell instantly that it was made very cheaply and was nothing like the product advertised. I had already had to email them as they had taken my money but not sent the dress, so i emailed them again to express my displeasure, the dress was so bad i thought they'd hold my hands up and just refund my money. They said the cost of return was my responsibility and "did i know they were based in china" they offered me a refund of 20% of the cost to settle it immediately. It was laughable, i spent the £11 sending it back to china by recorded delivery. It arrived on 2nd May according to the Royal Mail website but Stylewe are now saying they haven't received it but are happy to offer me 50% of the cost back to spend in store... i am shocked that this type of scam is allowed to go on. How are online business regulated, i feel helpless!

I have just received a dress that I waited 3 weeks for. This is the second time I have ordered from stylewe.
The first time was a sweater that was so enormous and labeled ex large that I just donated it.
Today it is the pretty blue and white, summer dress. It is so small across the bust it would fit mt 11 year old granddaughter. I am slim so this was so disappointing, I cannot zip the top of the dress.
On top of that, this is the cheapest and poorly made garment I have ever owned. The seam in the upper part is already half threaded.
I have to figure out how to return it.
Cheap, cheap, cheap.

Turn back!

This is honestly the worst site i've been to. The dress i ordered was the wrong color, material, was extremely itchy. And the kicker? The tulle "hemline" looked like it had been cut by a child with scissors! It was completely uneven and had jagged edges! I knew going into it that this might be a scam, but c'mon. This $65 dress CLEARLY only cost $3 to make. (Also, their customer service is nightmarish at best.)

Bad Business

I ordered a dress from them. They sent it to the wrong address and then said it was my fault. Said they would not give me my money back because it was delivered. I will never order anything else from them. Do not order from them.

Terrible service

Purchased several itemstook a month to arrive(still missing two items I paid for) and sweater arrived with big snag. They will not issue refund until I pay shipping back to China and customs. Why do I have to pay to ship back the defective item you shipped me?

I order 3 dresses from Stylewe for my daughter's prom. I ordered the dresses 3 weeks before the prom. Stylewe failed to inform me that one of the dresses was out of stock and did not refund my money until I contacted customer service. The other two dresses did not arrive before the prom. It is now four days after the prom and the dresses still have not arrived. Stylewe refuses to cancel the order.

I haven't received my order but they also haven't shipped it yet and are haggling me for a refund for something that hasn't even shipped yet. They hold your money. From what I have heard they don't make refunds easy so I want to stop the order before it ships but they won't refund the money. I have called my credit card company. I want nothing to do with this company.

Horrible quality

Ordered 3 items according to the size chart, each item was over $70. None of the items fit properly, the sizing is all off. When I contacted about returning, was told returns were on me and had to be sent to Shanghai. I should have read these reviews first. Won't make that mistake again.

The WORST

I ordered 2 dresses and I inputted my measurements so they could send the correct size. After waiting about 3 weeks for delivery, I find that both dresses are giant sized. No way can I wear them. I request a return shipping label and am told that I have mail them to China and am responsible for the shipping costs but if I will keep the dresses they will give me 15%! WTF. I did send back the dresses for $35! In shipping costs. I'm not confident I'll get my money back. Never again!

This company does not accept returns and provides misleading information on their website. As soon as you request return, they tell you how difficult it is to send to China and how it costs money and offer 50% store credit or 40% money back refund.
I chose to send the product back and the package was NOT ACCEPTED BY THEM and returned back to me after 6 months!
The COMPANY EMPLOYS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES by saying that articles can be returned followed by not accepting the return back in China.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SITE AS THE PRODUCTS ARE VERY LOW QUALITY AT HIGH PRICES (hence they offer 50% discount as soon as you want to return). VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL TELL ANYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THIS SITE!

After the extremely unpleasant experience I had with their customer service, I left a review here explaining what happened to me.
I did get a response from them:
They emailed me back and said "maybe you sent too many responses and they cancelled your order by mistake! If you can remove your negative review, it would be greatly appreciated! "

Are you kidding me? This is not how customer service works!

The worst customer service. I complained about a dress that has been processing over 15 days and the customer service person canceled my order, said "You said it has been too long and you cannot wait so I just canceled," I said i did not want to cancel it, i wanted you to expedite the order and they said "well, it has already cancelled" and stopped responding. Everytime, they do the same, They just stop answering your messages. Very very bad customer service! How in the world can you cancel someone's order on your own?

I bought several times from this site. The first impression they make is the way they pack the product! But unfortunately delivery takes between 5-6 weeks. In my opinion, this is a very bad service. They should think about better solutions. I also purchased shoes from them, very poor quality. I waited a month to receive these shoes, I could buy the same quality at a cheap shop in town. I am considering giving them one more chance (i am still waiting for my last items) if they will not improve the service unless I will delete the site from the computer there are Million sites for clothing!

I wish I could give this company a negative number for a review. Sizing chart is wrong, product shipped does not match pictures, and fabrics are of inferior quality. Initial return address is China, but if you complain enough they will give you the Calif return address. Still fighting to get credit card charges reversed.

I've never worked with a less transparent ordering process in my entire life. My order for two dresses has been "processing" for well over 7 business days. A full 48 hours longer than promised in their FAQ. I was given a fedex tracking number on day 5 claiming to be originating from a local shipping center, it never moved in the following two days. I was given a EC-Firstclass tracking number today where the package now says it's coming from Guangzhou. Which is fine and no surprise but the failure of the 1st agent to be more transparent about why my product had yet to ship and where it actually shipped from is absurd. So in short I still have no idea if my package has shipped, where it is and if it might ever arrive.

Poor Quality

I recently placed order for 2 dresses from this site and when they finally came the quality of the material was so bad, stitching was coming off from every where i sent pictures to their email address to send dress back get the refund, they wouldn't quiet accept on refund and try to negotiate. If the price of the dress is 50$ to 60$ they give refund of 15% and say to fix it with out sending back, i even tried this option and in order to get them fixed tailors are charging more that 30$. I am so done with this site. Will never recommend to anyone.

I do receive responses from Stylewe, but all insist that my refund has been issued. Perhaps they have done something, but the money has not been refunded to me.
