I've ordered several items from StyleWe over about 4 months. I retained one, which was just "OK", but not worth the aggravation to send back. The others were returned or cancelled because of very poor quality and damage or undue delay. As to the delay, I only discovered the problem when I repeatedly asked for updates on when my order would arrive. After attempting to deflect my inquires, the StyleWe service rep cancelled. As to the return, the dress had obvious damage and the fabric color was cheap and simply awful. The sewing was very poor quality with exposed seams. The rep repeatedly pushed me to accept about 20% refund or similar credit and I refused, requesting they honor their written refund policy. I think their business model is delay, cheap quality and attempted intimidation. I will not be ordering from them again.

Sorry you are not happy with the service. Our customer service rep did not initial the refund for the out of stock item. The refund was initial by the system when the order is out of stock and it has not been replaced for other item in 72 hours. For the item you do not want to keep. You can return for a full refund.

Returned a dress of inferior quality and poor fit 9/25/2017. They said that they didnt receive it so no refund. This item was returned to me last week 5/15/2018! It went to the address they gave me and was never picked up, then finally returned to me. Horrible business. Shop USA

Sorry the package got return, pls send a photo to show us the return package? When you return, pls make sure enter value less than USD $150 and use a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, etc; Otherwise there might be charged with a high import fees, in this case, we will not be responsible for the custom fees. That might end up package got return to sender. Pls send us the photo of the return package. We will review and offer compensation.

I saw two dresses on their website and ordered them both. Both were very flimsy and only resembled the photo with the color and print. The dresses received could never actually look like the quality shown in the photos. Difficult to deal with and many hoops to jump through to return anything.

This is the second time I've ordered from this company and have been very dissatisfied both times. This time, I was not aware I had to return the items within 30 days. My fault - I realize. So all I can do is to try to save someone else the hassle of of going through this. They are a totally second rate company selling inferior products. So sad this is allowed to go on.

Poor quality. They wont give you a refund no matter what. They offered me 15% of my purchase price. It took over a month to get my item and the event was over. I no longer need it and I would never wear it as it is cheap looking. I paid over $90 for the dress.

We have sent a return label to the buyer, and she can download the label we sent and put it on the parcel.

This is simply the worst experience I have ever had shopping on-line. It is fraud. Their financial goal is clear: It is a bait and switch. Clothes are very poorly made and totally misrepresented on their website to include American and European models. The sizing chart is also not followed. Thankfully, Pay Pal and Chase are investigating and supporting me. The return to China is such a hassle (and they tell you that when you try to return merchandise) that they offer you a percentage (not all!) of your cost for the junk you get as a preferred option instead of returning to them. They don't want it either. We have to stop this scam. Thieves have no honor.

If it were not for my credit card, I would have never received a refund, but my credit card company worked extremely hard to assist me with a full (no partial) refund. DO NOT USE PAYPAL! Do not order anything from this company. READ all the reviews the 5 or 4-star reviews are fake reviews. This company emailed me so many times with promises and claimed they never received the return item( yeah right. 2017)... it is a scam and they are laughing at all of us for writing the reviews because they have our money. ABC, CBS or NBC. Get on this Horrible company.

This company is A FRAUD. Do not order ANYTHING, I have contacted the national news networks, please call them as well to report so they can do a story on this FRAUDULENT company called STYLEWE. I ordered an item, the item was not what was in the picture(quality, look), STYLEWE emailed me the information to mail back the return. I sent the return STYLEWE stated they did not receive the return and I sent them the tracking numbers and now STYLEWE states it was not delivered, but the item was delivered to the address STYLEWE emailed the label for me to send back the package.(filed a fraud claim with the USPS on STYLEWE) The USPS has confirmed and emailed me a statement the package was delivered way back in December 2016. The company STYLEWE sent me an email and told me they never received, but the tracking numbers stated it was delivered and they offered me 50% off my next item(really)... I am going to fight this FRAD, SCAMMING company until I receive my money and spread the word(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) to as many people as I can that this company is a FRAUD. You will never get through to customer service it does not exist. If you feel you must order... GET READY TO BE SCAMMED... and any reviews that are written about STYLEWE that are good reviews are FRAUDULENT. Please! Please! Do not make the mistake I did. I have issued you fair warning about this company. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Please do not deal with this company. If you do save all documentation. If you request a refund, good luck because they do not want to make it easy. Make sure you get tracking info and shipping information. DO NOT MAIL BACK TO A PO BOX if they start to using this method.

After 4 weeks of waiting for an order I was charged for and have tried to cancel the order. Im reading that the company is in China and wil give you the runaround till most give up. Im not. I found a website on Facebook of other unsatisfied customers and cant believe Paypal continues to work with this company to scam US customers. Do not purchase from this company. You will only get your money back for items not delivered if you used PayPal (thank god I did) but from what I have read now, the quality and sizing is so poor that you should not purchase from them. I sent many emails about my purchases, got the run-around, they said they were in transit. For six weeks. Dont do it. I think it is the same company formally named Ezpopsy and they too were terrible.

Let me clarify the return scheme and business model of this company:
-They will bargain with you to refund you some % of your purchase for your not to return the item
-If you decide to return because you believe you deserve to get your entire $ back, you will spend anything from $20-$40 to ship to China via US postal service
-Once in China, the US postal service can't track the item anymore past their custom
-The item stays in the custom with no way for us to follow up on
-Stylewe claims that they never received the item and hence can't refund
-The Chinese company uses internal connections to obtain the package from their local custom
-The item will be available for sale to the US/Western trusting online purchasers again
-The company never refunds the original purchaser and makes money again from selling the item
-Repeat the cycle again and that's how they are still in business.

To the poor human forced to work for this company: I'm sorry you are put in this position to lie daily for your job, Please don't copy and paste your previous generic response under my message.

I ordered two items from their website. One went to nowhere land which they refunded. The second one -a blue velvet dress, $75- was nothing like the picture. I requested to return it and spent $26 via USPS to ship it back to the address label they provide. (they sent me multiple emails bargaining to keep the dress and they will give me either store credit, or %15-20% cash back, which I said NO).
It has been two months and still no refund. Multiple Emails and they just said we don't have your item. Per my discussion with the US postal service they have no way of tracking the order once it's entered their country in that industrial region.

I just found a grown adult who doesn't know how to use a ruler.
This person works for StyleWe.
She kindly told me that when I measure something, "the rule should begin from 1 not 0", and photoshopped an arrow into my review photo to be helpful.

I remember explaining this exact concept to my cousin for his 1st grade math homework. Maybe I should have used a "tap [sic] to measure it" for better results.

Ordered a dress in L/US6. On the size guide for the dress, it should have a 28.3 inch waist. The dress that came labelled as (L/US6) has a 36 inch waist! This is larger than any size listed on the website. Completely not wearable because it's huge everywhere.

Addendum to earlier review: They said they would issue a refund within a certain time frame and they did, to their credit - they are in China, after all, so it did take somewhat longer that usual. There must have been some element of truth to what I said, about them not having items in stock when they take your money - nor do they know where or how or by when they will get the items - or they would not have acquiesced so easily, I think. But, while I see others posting here of sarcasm by the company's customer service reps, that was not my experience. I'd say they were tolerating me, knowing that parts of their business need a major overhaul. And they were polite and did reply within 24 hours to all my emails. So in fairness, I am posting this update. I have my money back. I wish the best of luck to others who order from this company.

Stylewe is brilliant in saying things like "Thanks for your patience," which I imagine is a sentence they are very accustomed to writing. An order I placed 2 weeks ago still has not shipped. I suspect this company throws pictures of attractive clothing up online, lures in a customer, has the audacity to take money even though it doesn't have the items in stock, and then scrambles to find a vendor to fill the order. If the vendor has the particular item, great, you get it on time. If not, you wait... and wait... and wait. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order - I bought a kantha quilt from India off of Etsy that came in 8 days - you telling me you can't get me a pair of shoes in 2 weeks? What are they doing, cobbling them by hand in the Himalayas? Maybe, MAYBE I can be somewhat understanding about the dress, but waiting 2 weeks for shoes that haven't even been shipped yet and then receiving an email that they're still working on the order? NO. No, no, no. I told them that I expected the remaining 2 items in my order to be shipped by today, May 4 - I didn't think 2 weeks was an unreasonable amount of time to expect something to be shipped. They still haven't shipped. I have just fired off an email canceling the order. If I receive another response that says, "Thanks for your patience," I'll be back. So my advice to anyone is: Don't be lured by the pretty styles. This company is highly suspect, in my opinion - the sizes are all over the map and the one dress I did receive is flea market value - not worth the amount of money I paid for it. The cost was $49 - it's worth about $12.99. It was billed as linen - it's not linen - it's cheap, paper-thin fabric. It came with a jacket that is sort of linen, but certainly not quality enough to warrant the price. I won't return it because, can you imagine the hassle I would go through if I can't even get a pair of shoes shipped in 2 weeks - I mean, could you imagine what it would be like to have to return an item? Not worth it. And you know what? That's what they count on.
