Guys,
I purchased a dress which looked nice on the website photo. The dress obviously looks far from what the image says it would look like. Furthermore, the dress arrived turn, upon asking for a return label, StyleWe refused to send a return label and asked us to ship it back, pay shipping and duties. This is absurd!
I am dealing with payPal and my CC bank to get this resolved.
Let me say it again, DO NOT BUY ON STYLEWE!

I placed an order on 5/21/18 for dresses to wear on a trip to Mexico on 7/13/18 - it is not 6/19/18 and still hasn't shipped. After reading the reviews on this site, apparently I won't be wearing any of those dresses at the resort... if ever. How is a company allowed to operate like this? STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

POOR QUALITY

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The quality is what you would expect from "Made in China" and they have terrible customer service.

Even though they say, Easy Returns" do not believe it! They want You to pay shipping, customs, etc. I contacted them through chat and the rude woman on chat stating "yelling" at me in capital letters because they sent me the wrong size item. She made it sound like it was my fault.

I contacted them through email and you have to wait at least a day to get a response.

They finally admitted that my dress was mislabeled and only offered a 10% refund.

I had to send them photos of the label the package, etc. SAVE your Money!

If you have a problem with delivery, they will tell you to check with your neighbor or post office. They are not helpful at all but very happy to take your money. Don't buy anything on this site EVER!

I placed an order for a dress three months ago and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I write them about this, they say that they are "preparing my order and to please wait a few more days". They've had my money for three months but I have no dress. I would say it's a scam, but I have ordered three other dresses from them in the past with no problem. Won't be ordering again though.

UPDATE: My order finally arrived, exactly three months after I ordered it. The dress is very pretty, but waiting this long for a dress has completely turned me off from ever ordering from this company again.

Sometime there might be delay due to short of inventory. For some products, especially some hot sale items, they might run out of stock very soon, and we need to work wit our independent designers to ensure the items displaying on our website. That might cause a little bit delay. If orders are delay, our shipping dept will use a faster shipping service or express to ship the delay orders out once they are ready to shorten the delivery time.

I followed the company's guidelines to the letter when returning goods 3 months ago. They tried to put me off returns by offering me a percentage of the cost of the items. Finally, at my insistence, they supplied me with a returns label. I paid £17.40. I have proof of postage. I have tracked my returns through the Royal Mail. They arrived in Beijing 3 days after I posted them. Stylewe say that they have never received the items. This must be a con.

Bait and Switch

The two dresses I ordered did not fit (one too small and one too large even though I ordered the same size). Now I have had to bug them to send me a return label and they will not give me a full refund as "they are in China". They are pressuring me to simply order something else for an exchange... wouldn't that be the same as just refunding my money since i have to "send it to China"? It is a bait and switch scam... DO NOT ORDER!

Everything is different from the pictures you look at. Most of the time the sizing is off by 4-6 sizes, the material is cheap, craftsmanship is very very poor. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
They also make sure to discourage returning the items by making you pay international return mail fees to China.

The Worst!

Ordered a dress that came in looking like a sick puppy. Nothing like the ad. It was also 2 sizes too big even though I used their chard to order the correct size. When I complained they only said they sent me the right size no matter what I said about their sizing chart. I am torn about returning it (though I can't wear it) because I have read that many people never get their refund after returning an item. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered several pieces totaling $525; like the many reviews (so I will not bore with too many details) the order was late - they blamed it on a Chinese holiday - REALLY... At any rate, I received a couple of items (a coat & 2-piece set). Both pieces were too small; I have a slim figure and followed their size chart exactly. I wasn't 100% pleased with colors or fabrics but was willing to keep as both pieces were unique. I contacted Stylewe for an exchange in size and that's when the madness begin... They offered instead of an exchange that I keep the items (that I can't wear) for 25% of my money back. What the flip! Unfortunately, that's when I researched for reviews and realized I'd been duped... I responded in turn: cancel my remaining order; I requested their US address return label (Walnut Grove, CA), described in detail my recourse if they didn't respond favorably and gave them a deadline. In turn; they cancel 1 item with full refund as the other 3 items had shipped. They ignored my request for US label and my deadline. I refused to waste my time swapping emails with them persuading them to do the right thing. In short, I've contacted 3 local news station consumer reporters; 3 National news outlets consumer reporters and 60 Minutes to tell my story in an effort to prevent this from happening to others in my community and Country. In addition, me and my daughters are developing a skit/review to be posted on youtube, facebook and instagram. I will keep everyone posted.

I ordered a dress from this company and it doesn't fit - mainly because the sleeves are ridiculously tight and disproportionate to the rest of the dress. I went online to ask for a returns form only to be told that if I want a refund I have to pay to ship the dress back to China and offering me a 15% cash refund to keep the item and have it altered. Having read other reviewers complaining about the cost of shipping to China and one who said her package was returned to her with no explanation as to why it wasn't posted, I've decided to accept the cash refund and chalk this up to experience. Perhaps there's some small print somewhere on their website stating this as their returns' policy, but is it legal? I STRONGLY advise other customers NOT to buy from this company.

Buyer beware! The clothes are very poor quality and they will only let you return the clothes to China which means you spend a fortune on shipping. They say they will give you 15% back if you don't ship them back. He then said he'd give me US address to return my item if I took this review down, so I did and then he didn't get back to me. I'm putting my review back up and will take the loss so you don't have too. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I should've known better!

Bought three dresses in mid December only to have them arrive late January. Immediately contacted customer service letting them know that at 5'9 the dresses barely covered my rear, not to the knee as advertised (nor was the models height listed). After much back and forth, they offered 30% off to keep. Well unless the dresses magically got longer or I got shorter, no thanks. I was finally sent a return label in mid Feb, I immediately went to USPS, got insurance, remitted return #, every single thing I was told to do at a cost of $75. Today my box was returned. Not even opened. No reason why it wasn't accepted back. Now I will make it a mission to take StyleWe to task all day. Every day online. I'll let everyone know under every single post DO NOT BUY ANYTHING because this company is a fraud.

BE CAREFUL! I purchased a $60 dress. Its too big so I e-mailed them re: exchanging for a smaller size. Their policy is that although they ship to you from California, if you want an exchange/refund you must send the item to China at your own cost. They will refund at 15% so I wont plan on $60 back, only $9. Yet, STYLWE claims to have an easy, no-hassle refund/ exchange policy! Speaking of China, one can only assume thats who Stylewe patterns their business practices after.

Terrible, Terrible company. I've ordered 2 dresses. A week passed, they charged my credit card. But no updates on my order. After I've requested the status of my order, they responded that it is in the process and I will get my dresses in 7 business days. Another week passed and still no dresses, I've asked them about my order, they finally told that they are out of stock and suggest me to buy different dresses. After I requested my money back, they told me that they will let me know by email when they will return it. Instead of returning them ASAP. Until now I haven't received my money.

The other item is packaged and ready to ship out soon. Due to delay of the processing time, we will upgrade your order to express shipping for free, which will take 2-5 business days for shipping.
