Their quality very from 1 item to another. I bought 8 items and only two were acceptable. The rest were garbage. Moreover, they lied when saying we will handle your order in two weeks. It took them four months and I still didn't get 6 of the 8 the items. I spent more than 600 US dollars and got nothing in return.
This sham of a company reminds us all that we should be wary of anything purchased online. We purchased an $80 dress for our daughter and when it arrived it was missing the belt. After contacting them they promised to send it, and never did. We returned the dress, at an expense of $23 as it had to be shipped to China and the refund was never processed. We emailed them and they told us it was missing a belt. After numerous email exchanges they did nothing to resolve the issue.
We are a global marketplace now but a scam artist is still a scam artist. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY on these crooks.

I spent over 5 1/2 months on my order, it took 8 weeks to receive my order. There sizing was way off, so I wanted to return it, What a joke. Sent several emails back and forth with no resolution. My package was end back on my doorstep because the address that was provided was not deliverable. I lost over $250 dollars. I would not order anything from this company.

Larry: I read and understand the return policy. I followed instruction to input tracking # to the site. But Stylewe do not refund upon receipt of return. They only do so after I chase with proof of name and confirmed delivery. I would not have gotten my refund if I don't follow up. I just got refund notification of a item that was received weeks, this refund only happen after I send mails to chase after.

I ordered a few items with them, first it took forever for them to deliver - I had to continuously asked where the shipment is. When they finally came, their sizes fit is all over the place even though I followed the their size spec to place order. Their description is also misleading - one item description as a cotton shirt that does not have a single ounce of cotton in it. You have to pay for returns, who asks their customer to pay for returns these days - nobody but this company. It is ridiculous. Not only that you also have to constantly chase them for a refund if you want your money. I am still waiting for a replacement after they confirmed received of my returns over a month ago and I have to chase and keep asking for them. Don't buy from this company - its not worth all the aggravations
Im not sure what is possessing me to waste my time communicating with Style-we. But like anyone else that orders merchandise online and works hard for their money, I feel compelled to do so. It has however, become imminently clear that this company will not be in business for long. But I am hoping that my follow-up today will convince others to stay away.
After several attempts at a resolution and/or a refund, style-we sent me a new pair of shoes. The shoes received are ALSO damaged (cut strap, unable to fasten) and they have such a strong foul odor that I had to put them outside of my house.
I implore anyone that is considering ordering clothes from this website, to give it a second thought. There are far too many other websites that are more reputable and wont steal your money.

Ordered two pairs of shoes. Both pairs had the straps cut and are not wearable (no way to fasten the buckles). Their first response was a request that I send photos, (which I did, the pics clearly show the defect); their 2nd response was an offer for a partial refund; their 3rd response was argumentative stating that the shoes were intact when sent to me; that its too costly to return them to China (actually California, but I guess somewhere that starts with a C); and lastly that I should bring them to a tailor for repair.
If this werent so ridiculous, it would be funny. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering the shoes. Secondly, I wish I would have gone with my gut. Their web site and ordering process are sub par. Hard to order and I had to wait forever for shoes to arrive (not even in boxes, rather in flimsy cheap bags).
Lesson learned. I hope many others will take the time to write a review. And my hope is that these reviews are read and taken seriously. There are far too many good shopping websites to choose from, and people are much too savvy to engage with the bad ones. It will not be long before they go out of business.
This is my second review as I hadn't gone through the process of trying to exchange the awful looking and ill-fitting clothes when I wrote my first review. Trying to return or exchange anything is a nightmare. First, you have to pay the shipping yourself without any refund. It cost almost the price of the items you are returning. Secondly, they don't give you the full price on the refund. They only give you the sale price back and keep the rest. Third, if you try and exchange it takes months for a store credit which, again is much less than you paid. Finally, they don't check the orders and send you the wrong stuff. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. BLOODY AWFUL.

The items are coming from China, and it takes a month to arrive. The item I have bought has no quality. I wear a medium, and I ordered a large and still doesn't fit me. To return the item, you have to ask for it; it takes almost two weeks to get the label address and then you will find out that you have to ship it in China and you are responsible for the shipment fee. I can't believe this. I just lost $ 64

When I bought the clothes from this US company, they never said the return center is located in China. The clothing I received are not stylish, poor quality, and do not fit. They asked me to pay all the costs to mail to China, and asked not to use either UPS nor Fedex. They asked me to use USPS to mail it to China, and the tracking is always " In transit". Now it is about four months passed, and when I contacted the company, they asked me to wait. I don't think it would take such a long time to ship to China. They pretend that they never received the package. I think this company is not trustable, and I should report them to the proper authorities.

My items came in and did not look anything like the photo or description. Very cheap looking and had style details that were not shown in photo or described. These style detail ruined the entire item. I tried to return per the card instructions and no response. I tried online and they lied several times in chat and refused to take item back. Too bad. Several years ago I bought 7 winter poly jackets for family and friends that were wonderful looking. Even then other items in order were cheap looking but they at least took them back. Don't try buying from them. You will be sorry.

This on-line company is terrible to do business with. I ordered 2 blouses that appeared to look very nice on 5/10. They arrived early 6/02. When I tried them, 1 of the blouses was incorrect size! Did not fit properly and did not appear good quality for the pricing, over $50. The other blouse fitted, but the quality was lacking. The trim around the collar was very stiff and scratchy.
It took over 1 week to get the proper return address, back to China!
The package shipped from CA originally! I do not understand why took almost month to arrive? Now, I am trying to get full refund for these items.

Dress was HUGE on me and I'm a big lady. Sizing completely misleading, so when I try to return it says" Our return center is located in Guangszhou, China. Customer is repsonsible for return shipping and customs fee... recommend a 15% cash refund, which is like $9" CRAZY terrible, wow, I am so angry NEVER order from these places, Also took over a month to receive it and the event was long past that I had ordered it to wear

I returned the poor quality clothing I received 2 months ago and have yet to receive a refund, as promised. This company lies to you about their return policies and cannot be trusted. This is a scam. They send you cheap clothing that looks nothing like what they advertise and costs a LOT of money. And they advertise free returns or exchanges but this is a LIE. They actually charge you the FULL amount to ship it back. I reported them to the proper authorities and you should too: econsumer.gov. Hopefully they will be shut down. They are liars, cheaters, and no one should order from them if they value their money.
This is the third time I've ordered through StyleWe and it will be my last. I've never even received clothing from them BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHIP MY ORDERS. So I cancelled my first two orders. I ordered my third and last order from them May 30th and it still has not shipped. I've contacted customer service several times and they keep telling me it's in quality control and will ship soon. I just sent a message telling them to cancel. I'm bummed because I was super excited - I spent nearly $500 on several items. How are they still in business?!?!

That might cause a little bit delay. I ordered two dresses from StyleWe in the late winter of this year, thinking that would be more than enough time for two weddings that I would be attending this summer. It took eight weeks to receive the dresses. When they arrived, they were both incredibly small, unwearable, even though I had purchased my size. One of them was so thin it was see-through. Very flimsy construction. I returned both dresses following all the guidelines from StyleWe, and asked for the one dress to be sent back to me in a larger size. I paid a lot of money to return the items to China! Im still waiting for those dresses to arrive at StyleWes China location and it has been three months since I sent them. I am unable to get anybody from StyleWe to call me back. Instead, I get automated email responses saying they cant do anything because they havent received my package. Ive had to buy dresses somewhere else for these weddings. I am very angry. There is NO customer service. StyleWe should take responsibility for their return process instead of just saying, Theres nothing we can do. Why cant they check with the Chinese postal service to find out where my package is? I have the tracking number Ive given it to them and they will not help. They have my $130. I have no goods. Do not use StyleWe!

Do not do business with them. Sizes too small, they do not get that U.S. sizes are bigger than asian. Why don't they sell bigger sizes. Get ready to be jerked around for returns. I am still waiting for return label address they claim they have sent it but nothing comes in it is like pulling teeth to get them to provide you with the return label, SCAM! Do not buy from this company. I returned the low quality not as they promoted merchandise at the end of April. After much persistence, it is August 5 and they sent me a partial refund saying that the rest will be sent when they receive my merchandise. Over 50 emails, correspondence by Facebook Messenger and now they have blocked me. Do not buy from this company. Their return policy is a total scam.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
