I ordered 3 dresses with expediated shipping on July 10,2018 with the promise from StyleWe processing time of 3-5 business days then 3-5 business days for delivery. It has been 9 business days and my order is still processing. I purchased these dresses for a destination wedding on July 26. I've written SytleWe twice requesting a refund because they didn't honor their 3-5 business day processing guarantee and guaranteed shipping within 3-5 business days of order. As of July 22 they still have not responded to my two email requests to refund my almost $200 purchase.
Do not order from them! I ordered two dresses for my mama, and three items for myself. Prices are very reasonable, but there is a very serious reason behind that.
The first dress for mama was good. The second was a weird size, like XXXL, instead of M, the material was horrible quality, and the shape had no resemblance to the original. They won't allow me to return it, bc it will go into some random address overseas (and cost a fortune).
My stuff was shocking. The sizes were for little girls, like small for teenage girls, instead of M for adults. The quality was terrible. I returned all in one bag. When I followed up, they chose the most expensive item and said it did not arrive. It was impossible, I sent them in one package. Didn't want any of them bc they were weird, poor quality and wrong sizes.
They were not cordial, as far as I'm concerned, they intentionally took my money and refused a refund. They get their stuff in suspect conditions, that the shape and material have no resemblance to the fun pictures they show on their website.
I'm surprised that there are good reviews on this website. Avoid at all costs.

Silly me. I thought the return shipping would be similar to what they charged to ship it here. Imagine my surprise when i found the shipping back to china was $23! (half the cost of the pants).
So... unless you are SUPER POSITIVE absolutely you're not going to want to return, I'd say do yourself a favor a shop somewhere else.

Weeks of wait a little longer emails until I got frustrated and disputed the charge with my CC company, at which point I get an email in a few hours saying item has shipped, cant cancel, dated 5 days earlier (before their most recent please wait emails). All of a sudden the items are available and shipped after countless emails saying they are not ready. They are scam artists and wont provide return information!
Don't let these beautiful dresses tempt you, you may never see them, and if you do, it will be month later! Plan to shop for Christmas in Summer! I am so disappointed. On June 22nd, I ordered 5 dresses for a family reunion the week of July 21st. It is July 14th and was notified today my order would take 7-12 more business days! Seriously. I asked them to expedite my shipping, they said they could not do this, I would even be willing to pay! I am really upset and frustrated by the whole ordeal. I might order dresses from them again, but I would not order for a specific reason, party or plan. The customer service is hard to deal with. I tried to calling, but could only leave a message. I emailed and did get a response, but it took 48 hours. I hope to write a good review when I get my dresses, I hope they are as pretty as they look on the site and the quality is what I expect it to be. For now though, I can not recommend.

When I tried to return it they said that the shipping that I would have to pay would be substantial and they offered me a 15% refund. I accepted with total buyers remorse. In my opinion, this is a complete scam.

Buyer Beware! This Chinese company does not have distribution in the US and if you want to return something, you will have to pay international shipping and and customs.
I ordered a dress from StyleWe. I was so excited. It was for my son's wedding. It arrived jammed into a small envelope bag and when I took it out, I noticed it had come unravelled. I looked at the website and saw that they make it nearly impossible to return anything. I tried anyway and then was continually asked if I would accept a 20% discount and keep the item. I didn't want it. I then filed with my credit card to dispute the charge. I then sent the dress back which cost me 30% of the price of the dress! Then they responded to my credit card denying they had the dress. I have reciepts for the post office and customs. I am still working with capital one and am certain they will side with me since I have the documentation. I just wanted to say Buyer Beware! You think you are saving money by buying clothes from a Chinese company, well, your not.

I liked my experience with this store, it really has beautiful clothes and the best thing is that the prices are also good. I'll buy more for sure.
StyleWe refuses to refund my money. I returned the clothes as soon as they sent me a proper return label following their directions and an email from them stating they would give me a 100% refund for both orders. Once they got the clothes they stayed they would not refund because I was too late, nor would they return the clothes I paid for nor would they issue credit. The clothes were terrible anyway-total crap. It took them 4 weeks to get them to me. Then they tried to get me to return them to China. When I insisted on an address in the USA, they finally sent it, but after 30 days. Then when I wrote them, they said they would refund 100%. Guess whatzero refund. They should not be allowed to do business in the USA. I am filing a complaint with my credit card, supplying them with almost 4 months of emails, and reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. Don't do business with them, they are the worst.

Although a StyleWe representative answered my previous post and indicated my merchandise (which was ordered May 21,2018!) would ship soon, I still have not receive my order as of today, July 9,2018. This is ridiculous. I wish they would just tell me the truth.

I ordered a dress. It took a month to arrive, even though Stylewe charged my credit card immediately. When it arrived, it stunk of mildew. Stylewe offered me only a 20% refund, despite the fact that their return policy explicitly states that any item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. After I wrote a negative review on this site, Stylewe offered a full refund, but only if I deleted my negative review. After MUCH confusing correspondence, Stylewe finally disclosed a return address, in China. To mail the dress to China with tracking info (necessary because I do not trust this company at all) will cost me at least $50. (Shipping from China to US is cheap, shipping from US to China is not, I learned.) If Stylewe had honored its return policy from the beginning, I would have learned my lesson about postage to China the hard way and returned the package. But given their dishonesty, and the hours of negotiation required to force them to honor their return policy, I do not intend to. I will dispute the charge through my credit card company.

There is a whole Facebook page of complaints similar to mine. Item not as described Didnt fit. Returned at my cost. It sat at China customs where they didnt collect it and then they say they havent received it and wont give a refund

My StyleWe dress was too large AND the material was too transparent. First the company told me to return the dress to China at my own expense including import fees. Then I posted a negative review on sitejabber bc the experience was terrible. StyleWe said if I removed the review they would send me a US address to return the merchandise, instead of requiring me to mail to China. I removed my review, even though it felt like blackmail. After I removed it, they said instead of a FULL refund, they would actually give me store credit. Why would I want store credit when the entire experience was horrible and the material too thin to wear? Read the many Better Business complaints for StyleWe and beware of this company! 1) Don't buy from StyleWe and 2) Tell your friends not to buy 3) Share this info on social media. Their web photos are awesome... their products are not! This is the kind of company we should not support!

I purchased multiple sizes of dress because I was told they there are sizing issues with Stylewe. I returned 3 dresses via USPS and they claim to have "Never received them in China". I'm out the cost of the dresses plus shipping. This is exactly what I feared.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size.
