They are not paying for return shipping, trying to offer me 30% refund, declined and send the item back over a month ago. Very frustrating and extremely bad service. Not to mention their clothes are not what you see online! Bad fit, the cheapest quality and the worst cut and fit ever! Do buy from a reputable site and definitely avoid them at all costs!

I ordered 3 dresses on 6/27, did not receive order confirmation till few days later, received one item shipping information on July 12. Received 1 item on July 28. The rest two teams had no order confirmation or shipment information. I sent an email to customer service, they only sent me the same item that was delivered already with no mentioning of my outstanding two items! Now I am concerned that rest of $129 will be missing wondering if this even is a legitimate business? Why can they make delivery experience easier? Why I ordered 3 but only received one?

That is a problem, as you have to send them an email to get permission to return an item and although they tell you you can then return only for exchange, they still don't provide you with an address to send to. It is ridiculous!

After spending an hour searching the wed site for the address, I had to call China... and there is no one there to even answer the phone. I left a message requesting the return address... but will anyone even call me back?

I rarely post a negative review, but really feel that others should be warned. The designs looked great and, after seeing a lot of positive reviews (I now suspect many may be fake), I ordered 4 dresses ($250). It was nearly 2 months before I received all of them during which time I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions by email (they say "within 48 hours" but it's actually several days) and phone call (you only get a recording to "leave a message" and you get an email response; you can never speak to anyone). Their responses said that it was their "peak season" and the order would arrive in "a few days" (they did not). When each piece arrived, I saw that they were VERY cheaply made and did not fit either, though I followed their sizing instructions. Also, note that if you're buying from the US or most of the rest of the world, their site does not indicate that the clothes sizing would be considered petite, as well as extremely narrow on top. I initially wanted to exchange some and return others, but after numerous emails in which they took days to respond and were evasive about giving me an return address/label, I did not want any of the items. Returns/Exchanges, as indicated in other posts, are NOT "easy." The link to "Returns/Exchanges" on their site simply went back to their home page. They offer a fraction of what you paid (initially 15%, then finally, 25%) if you don't bother returning the items, OR a slightly better percentage if you keep the items and accept store credit (not without strings attached). If you return the items, the chances of them actually receiving it, judging from many other posts, is slim. They do not want you to use any courier (FedEx, etc) other than the US Postal Service. The cost of postage plus customs fees will be high. In the end, you get very little for your money and the chances of you receiving even a fraction of what you paid is not good. They do not list a address of business on their site and, though their registered US address is in Mamaroneck, NY, I believe ALL their operations are in CHINA. Stay away from this site and these people!

And we have sent the return label for the dress you want to return, if you do not want to keep it for partial refund, then pls return per instruction, we will issue refund once we have receive the item intact. Sometime there might be delay due to short of inventory. For some products, especially some hot sale items, they might run out of stock very soon, and we need to work wit our independent designers to ensure the items displaying on our website. That might cause a little bit delay. If orders are delay, our shipping dept will use a faster shipping service or express to ship the delay orders out once they are ready to shorten the delivery time.

This time my orders had taken more than one month. I placed my order on June 23,2018 and today is July 30. Out of 6 items only arrived after 20 days and the rest? They keep saying it will send ASAP but they couldnt tell me when. I dont think I will order from this site anymore. Not professional and cant trust their customer service.

Ariirved a month after ordered, made like a gunny sack seams trailing 4 to 6 inch
Threads, I ordered blue, small size, long sleeves. I was sent L size, mustard color, sleeves 6 inches. Order indicated linen it is some kind of synthetic material that keeps every crease. I do not feel I should I pay to send it back and get what I ordred!

Reality is what they wrote when I tried to return:
"Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth"

20% store credit?!?! Are you kidding me?

I ordered one dress and when it came the pattern we no where near what was pictured and the material was also not what was pictured. I insisted on returning and the customer service encouraged me to take a 15% refund. I refused and wanted to return the cheap piece of crap I had received. Ive paid $35 to return the item to China and nearly two months later I still have not received a refund. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM OUT OF CHINA MISLEADING CUSTOMERS AND KEEPING THE MONEY.

I had been buying dresses from Stylewe for several years and had previously been very happy with the service and quality of clothes. However, I have never received a dress that was on order for 3 mos, and received no notice of why. I asked for a refund by e mail which was answered in one day, and the refund which was promptly processed.
However, I recently waited 6 wks (shipping method labeled: Express Delivery!) for a dress that looked only vagely like the picture, and the material was poor. I am returning it and will be anxious to see how long it takes to be refunded.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent a totally different shoe. Then the game started. First they asked me to keep the shoes and offered me a 20% discount. Then they wanted proof that I had received the wrong shoes and requested pictures, after sending three sets of pictures showing they were the wrong shoes they kept asking me over and over to send more pictures. Then they kept harassing me with email after email asking me to clarify that these were the wrong shoes and what I would like to do regarding the shoes. I must of sent a least ten emails telling them that I wanted the correct shoes sent out. Once again I got an email on the 24 of July asking me what I would like to do about the shoes. Needless to say ---- I am done. I am now going over all my bank statements to make sure that I was not charged for two pairs of shoes, as wells, past orders to make sure that when they canceled and out of stock item that I received the total refund of the item of clothing.

The dress was not the same in the picture, material is cheap and I have to send it back to China when it came from California and I will need to pay the customs fee. They dont respond to email, you have to call and leave a message and email again. Do not order from this site. They are a scam

Stay clear.

They have taken payment for an item I have not received after already more than two months. After numerous emails they offered a refund because they could not deliver in a reasonable time frame but I'm still waiting for the refund after also chasing this. Coincidentally now my credit card number has been used fraudulently by an Uber user. With their lack of delivery and response to my request for refund I'm not sure Stylewe can be trusted to be legitimate.

I purchased a dress from this site with expedited shipping (3-5 business days) for a trip. The dress arrived 9 business days later and I couldn't take it on my trip! AND I wouldn't have taken on the trip anyway because the dress was poor, poor quality! The items on the site seem to be made of good quality and the prices reflect that, but when you get the item the material is ridiculously cheap! After reading the reviews (which I should've done before purchasing... lesson learned), I don't understand how these people are still in business! I submitted a "request" for return, received an email that they will contact me in 48 hours and heard nothing within that time. I called and tried to live chat, and of course, all their representatives are busy! But after reading the reviews, I might just have to call this a loss because if I do return (and pay more money) they will find an excuse to not refund! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I ordered a jumpsuit that was supposed to come with a belt of the same fabric. After a month of back and forward with Stylewe asking me to send photos of the order tag, item, shipping label, etc, they will not send me the missing belt, which makes a huge difference on this jumpsuit. They still offer the item online, so surely they have other belts that could replace the one they never sent, but they refuse to send it to me and rather lose a client.

I ordered two dresses, they came wrong sizes, poor quality, its not what u see on the site, the materials are cheap.
The got the instruction to send back
Paid $40 to return to China
After 4 month got my package back.
When I contacted them they said it was return by customs and they never got it!
They offered 30% money back or 50% store credit!
They are fraud!
Stay away from them

After waiting over 2 months for the dress I ordered, it arrived hugely defective. The outer layer was at least 6 inches too big from the under slip. I took it to a seamstress and she had to remove the sleeves, take out all the pleating and take it in. I didn't bother with the return because the last dress looked like someone had splattered bleach all over. The run around to get it refunded was not worth it again. Do not order from this company. They take forever and they are not good to their customers.

I was instructed to send the returned orders back using registered with tracking number, did everything as requested. After paid for returned fees, the parcel came back to me after a few weeks as they did not accept it. They find all excuses not to give you a refund. Trying to offer me 30% refund because the order was returned back to me. Very frustrating and extremely bad service. Not to mention their clothes are not what you see online! I have been emailing stylewe for weeks. I finely get an answer after the 30 days have pasted telling me I missed the return deadline. This was an intentional delay to my many emails. How suddenly they saw my request after 30 days. Stay way from this company. A huge scam. Just from my last review you can see the timeline was in range.
