Awful. In trying to return a dress (to China) that was not true to size, they offered me money to keep it - 4 times. When I insisted and paid for shipping the return, the dress and my money disappeared into the ether. Don't buy from this company.

Addendum to review below: after posting this on sitejabber I got an unsatisfactory offer of a credit - again- but when I insisted on a refund for an item I never received they finally agreed. That was on 8/16/18 but the refund is still not showing up on my card.
Original review: Stylewe.com does have unusual and interesting styles however, buyer beware. If you order something t will take a very long time to arrive (if ever) and if you need to return something it will take FOREVER to get a refund. They try to get you to accept store credit but if you don't want that be prepared to wage a fight. Their so-called customer service phone number is NEVER answered, and even when I left a voice message that said "call me back - do not email me" in very clear language (after numerous delayed and useless responses to email), they emailed! And still have not resolved the issue. So despite the fact that I love looking at their styles and have gotten a couple of things that I like, it is just too aggravating to deal with them.

The dress I received was not the same color, trim didn't match fabric and was made out of inferior products. They provide a return label however although I paid 23.50 to mail the dress back to them the claim it never arrived and are refusing to provide me a full refund for the price I paid for the dress. Recently I purchased three dresses from Stylewe. I have since requested a return on all three due to the poor quality of the fabric and the sizing that is horrendous. I plan to write a negative review each time I think of it. I've been told that since the dresses are from China I will have to pay the return shipping and it will be deducted from what I paid if the return meets the approval of Stylewe. What a joke. I can't even believe I trusted this website. Lesson learned and I do intend to write yet another negative review of my experience so far. I*******

Purchased two dresses which were shipped 40days apart. Didn't return the 1st because I was wIting for the second one to get here, silly me!
No notices about delayed shipping, b/o, etc.
Of course there was no return and I've been fighting this battle for months.

I wish there was more to add but there isn't. I now have to go through the process of trying to get them to return my money but it would seem that their business model is based on selling cheap crap with a misleading website and not doing refunds. In my case the goods are not dispatched yet after a month but they won't answer my emails. I really wish I had read the reviews (the real ones) before I ordered. I don't imagine I will see my money back but I do intend to report them to the authorities,

A SCAM COMPANY

I bought 2 dresses costing $136.80 but sizes are too big. I requested to return the merchandise and this is the answer I got... OUR RETURN CENTER IS LOCATED IN GUANGZHOU, CHINA. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for shipping cost and other related charges (including possible custom fee) REALLY!
Since international return might result in long waiting lineand incur substantial cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. REALLY! We would like to offer you 15%cash refund that is a whopping $20.40 or 20%store credit refund for $27.36 ( REALLY A JOKE) INSTEAD OF RETURNING THE ITEMS. If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth. MAYBE IN CHINA YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CLOTH ALTERED FOR $20.00 NOT HEREIN THE USA.

Not only did the dresses arrive two months late for the occasion I needed them, they were BOTH the wrong size. I ordered a Size 8 and a Size 10 to ensure that one of them would fit. I received a size 1X and 3X. Then, I learned that the store was in China and their note said: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.
Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
I am now out $160 and have two dresses that do not fit. Do NOT order from this site.

I ordered several dresses from this company, which took several weeks to arrive. The quality was terrible. The worst I have ever seen. These clothes look like they are made in sweat shops, with no consideration for anatomy in relation to sizing. Even worse is the customer service. Returns must be mailed back to China at the customer's expense (it cost me $67 to mail my items back), and you also have to jump through a thousand hoops of answering questions by email. Three months after returning the clothing, the package ended up back on my doorstep! After leaving a review here and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, StyleWe sent me an email asking me to AGAIN pay to return the items, this time to a US address. They also asked me to delete my one-star review here. I refuse to pay my own money to make a second return attempt, and have alerted my credit card company to the dispute. Everyone reading reviews here should also note that StyleWe is notorious for paying people (usually those outside the US) to leave 5-star positive reviews. Sitejabber has done a great job recently of sniffing the fake ones out, though I would encourage them to carefully sift through all the positive reviews so that StyleWe's average star rating accurately reflects the experience people are having with them. Final words: Do not EVER shop from this company!

2 month after I order one item arrive look nothing like in the picture. And also bad quality of shoes. I order gray romper. And got lime color. When I wanted to return they wrote 2 options the first is store credit minus 25% or return money minus 30%

Horrible Company

I never write negative reviews but decided to make an exception in hopes of saving someone else time and money. I ordered a sweater that was cheap, not like the photo, and outrageously small (I normally wear a size 2 or 4). As everyone else has stated, returning is impossible and horribly expensive. It cost me $23 to return and after following the directions explicitly, several months later they claimed they didn't receive it. If you have it tracked they will tell you they wouldn't accept it. I wish BBB or someone would investigate this scam situation.

I'm disappointed. This has been, without a doubt my worst shopping experience ever. Online and off. To say that this items was poor quality and that customer service was a joke are an understatement. 7-10 day shipping ended up being almost 2full months. (Ordered June 1st & received July 21st.) Contacted customer service after a month. Then 2 days later got a reply that I needed to be patient. The order was being processed. Follow Up a week later. Same response but they would add express shipping for free. Took$5 off. Then I finally got my much anticpated dress. Its not at all true to the photos and the fit... it was like it was created for 3 different body types. It was huge. Arms were tiny and tight though. The lace overlay was supposed to be white and scalloped and it was black. The color was supposed to be blue with silver stitching. The color was closer to purple and the stitching is gold. Straight hem at the bottom and arms that were supposed to be scalloped. Zipper won't zip all the way due to the very poor quality of the the zipper. What was supposed to be a fitting beautiful shape is more like the old fashioned matronly nurse uniforms in the old war time movies. I refuse to pay to return this or attempt an exchange based on the experience I've already had. Plus from all the reviews it would be futile anyway. Chalking this up to lesson learned and huge waste of time. How is this company still doing business. I have very few good reviews. I absolutely fell in love with the photo of the dress and ordered before I read up. So I guess that is one way they stay up and running. People are too trusting. My bad.

I ordered a product from StyleWe over a month ago & it's still 'Pending'. I emailed the company 2 weeks after placing my order because they forgot to send me the package tracking number, something they claim to email with every confirmed order. It's weeks later now & still no reply. The product I order was over £60 so I expected much much better service than this. I very much doubt I'll receive my order before the Summer is over & I definitely won't bother using the company again.

It's sad that this is the only way I could see to get them to respond to me

Ordered a dress in April 2018. Quality was particularly poor. Never even removed it from packaging. Returned in early June, to China, after many negotiations with StyleWe. It has been in transit last comment 6/14/18. Never anyone answering at StyleWe phone. Have asked many times for refund, to always get comment they'll return my inquiry. WHY WOULD ANYONE EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

After fighting me and making it impossible to return the items that were delivered after a month (never gave me a return code, told me there would be customs and other charges to ship items to china), I received the following email. By the way, I also disputed this with my credit card company who did their own investigation and agreed to refund me. So, here's Stylewe.com's email:

I ordered 2 times from this website, fabric is very poor quality. Tailoring work is very inconsistent... look very ugly, nothing like the model on their website and it took them two months to send my order... stay away from them, I think they are originated in China
