I bought two dresses. I hated them and returned them a week apart. I paid shipping back on each. 23.50 twice. I paid 187.50 for the two dresses. They claim they never received them. PayPal took their word for it!

First of all, the site it trying to pretend being in the US. They even have fake address in CA. What ever you buy from will be delivered from China and you may be charged foreign transaction fee. If you like your dress - you are lucky person. If you want to return - forget it and simply through out junk. If you request return label they will send but you will mail in China and that is around $25. Then within two or three months you will get the stuff back stamped with PO in correct China city. If you email asking why they shipped it back you will get reply - We did not receive it. That is simple cat and mouse game. If you email the package info with China stamp they simply keep silent. You cannot get reimbursement from your CC simply because the transaction was a few months back. Usually CC will do within 2 months only. And if you used Paypal that will only complicate the issue. It was not such transaction in PayPal database for this purchase. Others were. This one simply disappeared. They may have a hacker on hire who removes PayPal transactions that it would be no trail! Bingo! They always win! There are complains on BBB with the lowest rate possible.

NO STARS! This company is a scam! There have been numerous complaints with filed with the Better Business Bureau. The sell defective and damaged merchandise, use false advertising, are based in China with a small building (they use as a mailing address) in California, and they REFUSE to provide refunds even when provided proof of the damage and defects. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ripoff. Buyer beware.

It took more than a month to receive the wrinkled top that was very cheaply made and almost transparent even though it was supposed to be made of linen and cotton.It took detective work to find a way to return it and to do so required a label that had to be sent to me. It never arrived. After several requests, I received an offer to accept 15% of the garment's price and I could keep it. Otherwise, because they are in China it would take a long time to receive the label and I would have to provide the packaging and postage. The only good thing about Sylewe are the pictures of what look like attractive clothing. Quality of the merchandise is shoddy and there is no customer service. I wish I had read the reviews.

Terrible!

NO STARS! (if I could but had to check at least one star). Ordered 2 items. One came over two weeks after ordered (outside of the "7-10 business days" promised). The other still hasn't arrived a month later. The one item I received was of poor quality & the color very 'off' from the picture (I do know that happens sometimes; I ordered a dress with pale yellow flowers and got one with VERY BRIGHT yellow and orange flowers). Who knows what the other one will be? I've contacted my credit card to stop payment and will also contact Paypal. Alot of work for terrible service and terrible product.

I already have experience about the order ship too long, or received a email noted "the item I ordered out of stock" after 2 weeks... but I still come back with this web because I understand the reason. Because they locate from chinese so take a long time shipping, and sometimes they couldn't update about out of stock or some item not looks like the picture. I am ok. I order so many times on this website. But today I will stop. Because I order 1 sale jacket, and they sent me a very old and damage jacket. I really sure the jacket couldn't damage because of the transition or delivery, if yes I think it was dirty. But the package I received very good condition, but the jacket was very damage. The neck of the jacket made from leather, and it broken alot. I take the picture and sent them right away, but they told me that's a final sale so no return. I email to them and told them just send a label for me to return and I don't need the refund to let them see how could thay can sell a very very bad item like that, but they ignore. Just be careful to buy a sale item every one.

I ordered a dress on 7/31/18 and still haven't received it. I have emailed them twice and they just say it's being made in bulk and will be rushed out soon. I bought it specifically for my friend's wedding which has come and gone and I'm worried that when I receive it, it might not fit. They have emailed me back in a timely manner, but I'm just very frustrated. We live in a world of two day shipping with Amazon and it makes everything seem like a lifetime. I still hope the dress will come soon.

It's peak season now, our warehouse need to pack up over 20000 items every day and ship out over 6000 packages. As a result, there's not enough time to prepare the orders.

SCAM. Run away

What a horrible mess. First, the sizing is way off. I got out a tape measurer and went by their sizing even though I knew it seemed small, but I trusted they know their sizes. Much more importantly, the dresses wouldn't sell at a yard sale - terribly quality. Ragged threads everywhere, seams not matched. Items didn't ship for weeks, and after I cancelled the order, they shipped it anyway. And to top it off, it has to go back to China through customs, so there's a $75 cost to return three dresses. They offered me 15% back to go get it altered. Seriously, don't buy from these people.

StyleWe responded to my first review saying that they offered me 10% discount after I receive the item, but I insisted to cancel the order. THIS IS MISLEADING. I insisted on canceling my order because I had to receive the item first (which may take many weeks since I wrote the review 4 weeks after I ordered it) and then email them if I am satisfied. ONLY then will I be issued the 10% refund.

The point of my review is that they have a bad customer service. I was not happy with their service, and their offer to appease me was to give me a 10% refund AFTER I email them. They could've just given me the 10% refund right away, and because they didn't - that is when I requested for them to just cancel my order.

Bad Experience - Highly NOT Recommended

The first time I bought from this site, I ordered 1 dress and it was delivered 2 weeks after I ordered.

The second time, I purchased 2 items of clothing-- a week after the purchase, I was informed that one of the items is out of stock (they should have informed me sooner). They refunded the amount of the unavailable item, but it is now 4 weeks since I purchased, and I still have not received the remaining dress. I contacted them via email to let them know I want to cancel the remaining order since the dress will not make it on the date of the occasion I intended to use it. I got a response giving me 3 options in addition to keeping the order:
1. A coupon ($20 off over $150)
2. Keep the item(s) for 15% store credit refund
3 Keep the item(s) for 10% money refund.

I responded back, through email, that I wanted option 3. They emailed me back with this as a part of their response: "After receiving the item, if you are satisfied with is, pls email us and we will send you 10% refund."

I then responded to that email to clarify that they will still not give me the 10% refund until I do additional work of emailing them of my satisfaction with the item. I proceeded to tell them to just please cancel my order--I do not have to deal with this just for a dress. I sent that email on a Tuesday, and it is now Friday, and still have not heard back.

I don't know how this will end, but I know that I will never patronize them again.

It is impossible to ask for help through online chat and phone call! Because they are not available! I sent them emails and they insulted me!

The dress I ordered from the Stylewe website looked like a beautiful quality (sparkling) dress. The dress I received looked like the cheap bedraggled cousin to the website dress. I don't know what kind of fantasy world software they used for the website dress, but I think Game of Thrones should give them a call, because that's about the level of make believe' it would take to get that dress to look good on my body. Come to find out, the Stylewe clothing is made in China, and despite the fact that the Chinese have been making American clothing for some time, the dress I received didn't seem to illustrate any evidence the Chinese understand an American Woman's body. On principle I do not order dresses too small for myself. I believe I ordered the correct size dress for my body against the dimensions that were provided, and in fact, it did fit in the loose expectation I had, that is everywhere accept at the arms which were cut for maybe a US size 2 and I order a size 12. I guess they think I have the body proportions of some kind of potato with pretzel stick arms. In order to try the dress on I had to cut the entire length of the selves open and partially down the side of the bodice to allow for my arms to pass through, so the dress in turn could go over my head and slip down.
In short I had to accept a major alteration project just to try the dress on, and on balance I feel the dress is of such poor construction and fabric, it doesn't warrant more investment in time or money. To add insult to injury there is very little satisfactory recourse in the way of money back and returns for an unsatisfied customer, and in lieu of investing anymore in this terrible product, I have chosen to invest in recounting the dismal experience as clearly as possible. The effort is in the small hope that maybe a potential shopper will consider a local clothing option instead, if we stick together we can collectively weed out these predator companies.

Buyer Beware

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. I ordered two things. They came on time but did not look anything like the pictures. The material was different, some parts were cut too big, some too small. I asked to return for a refund and in order to get a refund you have to pay a ridiculous amount to ship it back to China. (Which is something they hide from you) Save your money, go elsewhere.

After the review which I gave quite negatively. The StyleWe made correction and sent me the return address labels and I was able to return the items and got full refund. I advise the company to change the "Return Policy" to be fair to the customers. If you are not sure whether you really want the items or it may fit you. I advise you to be very cautious to put in the order because the return policy is hostile. I do like the clothes that fit me and the reasonable price.

Worst on line experience ever.

Ordered a dress and paid $100. Very cheap looking and poor quality clothing. I returned it in June and still waiting for the refund. I do not think I will ever get the refund. When I inquired they sent an email saying they did not receive the parcel. I had to pay for postage as well.

I waited over 3 weeks to receive my shoes after paying a hefty shipping. And when I wrote the company about it all I was told was that they had a lot of shoes to get out and I'm sorry. Sorry would have made you refund my shipping cost but Creed one for this company.

I ordered 4 dresses, have so far received 3, all of which are poor quality. I've asked for a return label, and received a response asking me to take photos is good daylight to see if there is a problem with the color! Not the level of service I expect when ordering online. Still haven't gotten the 4th dress. It takes too long to get the merchandise and hard to return. And poor quality.

Purchased 3 items over a month ago, heard nothing for over 3 weeks. When goods finally arrived there are 2-3 sizes too big from the normal sizing listed. Fabric/quality is absolute rubbish and nothing like the models are wearing advertised on Instagram. Have sent 6 emails requesting a return docket as stated on the returns policy and have been ignored. When a response finally came through it is to offer me 15% off or a store credit NO THANKS! Do not purchase anything from here this is a backyard operation out of China! I am reporting to Chinese authorities should I not get a full refund.
