I tried ordering from this company based on reviews - those reviews are NOT TRUTH. I beleive any good reviews are the company putting this on line. The quality is appalling and nothing like the 'picture' then when you try to arrange to send the item back it works out more expensive to return the item than to buy the product in the first place! This is a Chinese company, the product you order is not already made so you have to wait for the company to arrange the item to be made, which takes months, THEN you have to wait for the shipping and delivery. It just isnt worth your time effort and money. The only offer is a 30% discount - its as if this is a money laundering scheme not a clothing company!

Never never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. They never answer their customer service phone number with a rep but ask that you leave your phone number and requests and never call you back. I returned a few items for an exchange to China at a cost of $26 four weeks ago and have had no response! Forget this company.

... Its not here though.
We found two dresses she liked, ordered them on Saturday (Yes I did thorough check first!) They arrived Tuesday morning, They look and fit beautiful. I shed a tear I admit when she tried them on.
GO TO CHI CHI LONDON... Check them out, you will not regret it
I do have to add that I have had a full refund from StyleWe This could be the fact that PayPal were involved I don't know.
In a nut shell Avoid Style We and try CHI CHI London.

I have been buying online now for 15 years, yes I've had the odd problem in that time, but nothing like this. I am usually careful and read reviews first... But my partner absolutely loved the dress, so I ordered it her. She planned to wear it at an wedding evening do. According to the website the dress was 'IN STOCK' and had a 2-5 day turn around, I even paid for express delivery again another 2-5 days. All fine it should arrive in plenty of time! (Ordered August needed for end of Sept) Nothing... excuse via email after excuse...'The designer is making in bulk! Since when does the designer actually make the dress! I have today started a case with PayPal trying to recover my losses before it escalates to a returns nightmare that some of you guys have had. We now have just days to find something as nice. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they take your money and either send nothing or complete rubbish. Avoid.

First, it took quite a while to receive one of the 3 dresses I had ordered When I finally received it, the quality was minimal and it did not fit, (even if I had used their size chart.) The return policy is a nightmare. I had to pay the postage to send it back and guess what? They never received it! ( same story in many other reviews). SO, the dress cost me $85, the postage $20 and I keep being told: "We have not received your package" (It was sent July 26,2018).
After the experience of the first dress, I cancel the 2 other dresses and guess what? I had to pay 15% to the company to cancel for the 2 dresses that have never been sent?!? Interesting business policy! It is a fraud to my opinion.
There is no recourse to appeal. I am discouraging anybody to deal with this dishonest company.

Worst quality... Don't buy

I ordered three dresses, very bad quality polyester & georgett. Not at all what is shown in pictures. I got them 5% sale so can not even return them. No customer service available on phone. Dont know what to do now. Money gone down the drain. DONtT buy

I purchased over 3,000 in clothing just find out none of the outfit fits. Their measurements are so far off. I spent another 1300 dollars returning the items just for the to say had not received the items. I checked with customs and was that a representative had come check for the return but refuse to get. I will never deal with these lowlife scammers again. They will not answer the phone once they recognize your number.

Fraud, Bad service, what you see is not what you get. You'll get cheapest material.

Dishonest company

I received two dresses that we're totally different material than advertised. They were supposed to be linen but one was shiny polyster the other a very thin cotton.
They company refuses to stand behind their products. Have had a hard time getting them to refund my money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Purchase a couple of items that didn't fit because I was unaware that these items were made in China. Then, the whole return process was a nightmare. Was told to ship the items in China, paid $25 to ship back in June, and we just got the package returned to my house. This is absolutely absurd. I'm contacting the bank, because I should not have went thru this to get my dam money back!

Pictures are great... clothes are not. I bought one dress that with MY alterations.
It worked. The next two I discussed with them at length as to sizing. I measured myself and ordered appropriately. The dresses take 3 weeks to arrive and were so small I could not even get them on. I am a size 8. All their promises about 24 hour return info were BS. I finally cancelled my sale thru my credit card and threatened to donate the items to charity. I did mail the dresses back AT MY EXPENSE FOR THEIR SIZING MISTAKE. Learned my lesson. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Very disappointed for this false advertisement. Too bad I didn't read any of the reviews until now and was so shocked when I opened the package. First it didn't look as classy and elegant like I saw from the advertisement page, and when I tried to put on, so sad that my head won't even go through the hole. The heck,

They say refund but not

I bought an over priced cheaply made and designed dress for my nieces wedding. I wanted to send it back because of the quality and the fit. I was told sure ship it. This was in May 2018. It cost me 25.00 to ship from Sacramento to China. I received it back today as if it were never sent. Almost like they did a return to sender but not.

Never again. Buyer beware. I should know anything shipped from China isn't quality.

I have never saw such poor quality cloth! The long white stitches on the dark dress, and it looks like a rag, it makes me sick! It also took too long to my hand.

Ordered three pair of pants and only one looked good - little did I know that the returns process involves multiple hoops to jump through. They clearly are making this difficult so you'll keep the merchandise. This is completely incompatible with how I shop these days and I'm surprised they think this is an acceptable business model.

Half the prices are bogus you click on your item and in some cases the price nearly doubles. The excuse different colors or different sizes can alter the price is crap. 1 item I went through every size and color and NONE OF THEM WERE THE PRICE ADVERTISED

I bought 2 dresses both of which are very poor quality and not as shown on the website. One had a missing belt and that asked me to take a photo - a little difficult. They will not send me a returns label but I guess from reading the other reviews that that would be a waste of time and money. And later they offered me 25% refund as it would be expensive to return the items to CHINA. The issue is now with my bank.

An okay shop

EDIT 09/10/2018 I bought two dresses but one of them did not ship on time, so I got a refund for it. I still haven't seen the refund in my bank statement yet, but it's supposed to take a couple days. So I will wait a little longer. The other dress has finally arrived but it took about a month to come. The website says shipping should take 10-17 days but know that your package will probably take longer to arrive. The dress that came seems to be pretty good quality, so I am happy about that at least. Overall, the shop is okay but shipping and processing takes way too long.

Dresses took forever to arrive. Then when I had to return 3 of them STYLE WE did not pick up my return package after I spent $23 to send it to CHINA. It was then returned to me! I am so sorry that I did not read these reviews earlier. This company is not to be trusted. I agree if I could choose NO STARS - I would.
