After four months of trying, I finally received my refund from StyleWe. The pictures are really nice but in person the clothes I received looked homemade, the fabric was of cheap quality and the sizing is way off in my opinion. And they were $5 short on returning my full refund. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY!

It's been over two months and I still have not received my refund of $65. The dress I received and returned looked homemade and the fabric was cheap. I won't order from this company again because of the slow delivery, quality of product, and very slow delivery from China, no refund, and excuses! Buy at your own risk. Wish I had researched this company prior to ordering.

DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM

Paypal charged CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED with the sale so I am assuming this is the parent company of Stylewe and Justfashionow.

They stole my money. I wish I read their reviews. Stylewe an Shipped me an order I placed with Justfashionow which I am assuming is owned by the same company and the garment was not as pictured not as described damaged poorly made hideous looking actually and the day I received it was te day I requested a return authorization and shipping label but 18 days later I have not received one and their return policy says I need to return items 15 days after receipt so there's no way I can possibly return it for a refund. Meanwhile they offered me $3 to keep it and not get refund but I told them no. I asked them to cancel the back order they said would take 3 weeks to ship but suddenly after that they shipped the remainder of my$105 order. Then... I got one other item and it was a mess! No lining just a flimsy piece of inferior fabric that doesn't fall like it does on the website doesn't look like the website photo and looks so cheap! I asked for this to be returned too and I have not heard back. It's cheaper to pay shipping charges to China than to get $3 and keep it. But they didn't even offer me that for the second dress I got because they haven't replied to my multiple emails with video proof and photos. They have effectively taken my money and sent me 2/6 dresses I've ordered and of those 2 one is damaged and both are not at all like the phoTo or description. In short these websites are a scam. And btw when I tracked the shipment from Stylewe it was sent from California not China and they never answered me when I asked about that either...

SCAM Company!

Horrible company! I don't believe the few reviews that are positive, and feel certain they came from the company, because I promise you, the items look nothing like the pictures! If you try and return your item it will cost well over $20, and when it arrives, they won't accept it. Read other reviews to see that others have had the same experience. When you contact them, they'll tell you they never received it, but if you track it, you'll see they wouldn't accept it when it arrived. I'd encourage others to join a class action suit and contact their representatives. This shouldn't be allowed!

Not like picture.
Very poorly made. I understand that clothes are not expensive. There are not worth prices either.
Pictures look great. Give credit to who takes picture.
So disappointed. Will not spread the word to anyone to buy your line.

The items received were an extremely poor quality and look nothing like they do online. Their return process seemed strange and they kept offering more and more percentage off of my next purchase. I would never buy from this company again. I checked with the post office about return process the company recommended and found out that shipping through the post office only tracks through customs. Not trusting this company I checked with UPS. The cheapest is through DHL for $200.
Please do not make the same mistake as me. Do not order from this company.

Worst customer service

I bought a dress which had bad quality, got loose treads, make my 94lb dancer looks fat with this dress, the zipper hard to unzip. I send pictures to them, but they just told me there are not damaged, I need pay for shipping.

I join the long list of unfortunate individuals who have been scammed by their return tactics. Like others, we returned the items that were of poor quality and did not fit according to the instructions posted on their web site. After numerous attempts to track the package, we found it stalled in China with the Seller stating that they had not received it. We found it returned on our doorstep some 4 months later. Communication with them said to send it back. A second attempt was made at a cost of over $50 USD only to have it stalled in China Customs once again. This time we were told by China Customs that they notified the Seller that the package was waiting for them to call to have it released. Stylewe told us that they do not contact Customs. Thus, Stylewe can claim that they did not receive the package - that is true but, it is because they refuse to accept packages from Customs. A dishonest and unethical scam to avoid returns. Do NOT consider returning anything to them, you will loose the cost of the purchase plus postage. You do NOT want to do business with them.

I am really happy about my order from this store. Clothes with good quality- look beautiful, no smell, no sticking threads, perfectly sewed. Shipping was fast without no complication. Customer service really helpful, response for question is fast. It is easy to pay for an order, I think everyone can do it. Delivery fast. I have no reason to complain

Just Amazing

The product are really helpful for me. For the SAT. But the package was so goodThe quality of the cloth is good and even the print looks great. I would prefer everyone to buy a size bigger than their usual size to get proper fitting.

This is company is a sham!
Low quality clothing and the most horrible customer service out there!
Plus your clothes come from China so returns are very expensive postage for you and then they don't claim them at customs so gets returned back to you to no avail! What a joke!

In Stylewe I love all the designs they have on collection. I bought some coats for winter and it was very lovely when it came. The shipping includes tracking and which is very fast and quick. I checked, the size fits correctly. The colors were very nice. I was so addicted.

I wish I had seen these posts before I bought from Stylewe. The quality is terrible and sizing is completely random. As other reviewers shared, you have to pay to return to China. They only give you 15% of the cost of your item!

Here is the response: "
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible customs fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."

I paid $53.65 for return shipping to China and used their return label which they emailed me. It was returned to me unopened and stamped "over due return". My receipt is dated 5/24/18 and the shipping date was 6/23/18. This ALL conforms with their return policy. But they refused it. ITS A SCAM or a business operating without integrity.

Ordered a dress and it looked like an absolute joke when I got it. NOT AT ALL like the dress pictured, and now that I'm trying to return it they refuse to give a full refund. They offered a 25% refund and I countered with 60%... to which they said "that's too much". LOL WHAT? Don't waste your money on these scammers, they WILL screw you!

UPDATE: You can return your item for a full refund, but they WON'T refund you for any of the shipping costs (both the shipping to you and the return shipping). By the way, they are located in China, so shipping is VERY expensive. Absolutely not worth the hassle or the expense. Just save yourself the money and headache and shop somewhere else.

Also, you can see below this review that Lanny wrote a public response saying that I accepted the 25% refund, which is NOT TRUE! These people are outright lying publicly on these reviews.

The clothes are cheaply made, and not as pictured. They are the wrong color, length, style... WRONG! They require you to pay for the return shipping to China. It cost me $60. I'm only getting $126 back... that's IF they ever return my money. I shipped it 4 months ago and have still not received a refund. This is a SCAM! Do not buy from this company.
