This site is awful

I returned my package in October and they sent it back to me in March, after I paid $74 for the return which is in China.The material is very very cheap and they smell bad. This is the worst clothing site. Don't buy

Stay Away!

This company is a complete SCAM. I ordered $300 worth of dresses and they were all really poor quality except for one. I spent $100 shipping them back to China (which they fail to mention in their return policy) only to have them claim they did not receive them. Tracking shows them arriving in China 5 months ago. I've heard from others that they just don't pick up their mail. Now they have just stopped answering all of me emails. Shady AF! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It shows the package is still in transit. E will process the refund in one week after receiving your return package.
FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

Sizing is hilariously off... there 6 is an XTRA LARGE which is an American 22. They will not allow a refund unless YOU pay the shipping to Chna yourself. Customer service is not what we are accustomed to in the States. Spend your money at Nordstroms

The merchandise us shoddy. The fit is off. The materials cheap. AND THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. When you ask for a refund they send you a message in which you learn for the first time that returns must go to China. They suggest you keep the junk and ta you e a 25 percent cash refund po r 35 percent store credit. I declined. I paid the $90 it cost to send their junk back to China. But they STILL would not return my money. I have reported them to the BBB and am considering a small claims court action.

I bought 3 dresses one year ago, and had to wait 2 months to receive them. I thought it was linked to Xmas craziness, so I ordered again this year three other dresses. Had to wait three weeks, but I received them just in time before Xmas. I sent back one of them for an exchange. After one month and no news, I contacted them. First they told me they didn't receive the dress, and by the way I had to pay for postage. When I showed them the tracking number with proof that they had received it the very next day, they admitted to it, and proceeded for the exchange. They refused to do a commercial gesture and send it express, so I have to wait another 3 weeks. All in all 2 months to get a sweater...

Very disappointing experience:-(

Ok, so I ordered a pant suit. The order went through fine, a month passed and it still read 'processing" when I asked what's happening, they told me it's sold out. But no one notified me. So, I decided to chose other items, 3 of them to be exact. They said they will give 15% discount of new item. My new total comes to about $35 MORE than what I originally paid. They have refused to accept my new order. They say they can only exchange 1 item for 1 item. Huh? But I said I want 3 items, I pay the difference. After a week of back and forth with this, they continued to insist I could not order more, I have to order only 1 item. With this kind of stupid business decision, it's s wonder they are still around. So Stupid! Now, they tell me part of my order was paid with store credit so I don't get that back, I can only have store credit again. I'm not getting all my money back to my credit card.
So, know this, your order will take over a month to arrive, if you have to deal with customer service, good luck and don't expect rational replies when you do, or get all your money back.

The staff at this store is so helpful! I'm not the easiest body type to fit. They are always very friendly and eager to help a busy girl out! They have put together some of my favorite outfits. They have great accessories too. The quality of their clothes is top notch. I don't ever have to look for stains or tears because they have high standards. I work really hard. I have two very active kids that keep me on a budget. There are a lot of demands on my wardrobe so it's nice to have a place I can go that won't break the bank. I can't speak more highly of StyleWe. If you wanna look cute and confident go here. Don't walk, RUN!

I've made an order on Stylewe recently to see how the clothes are, as they had a great design and looked nice on the site. So I've ordered an orange sweater and a midi skirt. I was a bit skeptical about the skirt's fabric, as I didn't understand quite well what it is from the description. The order arrived in about a week via DHL and I had to pay some customs for it, but the sweater and the skirt were pretty nice. The sweater was my favourite, the skirt was a bit big on the waist, but with a belt was ok. I will buy again from Stylewe, because they have really interesting clothes, but I will order when they have sales, because the prices are a bit big for my budget.

Given the very cheap prices and seemingly trendy fashion I placed my first stylewe order for 8 dresses at the end of last summer. Since I didn't realize everything was coming directly from China, which took a month, I started getting nervous that I ordered everything too small( sizes in China run smaller than the rest of the world). **Make sure you follow the size guide exactly! And every piece is differently sized!** I finally got my order: two of the dresses were fabulous and I really love them; the other six were absolutely ridiculous or not sized right. It costs a LOT of money out of pocket to return the unwanted goods to China, which is required with their policy, so I decided to keep the heavier dresses (and try to sell them locally) and I shipped the lighter ones back. They never made it. After 2 months of trying to track down my lost package, I ended up accepting their 30% cash back offer. USPS never found it -- they sent me a formal email concluding that their investigation was complete and unresolved -- so I gave up last month. Today (!) the package shows up on my step! All sorts of markings and stickers on it but somehow nobody ever knew where it was. I realize I have no idea how the postal system works and I don't care. I just never want to deal with ordering from China again. First and last experience with stylewe. Don't do it unless you're desperate to find something obscure and to waste money doing so.

If something doesn't fit or work out, they offer you 15% on what you spent and it's impossible to return. Not a huge loss if you order one thing but I ordered several. You can't return to address on shipping label. They also ship in several different packages on the same order so, if you manage to get a return label, they make you send several packages to china and then tell you it could take months for them to refund

Trying to return dress. Wish I never would have ordered. It is a replica, but one of terrible quality. The lace is super high onthe neck and flops down. They have sewn strange seems on the top of the dress with messy seems every.

I followed the instructions to return a dress in Nov 2018 and sent it tracked and signed for through Royal Mail to an address provided in CHINA! Does not tell you this when ordering. The dress has been signed for at the China address but I have not received a refund of over £40. They do not answer emails and the telephone is a messaging service and they have not contacted or refunded me. Terrible service -fraudulent!

Ordinary scummers

Ordered a hoodie. Waited for 1.5 month to arrive... Well when I opened package I saw a piece of garbage that do not even looks anywhere close to pics on site. That hoodie was so bad that if had say something about it without using foul language I would say nothing. 70$ just burned... and watched comments i have no hope for refund... SCAM - NEVER AGAIN

Everything is a scam
1. Images are deceiving - looks good on photo but the fabric and workmanship is very, very poor
2. Sizes are wrong and had nothing to do with measurement's provided
3. Return policy is the worst with lots of small texts that you should have read before ordering
4. Everything is made is China not California - therefore returning the product to China with receipt is a fortune - leaving you with the only option of accepting their conditions
5. Receiving your order on time is equal to wining the lottery ( it could happen) The package travels thru Bahrain airport etc
Enough said - i got burned... read my post and save yourself the trouble and time

I paid an extra $12 for Express shipping to get a dress in time for a party. StyleWe said the dress had been delivered, but I never received it. I called/emailed StyleWe and either no one picked up the phone, or I kept getting the same automated email saying my package was delivered. I then filed a missing package claim with DHL and sent the info to StyleWe and magically a week later, the package showed up on my doorstep. So I received the package over a month later and still had to pay for express shipping. This was HORRIBLE customer service and I would not recommend this site.

Very Disappointed

I ordered a faux suede and sheep skin coat 2x I wear a large. Order 11/27/18 said 3-5 days to ship and 10-15 to get. I received 12/26/18 it to small and arms are so right only a child could wear.
I email for return and they tried to offer me a 20% refund because the are in China or 20% in-store credit.
Or I could have extra charges for returning, what a scam never will I use them or any China company again

This is by the far the most unprofessional company I have encountered. I noticed a couple of red alerts when navigating the website but took a chance anyway. I should have listened to my instincts. Their products are the cheapest, most uncomfortable, worst quality of clothing you will ever see. The fabric is nothing as described, and the actual product and its design looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture online. The only similarity in my case was the color. It makes me wonder where they get these pictures because it almost seems as if there is a designer out there with actual great products, and this company just stole the pictures and mass produce copy-cats or look alikes using extremely cheap material and hope customers dont notice the difference.

The dresses in real life are extremely cheap looking and even if you follow the sizing chart, the size is inceedibly inaccurate and are to be fitted for small and very skinny Chinese girls. Some of the sweaters I purchased (which were marked "cotton" on the website) were made of scratchy yarn that was rougher than polyester and wool combined, and there were strings hanging out all over the place with the stitching/sewing done backwards and inside out. I was so dumbfounded that I showed my husband and even he laughed and couldn't believe a store would sell something like that. It looks like it was made by a child or a someone who had their eyes closed the whole time. They manage to sell completely low quality and defected products, and will do everything in their power to stop you from placing a return by asking you to keep the garbage items for a partial store credit. Ridiculous. WHY would I keep their cheap, defected clothes that I cannot even wear (and belong in the trash, for that matter) for a partial refund or store credit?

I don't know what's worse, their blunt false advertising and extremely cheap clothing, or their English.

Do not waste your time and money on this joke of a company. They need to be shut down.

Shein is very deceiving

I ordered some swimwear from this company online. Little did I know that these articles had to come from Asia. The reason is because most of them are scams, the order takes long to arrive and in the Netherlands they are being hold by customs pretty often.
Either way I decided to order. Little did I know that the store does not provide the option of returning articles. If I knew that, I would have never ordered the swimwear because you never know if it will fit. Now I bought a sort of beach dress and 3 bikini's (same size, different colours) to see which one suits me the best. Well none of the 3 bikini's did. Now I want to return my order and they don't want to take it back. So I am furious and telling everybody about this bad service. I am even thinking about rebooking the amount I paid, just to get them to take my order back. Because I find this a very deceiving way of selling clothing. Shein knows that most customers aren't satisfied about the fit and quality, so by doing this they are trying to sell their clothing and get no returns. Furthermore, the website does not clearly state that those articles could not be returned, so I want Shein to give me the address so I can return the articles that don't and won't fit me. And I want my money back of course. This is the only solution.
