The first time I bought from this site, I ordered 1 dress and it was delivered 2 weeks after I ordered.
The second time, I purchased 2 items of clothing-- a week after the purchase, I was informed that one of the items is out of stock (they should have informed me sooner). They refunded the amount of the unavailable item, but it is now 4 weeks since I purchased, and I still have not received the remaining dress. I contacted them via email to let them know I want to cancel the remaining order since the dress will not make it on the date of the occasion I intended to use it. I got a response giving me 3 options in addition to keeping the order:
1. A coupon ($20 off over $150)
2. Keep the item(s) for 15% store credit refund
3 Keep the item(s) for 10% money refund.
I responded back, through email, that I wanted option 3. They emailed me back with this as a part of their response: "After receiving the item, if you are satisfied with is, pls email us and we will send you 10% refund."
I then responded to that email to clarify that they will still not give me the 10% refund until I do additional work of emailing them of my satisfaction with the item. I proceeded to tell them to just please cancel my order--I do not have to deal with this just for a dress. I sent that email on a Tuesday, and it is now Friday, and still have not heard back.
I don't know how this will end, but I know that I will never patronize them again.
Pls noted that you mentioned that: Please help le clarify - if i choose to keep it, I still have to let you know, and only then you will give me the 10% discount? If that is the case then, please proceed with just cancelling my order.
