Their "advanced, customized software" flagged my good review for a company because the said software couldn't verify the authenticity of the service I claimed to have gotten. When I was filling out the review, the site did not have additional steps/questions for additional information that I could provide in order to prove that I really got the service I was reviewing.

If they are deleting reviews, then the total ratings shown on their site for businesses is not a true reflection of what it really should be. Too bad I cannot rate this site as a "zero" star, so I am settling with the one star which is very generous.

StyleWe responded to my first review saying that they offered me 10% discount after I receive the item, but I insisted to cancel the order. THIS IS MISLEADING. I insisted on canceling my order because I had to receive the item first (which may take many weeks since I wrote the review 4 weeks after I ordered it) and then email them if I am satisfied. ONLY then will I be issued the 10% refund.

The point of my review is that they have a bad customer service. I was not happy with their service, and their offer to appease me was to give me a 10% refund AFTER I email them. They could've just given me the 10% refund right away, and because they didn't - that is when I requested for them to just cancel my order.

Bad Experience - Highly NOT Recommended

The first time I bought from this site, I ordered 1 dress and it was delivered 2 weeks after I ordered.

The second time, I purchased 2 items of clothing-- a week after the purchase, I was informed that one of the items is out of stock (they should have informed me sooner). They refunded the amount of the unavailable item, but it is now 4 weeks since I purchased, and I still have not received the remaining dress. I contacted them via email to let them know I want to cancel the remaining order since the dress will not make it on the date of the occasion I intended to use it. I got a response giving me 3 options in addition to keeping the order:
1. A coupon ($20 off over $150)
2. Keep the item(s) for 15% store credit refund
3 Keep the item(s) for 10% money refund.

I responded back, through email, that I wanted option 3. They emailed me back with this as a part of their response: "After receiving the item, if you are satisfied with is, pls email us and we will send you 10% refund."

I then responded to that email to clarify that they will still not give me the 10% refund until I do additional work of emailing them of my satisfaction with the item. I proceeded to tell them to just please cancel my order--I do not have to deal with this just for a dress. I sent that email on a Tuesday, and it is now Friday, and still have not heard back.

I don't know how this will end, but I know that I will never patronize them again.
