Trustpilot is a joke. You try to leave a review and they remove it. They are protecting the fraudulent business practices of untrustworthy companies.

After requesting a slew of "proof" I was a customer of the company I was reviewing they finally accepted a private correspondence as sufficient evidence. Despite my express directive, they handed over my personal data to the company in question. They then refused to give any reasonable explanation for why they did this and were quite dismissive, instead demanding more personal information from me.

Do not trust these cowboys.

I wrote a review for one of the companies, the company requested a proof of purchase, after Emails back and forth the company denied the transactions even after providing the proofs.
Then the untrustable trustpilot asked for a a proof of purchase, after I provided them with 2 they said that the transaction was over 12 months and they removed the review from their site.

I don't find this to be a honest practice, especially with the authotorian way they use in their emails talking down to me, and their rep wasn't friendly in his emails and lacks basics like addressing me with my name.

After they removed my review I noticed that all the negative reviews for that trader have been removed, I bit he paid them a good bribe to use these non-cosher practices.

Do not trust this website.

I tried to warn other people of a website called KONTOFX which is basically a conning pyramid scheme. And TRUSTPILOT wont let me say a bad thing about them. Any negative review is deleted instantly.
Its obvious involved and gets payed by kontofx.

Spent an hour writing a one star review of Canada Post. When
trying to post it using Google the review completely disapeared.
No trace of it at all anywhere. Tried to contact them at their listed
phone number, another total waste of time only thing one got was an answering
machine . Canada Post has more than 1000 one star reviews on Trustpilot

They solicit reviews, but don't run their website right. You can't use any of the functions in your account. They also do not either receive or do not read customer service emails. Don't bother.

I posted a review about a pet shipping company and sent Trustpilot what they requested more than once. They finally said my review was in compliance, then received another email that it wasn't in compliance and needed more information, I'm done with them. They're paid by these people and they're not about to upset them, pitiful customer service. They are worse than worthless, now it appears that they're trying to get my bank information, BEWARE of these people, totally scammers. Wish I could give them a 0!

Trustpilot is for companies, not customers. They are scamming everyone, and vile companies use them for good reason. If you are dishonest, you'll be asking for reviews on Trustlesspilot, not any other review site. You have been investigated, the proof is out there, but we already knew you were as fake as a £3 coin!

This is what Trustpilot states:-
What is Trustpilot?
Trustpilot is a review community. We help consumers everywhere find companies they can trust. Kindly live up to your statements please.

Trustpilot ignores genuine complainant and fails to investigate honestly

Firstly Trustpilot despite giving them legal information decided to remove my complaint which has data on it that is publically available on Companies House registry and on the Internet in general. At no time has Trustpilot come back in touch with me at all to further matters and have in fact made matters worse assuming I am a competitor which I am NOT as they are well aware of so why are they removing a GENUINE REVIEW? I have issued a Court summons against Middleton Hill due to its nefarious activities. Trustpilot has seen additional evidence from Canon stating that Middleton and Pro-Camera are NOT Canon dealerships yet they ignore genuine correspondence from the "Horses Mouth" as it were

Trustpilot on Sat 29/12/18 07:52 states:-
Thanks for contacting Trustpilot's Compliance Team.
We've now received your email entitled Regarding: Your review of pro-camera.co.uk: Can you help? - Ticket #1870616 FW: Your request for service with Canon 1-85897089509 - Do not remove T...'.
Our Compliance Team will review it and send you a response as soon as they can. However, due to the number of emails we receive, this could take several days - so please be patient! THEY NEVER BOTHERED AT ALL AND NEVER REPLIED. They just removed an honest review. This is not the activity of a genuine representative of Trustpilot or as is inferred Trustpilot sides on the companies that pay them a fee?

On the 12th December 2018 I rang 01283 704333 and spoke to a gentleman, at Pro-Camera/Middleton Hill Limited regarding a Canon camera. I was told it was not a Grey Import but a UK model and it was stated as so on their web site.

They trade from an office block but their actual company is Middleton Hill Limited, Hazeldine, 45 High Street, Repton DE65 6GF 01283 704333 Company Number 09942502 Public information on companies house.

I received the camera on the morning 13th December 2018 and the despatch side of the matter was great.

On unwrapping the outer box which rattled which it should not do so at all as it was a fragile Canon camera! Once the inner equipment box was exposed it was realised it was a GREY import so the company lied to me personally as well as on the website, deceitful and deception springs to mind.

This was the second in 3 days, clearly a lot of this is going on.

The box originally contained a lens as pictured on the box but the outer box had been doctored to show Body Only.

I unwrapped the camera to expose the Serial No. and entered it into the Canon Serial number checker. The following was received confirming it WAS a GREY IMPORT which was STATED also on the order form that it WAS NOT REQUIRED.

Canon Site:- Not found in our records...*

The product with the serial number that you provided was not originally intended by Canon for sale in the European Economic Area; we therefore advise you to contact the seller from whom you originally purchased this product. Please check the "Where to Buy" section on our website to find a local retailer to source a Canon product intended for sale in your region. If you remain unsure about the origin of your Canon Imaging product, simply send the model name and serial number to canon-europe.com.

Canon has advised me in writing which Trustpilot has a copy of and is fully aware of that the camera was for the Singapore/Korea/Malaysia market and is a Grey Market product. They have advised that NO free repairs would be carried out by them at all. They have further advised that Pro-Camera/Middleton Hill Limited are NOT Canon agents at all. Trustpilot has seen this in writing from Canon.

The employee of the company was fully aware that I DID NOT WANT this item yet went ahead and sent it causing with intent deliberate aggravation, inconvenience and distress.

Consumer Direct have been informed of this matter causing yet more inconvenience.

Advice NOT a good company to deal with as members of staff cannot be relied on to be honest with you despite being deliberately misled by the advert on their web site stating it was a UK model.

Canon have been contacted and now awaiting written confirmation that the camera is not only NOT a UK model it is NOT even supposed to be in the UK. Possibly Asian Market. As Canon have advised they would NEVER service under guarantee period and if so all repairs would be chargeable which is the reason I chose a supposed UK model which this is not what I wanted at all.

I forgot to say that I am NOT a competitor at all as Trustpilot knows and a somewhat disturbing and threatening email from Pro-Camera/Middleton Hill Limited has been received from them. They further state that Canon will provide service repairs during the first year when after speaking to Canon they will NOT do so at all without making a charge as it is a NON EU or UK model.

The matter is now with the courts. The fact that Trustpilot has so far prevented an honest review is somewhat disturbing as in this case they are siding with a company that has defrauded a customer!

Honestly, the appeal of going out and enjoying something outside of the college cafeteria and late night pizza was a primary motivating factor. At first, SB wasn't as active for me as other dating sites were but over the past few months. I've met some really awesome guys on the site. One guy, in particular, has been really special and honestly to be around. So yeah, the site had been legit, and with some effort on my part, I've dated some real quality men.

Do not use Trustpilot....I placed a review several weeks ago about a complaint who sent me eyeglasses that were incorrect. Magically, I get an email from them saying the company reported the review and was taken offline until it is corrected because a name was used in the review. The name that was used was the first name of the representative which probably wasn't their real name anyway. How many millions of people have that same first name? This is nonsense. They state that it will be glad to place it back online when it is corrected. Really?..no thanks. Instead I will be forwarding my review to the NJ Ophthalmology Licensing Board.

I noted one company who's linked to Trustpilot had quite a few negative reviews then strangely there was an avalanche of positive reviews. I think the reviews are a sham. Companies pay Trustpilot and they expect to be looked after like keeping your rating high.

Do not trust any reviews on this web site. If seems like the 1 star reviews are removed but the fake 5 start reviews are kept. This site is heavily biased towards the paying companies. Look at either Google, Yelp or this sitejabber.com

These guys are kinda fishy. Let's say that bad reviews with constructive criticism gets removed, while nonsense five star reviews pass. There's definitely no trust in this website.

I wrote a review about a phishing scam used by a company to try get people to sign up for technical support coursework and online classes. To my surprise despite stating facts, they reported my review so it is no longer visible. No wonder they have such a high rating when they claim I'm slandering them when I'm 100% right about my review. This just shows that Trustpilot is corrupt and needs a name change to UntrustedPilot... Here's my original review on Itonlinelearning....

"A decieving company which uses Formstack and faking their location with a job opportunity in order to get your email and phone number and then constantly attempts to call you in order to set you up with overpriced IT course packages in which I'm unable to verify if they're legit or not but from the sounds of it they offer poor resource materials. They pretend that there is a job opportunity at the end though this is definitely not true and a ploy to get you to pay in the belief you're getting something out of it.

If you wish to learn IT I strongly recommend going to your local educational institution (college, University) rather than relying on these crooks who don't even own an education building but rather a small business suite in Kent, which sales people use to harass jobseekers and trying to dupe them into paying up to £1000 for their services to get qualifications.

I strongly advise anyone who has fallen into the net of this phishing scam to block this businesses number and block all incoming emails. This company may have good reviews and maybe their inflated services are genuine but the ways in which they lure people into their services is definitely misleading."

I wrote a review and was asked to take some pieces out.I did that and it was put back on.The compay then replied to which I objected. It has now been closed and there is nothing on there despite the company being scammers. They are paid by companies and they are well and truly biased.
Dont bother putting a review on their web page.It will get thrown off if it is not a glowing report about a company.True waste of time.I will never ever put another review on Trust Pilot

Trustpilot appears to be a scam. Evidence suggests that they are paid by the companies to get real negative reviews blocked and removed. Their so-called "Compliance Team" makes up fake reasons as to why the review does not reach their criteria. For example, they allege that there are names of people in the review even if there are only initials. However, even after the initials have been removed, they still maintain that the offending content has not been removed when it has. And even after you write to them and ask them to kindly tell you exactly which bits they don't like so that they can be removed, they simply act as if nothing was removed and close down the case. Astonishingly dishonest behaviour. DEFINITELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Amazon is Constantly blocking my account and canceling my orders

I give two stars just because of one problem:
They are constantly blocking my account and canceling my orders ¨Because of safety reasons¨.
It´s really annoying, I have spent all the day finding good discounts for the prime day and now I have lost all of it, many discounts were limited in the time, so I don´t have them anymore.

By calling Amazon they can´t restore my order.

I am quite sure that there were no wrong operations done on my account, can Amazon tell me why they are blocking it?

People basically use this platform to leave negative feedback to their competition. The company does not show adequate concern for their customers and passes you around from rep to rep without telling you.

I want put zero to this "review" source, because without paying them - any of reviews will not become "not fake". That's very unpleasant and not trustworthy. Not recommend these scammers to anyone.
