Trustpilot is supposed to be a website that allows people to post reviews of various businesses. They do not do this, they have to be sellouts. I submitted several pieces of evidence, such as receipts of payment, and they took down my reviews of a company. Not just once, but years after the fact, I was continuously under scrutiny and required to contact people at Trustpilot for years and years, submitting and resubmitting document after document. They have impossible standards and I'm sure are in the pockets of any company that you'd want to warn others about. I hope everyone who works at Trustpilot burns in hell.
I had a bad experience with uber, gave a 1 star review, and my Trustpilot account along with my other reviews were deleted. So I made another account, gave trustpilot a 1 star and a reason why, and this account was suspended...
Rip off! Didn't receive my purchase but they charged my card! Tried to contact them with but there was no human just an email and an automated exchange back and forth! Finally had the card company take care of it! I will never deal with them again!
Don't believe a single review on Trustpilot. They protect criminals. Trustpilot doesn't allow adverse reviews. Scammers 'flag' honest reviews by people simply wanting to warn others about a scam company & this platform takes the honest reviews down, leaving the Scammers fake 5 star reviews. This is despite me providing evidence of interaction with the Scammers in the form of fake invoice with account details that dont exist in Australia & the fact that the scammers fake website is currently suspended by Google. Scammers paradise.
Trustpilot suspended my account, for...FRAUD? I thought they were Joking. Of course they won't tell me what fraud I allegedly committed! Lol.
I had been reviewing for Years and they make some excuse to suspend/BLOCK me, they should be ashamed but this type of person has no conscience.
What they're accusing me of is clearly defamation of character.
Do not trust trustpilot. They do remove honest negative reviews that show real face of companies asking for proves, names that are impossible to get especially when you deal with crypto. At the same time they post hundreds of positive reviews from fake users supporting those scam companies. Even when scam companies got shut down with stolen money, trustpilot still protects them from receiving too many negative reviews. So it's simple - don't trust trustpilot and never make your decision based on trustpilot reviews, NEVER!
Always trusted Trustpilot in the past. Was recently very surprised with their pro-big bank deletion of my obviously real post which is similar to the last 10 negative reviews. This bank has a 1.2 rating. Then I saw that Trustpilot sells its services to companies now. Well, that is a conflict of interest imo. Yelp is another site that gets paid by companies. So, be aware. Buyer beware.
If i see their logo on a site I will not use them, They are biased and corrupted, not a true review site at all, just a corrupt business that takes bribes to remove negative reviews and removes positive reviews if it's against their political views. There is not a good point anywhere, it is just a scammy site that needs to be investigated.
They are full of $#*!. Supporting scam and spam companies by deleting legit reviews. Account got deleted because suspicion as i was bot, leaving negative reviews. Basically, if you use less than 3 stars your reviews is gonna be deleted.
That's super weird! My account was suspended the first time in ever after writing a 5 star review of a company called Fruugo and only just added that the item took a bit longer than expected to arrive because it had to be changed but their customer service was great! Huh? Doesn't make sense.
I didn't even get the chance to screenshot or edit the review as everything has been wiped. As they suspected it to be spam.
I used them when doing research about an investing company and they had 5 stars all across. After I lost money and left a real review, it was taken down almost instantly without any explanation. They should change their name and take the word "trust" out of their title!
Forget about reporting and removing defamatory reviews on Trustpilot. It's not going to happen no matter what they write about your business. I call these the "revenge reviews."
Here's a direct quote from the Trustpilot "Content Integrity" team: "instead of focusing on keywords, we now look at context." Seriously?!
The best and ONLY thing left for you to do is to write a reply. Good luck with that!
I registered there in 2016, after all these years without any incidents a review of mine about DHL is simply deleted! That in itself would still be bearable, if it was only the only one of my reviews that was deleted... No, ALL of them were removed! In addition, an account suspension was also posted... A little later I created a new account, which was blocked 2 days later too!
So I can say, PI** OFF with your sh*** platform! I've been through a lot, but this...
Incidentally, after saying I was leaving the platform, I was just told to send proof of the authenticity of my rating when I wanted! One see, they are not interested in the well-being of their users!
Trustpilot allows a company to flag my legitimate review, which prompts the "content integrity team" to email me asking for verification. I quickly and easily provide this; however, they do not understand dates and what a date one year before today's date looks like.
They kept ignoring my replies and spam the same generic reply. When I ask to speak to someone else or a supervisor, they close the door and take my review down.
After sending an appeal to someone else, they confirm all my information is accurate and put the review back up.
Yet, months later, the company flags my review AGAIN and even though I reference the previous ticket numbers (which Trustpilot has access to) I'm met with the same belligerence and incompetence as before.
At this point they're likely intentionally doing this to exhaust people and waste their time. Typical of scammers.
I learned they do not care for customers only the business who pays them to manipulate reviews. I reviewed reliable Medicare badly and believe me they deserve less than 1 star. I had positive reviews for other company's so I'm not a negative person. I seen a lot of negative reviews about reliable Medicare and posted my opinion as well. In a matter of hours the negative reviews managed to disappear. An email came from trust Pilot stating reliable Medicare flagged my review. No proof or rationale just sides with a whiny company like reliable Medicare. Trustpilot should be ashamed of how they discriminate without looking at facts from all sources. Shameful!
Only positive reviews are accepted; the negative ones are removed without an explanation or asking you for a proof. Emails are generic and have nothing to do with your email to them. Definitely I can not trust it for reviews. Likely the companies pay them to keep only positive reviews.
The just deleted years of genuine reviews in my case stating their software "has flagged that at least one of your reviews is likely to be spam". No explanation, no indicating of which review, they just deleted everything... Then I replied that email asking for clarification but 10 days past and I did not receive any update.
They removed my very honest review of Parcel2Go! No reason given either, not really sure what the point is in running a review site if you don't allow honest reviews, maybe they get kickbacks from certain companies? Just an assumption based on my experience with them, certainly won't be bothering with them again which is a shame as I've always trusted their reviews in the past
I went to submit 2 reviews of companies I work with on a daily basis. We all know how busy we are and companies are lucky customers make time to leave reviews anyway. These people asked me for about 5 items to submit so they could verify my review because their "software" felt it had discovered unusual activity. I call on the company I reviewed daily from a business phone... there are no screenshots I can take and this and that. Nobody's got time for all that... this is just bogus and I will NEVER use their platform again.
This company pick and chose which reviews to keep up. They remove every single review I leave again ebay tesco santander who ever it may be. If you go down the rabbit hole and realise the people who own our banks and oil companies and ancestry company and Google it won't take you long to figure out why they all have each others backs. Trustpilot is the biggest fraud ever.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
