Will also place this review on Google and SiteJabber. Spent the $10 for a basic report; gave me out of date landlines, no mobile phones (there were three) and almost nothing about family members. Worth about $1 to confirm what I already knew. Will not use them again.

Sam's Club offers a credit card through their relationship with Synchrony Bank. Synchrony Bank ONLY offers PDF statement download from their website which prevents the cardholder from using any accounting software that requires something other than a PDF. A deal killer when it comes to keeping track of the books if you're running a business. The 5% credit card cash back rewards was a big reason I shopped at Sam's Club. Unless Synchrony Bank brings their system into the 21st century Sam's Club is going to lose my business.

Purchased many ST warranties (over a dozen active) but have never used one (luck + good shopping practice). For starters, whatever warranty term is stated, subtract one b/c ST will make you go to the manufacturer for the 1st year. In addition, the amount of time spent trying to complete/receive a warranty replacement would be better spent buying a better quality product (unless your hourly wage is <$5/hour). Finally, if you care about quality, instead of replacing 1:1, ST has the option of replacing with an item of THEIR choice. Turns out Square Trade warranties are not so square - more like obtuse.

Wild Orchid Quilts (. Net), aka Casagear, aka Benzara Inc, aka WoodlandImport.com (and probably many other variations) is flying under the radar of California's Prop 65 rule of advertising products that contain cancer causing carcinogens by the under 10 employees rule. I purchased the dalmatian with flying spots painting thinking I was getting the noted Gandee Vasan picture but instead got a Chinese knock-off that contains a known cancer carcinogen which of course I was not told until it arrived (label on the back). No warning was given on their website regarding the cancer threat. Casagear aka Wild Orchid Quilts told me I could return it but I would have to pay for return shipping. Paid $117 for the painting; return shipping was going to be $109. Do the math.

From day one my new kitchen Samsung's side-by-side refrigerator has shut off without warning (goes to display mode as if it was still in store!). Samsung replaced the control board and it stopped doing it until it was out of warranty (after one year) but then it resumed going to the "FF" mode (shuts off all cooling functions). Have lost hundreds of dollars of food over the two years I've owned it. Bad customer service (they told me they were sorry about my experience;~( which perfectly matches their terrible appliance performance). Guess which brand my next fridge will NOT be?! Or any other electrical device!
