I spent $200 sending back a $300 item with this horrible company. Then they didn't even refund me until I realized that I didn't get my money back. When I pointed it out then they said that I would get a refund but only when I was on it. Do not order from these people they are shady at best

I ordered a TV Console in the Casagear app, the add specified that It was free shipping to PR, after a day I received an email that I have to pay $547 in shipping. Of course I canceled the transaction. Does these guys have good programmers to detect an out of coverage area? I was so dissapointed and I will never do bussines with this store.

My order for the TV unit I ordered finally arrived, on time, in one piece. Opening up the packing and assembling the whole thing took less than 20 mins. I have to say, the wood finish and quality of this item are fabulous. The best part, I used a coupon code and instantly got 5% knocked off my final price. Gave me the run around for a broken bed they delivered. Pictures were provided 20 emails back and forth, 2 months later they tell me to throw out the bed and sorry for the information our two customer service reps gave you, it was wrong. Really wish you would have called instead of emailed sooner... because it was my fault? Company won't even send the broken piece. We won't be doing business with casagear again.

After reading all the negative reviews I was doubtful about placing an order but since Casagear had the cheapest price on the side table I wanted for my living room so I decided to take a chance.
