I ordered a wooden nautical chest on June 5th and it still hasn't been shipped. I've been billed and paid for the item. I called last week and they said they would send it back to the warehouse. I have heard nothing since. Horrible customer service. Order # no-39082

These people are scammers. The same thing has happened to me. We need to have this company reported and taken out of business.
