I love the collection of products available at casagear. There are so many things to choose from and it has become my go-to site for all small items like vases. My last purchase was a wall shelf and i must say, it got delivered on time and because of the detailed instructions, it was really easy to mount it to the wall. I would totally recommend to everyone looking for furniture.

Don't deal with this company - says will ship in 2-4 days - took 8 days to leave their "Warehouse". Received the two lamps in another 7 days - one was broken. I emailed pictures and asked about returning the broken lamp or receiving a new one. After 5 days of email replies saying they were still "discussing it" I told them I didn't want a replacement and asked for a refund. I'm sure I won't get one. Very unprofessional emails - poor customer service - no skills whatsoever. Pay more money and go with a reputable company.

Bought a carved "wood" screen:
Item arrived not as described. Color is NOT caramel w/ white accents but is metallic gold; NOT highest quality wood but wood composite; NOT light and easy to move but weighs at least 50#. Was difficult for me to move, and I am a fitness instructor! The screen is falling apart. Your company seems to want ME to pay for return, which is such poor customer service since you are selling a product under grossly inaccurate advertising. The choice to buy this screen was solely based on the description. False advertising. It's also a shame that this was bought by elderly parents. What an unfortunate waste of their money!

I have purchased a few furniture items and home decor items from Casagear. I love the quality of products, the price, the ease of ordering, the timely arrivals. All my shipments have been early even during this Pandemic. This company has truly been a blessing... The furniture is absolutely beautiful and the pricing fits my budget.

I placed an order for a glass stand-alone shelving unit on June 4th. I cannot get a straight answer about the status, estimated ship or delivery date. I've emailed customer service 3 and get the same answer - under process and we will tell you when it ships.
I just left a scathing voice mail and hoping this gets a response I can work with. I need to decide whther or not to proceed wth this order. So far, not a great experience and will not recommend.

I purchased a product from this company that was defective. I asked to return the product (which on their website says is hassle-free) and was strung along for over a month as communication only occurred on weekly basis. It seemed like no one communicated with each other as each person would tell me something different.

They finally let me return it over a month later. It's been over a week since confirmed delivery and they still haven't refunded me my payment. Now trying to get it back through a dispute.

Avoid this company at all costs as their return process is the worst I've ever experienced!

Again writing to praise casagear and their amazing customer service, this time I ordered a small wall decor item but the attention towards me as a customer remained the same. I'm so delighted that i cannot think about any other way to shop for home decor.

I was slightly nervous about buying a piece of furniture online without seeing it first, but I needn't have worried. The bench is good quality, very solid with a beautiful finish to the wood. Easy to assemble, I managed it within ten minutes.

I fell in love with the designs and the concept when I saw the products online. I have purchased a coffee table and a storage cabinet as well and honestly I am very happy with the products, service, and importantly their prices. I did visit other sites for comparison and I felt that Casagear products were fairly priced.
