I placed an order for a glass stand-alone shelving unit on June 4th. I cannot get a straight answer about the status, estimated ship or delivery date. I've emailed customer service 3 and get the same answer - under process and we will tell you when it ships.
I just left a scathing voice mail and hoping this gets a response I can work with. I need to decide whther or not to proceed wth this order. So far, not a great experience and will not recommend.
