I fell in love with the designs and the concept when I saw the products online. I have purchased a coffee table and a storage cabinet as well and honestly I am very happy with the products, service, and importantly their prices. I did visit other sites for comparison and I felt that Casagear products were fairly priced.

The products I ordered arrived in time and I was amazed by the quality of these products. In the end I would like to say that it is indeed worthy and reliable to purchase furniture with Casagear, but make sure to use coupons so that you can also get an attractive discount in your final amount just like I did!

Never had trouble using Casagear, there are just good at what they do.
Their customer service is good, the return process easy and delivery is great! Prices are good, so just have a good look around the site for the best one.

The item we ordered was severely damaged when we received it. I have been emailing back and forth with a representative for a couple months. It took 6 weeks to finally agree to give us a refund. I have yet to receive the refund and now the customer service lines goes to a voicemail and no one has returned my call. The Easy, No Hassle Return Policy statement on their website is a complete lie! I have had nothing but horrible service and will never order from them again!

I do not recommend this company. I'm not sure it even is a legitimate company. I ordered a quilt and shams two weeks ago and have not received it. My credit card obviously was charged the day I ordered it. One week after my order I emailed to check the status and was told the item was being shipped that day. I received a tracking number that "information" had been submitted to FedEx. After one week FedEx still had not received the actual parcel. Once again I emailed customer service and have received inaccurate and inconsistent responses, but no tracking number with an actual package shipped and at this point very little hope that I will ever receive my items. I plan to cancel the order. Hopefully they will be responsive with the refund, but I'm not optimistic.

I had a wonderful experience and received wonderful customer service as well. I was able to view a wide range of various types of furniture items. I enjoyed shopping for a gorgeous wooden nightstand and would definitely shop again. I love the price and I liked that the furniture was high quality, unique and fit my bedroom spectacularly!

Do not order anything from this site! I placed an order 10 days ago. Order status still has not been updated on their website. I've called 4 times in the past week. First, they needed to verify the shipping address. Next, they said it would ship soonest. Then, they said it would ship yesterday. Today, they first said the order was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Then, when I asked to speak with a manager, they said he was in a meeting, but they were able to discuss my order with him. The story changed; now my order was cancelled due to the item being discontinued. I still have not received any official update, nor has my credit card been refunded. I was told the supervisor would contact me; he has not. They have not responded to my email.

Just received my King size quilt, and I'm delighted. The color is rich and I can't believe the softness, better than I expected. So much so that my daughter has relieved me of it and I need to order another.
