I recently ordered a console table form Wild Orchids quilts. The table was extremely hard to assemble and some parts of it could not be assembled as it was defective and the parts could not be fitted together. I emailed the customer service to return the product and got an answer that they would not reimburse the shipping. The shipping was costing me more than the cost of the product itself. They are selling defective goods and not covering shipping costs because in this way the customer is stuck with a bad product since he/she cannot return it due to the shipping costs. Please stay away from this company. They are cheats!
I ordered an awesome desk 1-7-2018. The desk arrived 1-18-2018 without instructions, drawer pulls and guides/slides. I called the number on the instructions and was told they would order. I've had to many contacts to mention and only asked for the parts I paid for and still have not received as of today 2-14-2018. Now I want my money back and I was told i would get that also and surprise no money. M. Bisht and Raj from Casa Support Support team have been trained well to not help your customers as they say they will. Call it what you want but it is not truthful and just wrong. I am now out 300.00 because I had to purchase slides/guides and drawer pulls. Total Crap! If you want to call me my number is *******918.

I ordered a couch from Wild Orchids two weeks ago and received a confirmation email stating they would contact me to setup a delivery time when the item left the warehouse. A week later I hadn't heard anything yet so I checked my order status on their website and it said my order was cancelled. I did not receive a phone call or email notifying me of this. I called their customer service to find out why, and after 15min the representative just told me it was cancelled because they were out of stock. Needless to say a week later they still have the same sofa listed on their website saying it' in stock... They are not professional, don't waste your time here.

I ordered a sand timer for my husband as a Christmas gift. It is beautiful. It was shipped quickly and packed well; it arrived in excellent condition. I am overall happy with the shopping experience I had with this company, with one exception. When placing the order, there is a box for comments. I wrote in that box that the item was a gift for a family member who lived at the same address where it was to be shipped. I asked that there be NO identifying information on the box which would disclose the contents. Sure enough, when it arrived, there was a giant sticker (pull tag) on the box that had a detailed discription of the contents. I'm sure the surprise is ruined, but will give it to my husband anyway as I know he will love it.
Horrible. Ordered a furniture piece 3 weeks ago which after 4 days said had shipped and payment was collected. 3 weeks later hadnt received anything, the table, an email, Nothing. Finally called and spoke to someone who after 20min on hold said the item was discontinued. Was never notified or reimbursed. Said he would issue a refund and a refund confirmation email. Never received an email, praying I get my $ back! AVOID!
