I ordered an awesome desk 1-7-2018. The desk arrived 1-18-2018 without instructions, drawer pulls and guides/slides. I called the number on the instructions and was told they would order. I've had to many contacts to mention and only asked for the parts I paid for and still have not received as of today 2-14-2018. Now I want my money back and I was told i would get that also and surprise no money. M. Bisht and Raj from Casa Support Support team have been trained well to not help your customers as they say they will. Call it what you want but it is not truthful and just wrong. I am now out 300.00 because I had to purchase slides/guides and drawer pulls. Total Crap! If you want to call me my number is *******918.
